Pros: The flight between Dothan and Atlanta was hot both ways - several guys were drenched in sweat by the time we got to ATL (which unfortunately is usually transferring for a longer flight elsewhere)...
Cons: If the Delta gate agent makes a change, make sure you get a printout of the changes... Our gate agent told us she had corrected a earlier problem (created when Delta changed our flight 2 different times within the month before our flight) and really created a mess with our seats on board, luckily one of the flight attendants was walking by when the gate agent told me and my daughter that she had moved us to the same row... Since, she has then given away our original seats... SMH...

Cons: Atlanta concourse and gates need more work for cleanliness! This is just respecting your customers safety and wellbeing. Unfortunately having customers not being respectful with how they leave the area they were sitting a mess can make your jobs that much more challenging. Trash cans are not far away!!!

Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. 10pm flight became 12am bus (and originally told it was 11.15pm bus which was "stuck in traffic" when google map traffic was all green). Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time.

Cons: Little time for plane change at Atlanta. Atlanta rail excellent but plane arrival was late and time to cross airport limited. This was especially galling as I was at MCO early enough to catch the 1hr prior flight and requested a transfer to travel with a friend. There were seats available and Delta tried to move me but KLM would not allow it????

Cons: Seats are built for very small people. My knees were pressed into some hard surfaces for the entire 3+ hour flight. Made it a little painful to walk when we landed. The movie screens (not headrest systems) were all up overhead so you get a neck cramp watching anything. The headrest behind me pressed my shoulders forward and the extendable part would not stay up. The window stopped at about my shoulder so to look out I had to crouch down. AA better stop squeezing us for profits and start delivering a quality service or we'll all find some other airline that puts passengers first.

I don't believe there was any food, but that may be because it was a red-eye. The pilot thought Springfield was in CT, which was alarming to me.

Cons: I asked to complementary check my small carry on, but the attendants at the desk would not let me. The stewardesses were booked too closely to their last flight and we were delayed - huge oversight. Boarding was chaotic as the gate immediately across from us was simultaneously boarding and the United staff made the whole process long and miserable by failing to call the next boarding group in a timely fashion. This is not the first time I’ve felt miserable while trying to board a United flight :/.

Cons: Kayak sent me a message that our connecting flight out of O'Hare was boarding at gate B5. However, checking the monitors in the terminal showed the correct gate was B21, which is on the opposite end of the terminal. I don't know why Kayak had the wrong information on this. We barely made our connecting flight because our starting flight was over 30 minutes late, which was United's fault. This made rushing to the correct gate for our connecting flight all the more stressful. No time to stop at the bathrooms or pick up something to eat. Both United and Kayak let me down on getting back to Hartford. We arrived at the end of boarding with no room left for our bags in the overheads so we had to check them and pick them up at the carousel. A totally BAD flight experience.

Cons: The crew was very rude, I was told I had to store my purse, the person next to me wouldn't store the carry on baggage, I needed to take scheduled medicine in flight, I couldn't as my purse was stowed. I was delayed for over and hour and a half after arriving. I had to stop and eat in the airport. With chronic health issues addressed this way I will probably not use United again.

Cons: My wife and I booked a round trip to California from Connecticut. We had a layover in Dulles with plenty of time to change gates. We arrived at our gate and established our place in the waiting area. We were then required to change gates; this was not horribly stressful as the gate was near by: However, on the return flight things changed. Keep in mind that my wife has arthritic hips and knees and I have arthritic knees. Arriving at Dulles, we went to our waiting area at Gate C-19 and ordered a breakfast at a nearby kiosk. Before our order was ready an announcement stated that our gate was changing to D-24. We waited for our order but had to leave the coffees behind because the lids did not fit correctly and we didn't want to spill them on ourselves while hurrying to the new gate (about a mile away). We finally got to that gate and boarded the plane. We wanted to wait to eat our food until we were airborne. We waited on the plane for about 45 minutes in the heat. During that time the "gate attendant" announced that they were waiting for that pilot who could not be found but was in the airport. At the same time my United App on my iPhone messaged me that there was a mechanical issue with the plane and we were waiting for another plane. At the 45 minute mark we were told the plane had a mechanical issue and we would have to disembark and go to Gate D-1 (about 1/2 mile away). My wife and I were already exhausted and needed to stop, but we did not know how long we had before boarding the new plane so we pushed onward. We then were told the plane would be a couple hours and that there was snack and water at no charge. My wife and I proceeded to dissect our breakfast sandwiches to eat what ever was still less than discussing. The new plane arrived and all else went well. We were delayed over 3 hours but made it to Connecticut; exhausted and sore. We had been awake for over 29 hours by the time we hit Hartford, CT. This experience will linger in our minds for a long time and travel by United my not be possible for us. We are very traumatized.

Cons: Dulles International Airport on a beautiful June 3, 2016. Flight was from Dulles to Hartford and due to depart at 12:30 pm. 12:30 pm - Notified flight delayed an hour or so because they didn't have a flight attendant for the flight. 2:00 pm - Notified flight delayed because Flight Attendant was found but on way. 4:00 pm - Notified the Flight attendant would not be able to make it, but they were looking for another one. 6:00 pm - Notified a Flight Attendant was found and was on a plane that was inbound and would be landing any minute. Notified plane with Flight Attendant arrived at gate and they would be there any minute and we could begin boarding. 6:45 pm - Flight was CANCELLED!!!!! I could go on about how I was rebooked on an 11:00 pm flight on American Airlines out of Reagan, my checked bag was not returned to me and I was told it was on another plane United plane that would beat me to Hartford, they shuttled me to Reagan. I got to Hartford and my bag was not there......SURPRISE!! This was ridiculous and thank god I was traveling alone and had time. I felt bad for the families with small children who had to suffer through this stupidity.

First, Frontier doesn't even staff its ticket counter at MCI, so, heaven forbid there's an accident on the highway and we're a couple of minutes late, we can't even get through security. That's beyond annoying. Frontier charges for everything. For seats. For bags. For drinks. For food. So, after a haphazard boarding process and ending up in a middle seat, I flew on a lawn chair. Thankfully, it was a short flight. I enjoyed a tiny cup of water and opted not to spend $2.99 on another beverage. All of that, I knew about in advance and expected. I was thinking "at least my flight was cheap..." At the end, Southwest would have even been cheaper. I also didn't realize Frontier couldn't even be bothered by the basics. For example, opening the door when we arrived in Denver. We were on time. We waited on a gate, which is annoying, but not unusual, but then, after we pulled up to the gate, we waited ANOTHER 15-20 minutes in a roasting hot plane. JUST for someone to open the door to permit us to deplane. One of my fellow passengers quipped: "Are they going to make us pay to get off the plane?" Funny, sarcastic, but a sentiment many of your passengers shared. We finally exited the plane, and I waited on my bags--the ones I'd spent $75 to check. There was no information. No announcement. No update. The supervisor truly didn't even know what was going on. An HOUR AND A HALF later, the supervisor said, "I think your bags are still on the plane. We're short staffed, so another supervisor and I will go help unload them" Seriously? At what point did unloading bags become optional? We finally got our bags, and I'm the one who finally told the supervisor that bags from Kansas City were beginning to arrive. She announced it to the rest of the grumpy crowd. It was much worse with the cranky kids waiting on their strollers and carseats. I fly this route often. I arrived home AFTER I usually do on the much later Southwest and United flights. My fiance and I are traveling back and forth DEN-MCI/MCI-Denver often. We no longer even look at Frontier as an option when booking our tickets

Just before landing the flight crew allowed someone to use the latrine. After they had already made their final pass thur of the cabin. The young man returned to his seat about 30 seconds before the pilot announced, "prepare to land."

There weren't enough Gate Agents to manage things so I waited in line for 40 minutes to pay your ridiculous $60 carry on fee. By the time someone was able to help me, my boarding group had already boarded. I ended up paying the fee and was forced to gate check my bag anyway as all the overhead space was taken up by the time I got on the plane. Nice work on your end milking that $60 from me. Since I wasn't able to check in ahead of time, I was stuck in the middle seat (I'm 6'5"). I would have happily paid an extra $250 to not sit in the middle, but thats besides the point. Just as I'm about to close my eyes, your stewardess gets on the PA and starts hawking Frontier credit cards for 20 minutes. If that wasnt bad enough, she had the audacity to shove an application in my face and remind me 'its the best credit card in the industry!' The credit card pitch and "buy 3 get 1 free' happy hour offers made the flight feel more like a sad Panama City spring break than a return flight after a long business trip. Alas! We landed at ORD 'on-time' which is always good for Frontier's stats. Unfortunately, we sat on the tarmac for 30+ minutes waiting for someone to man the sky bridge. Oh, and it was a nice touch deplaning in the international terminal returning from a Kansas City flight. Long story short, Frontier is now in the same category for me as Spirit Airlines. You fooled me once, but you wont fool me again. I'm just glad it was a one-way ticket. PS: when did airlines start soliciting tips for the flight crew? In all my years of traveling, I have never seen that before. Embarrassing.

This person sounded like they had a mouth full of mashed potatoes. I won't fly frontier again even though it used to be my preference. The baggage fee, not even a complimentary drink?? Uninterested staff. Very poor customer service. However, the pilot got us to destination on time and w/out mishap, hence my OK rating. Otherwise super disappointed in crew and staff.

I know that was not the airlines fault, but it seemed excessive to be on the tarmac for over 2 hours and being over three hours late in getting to the gate. It was the airlines fault that I had to pay $40.00 to check a small bag and that we only got a half cup of water after the long delay.

Cons: They quote one price for checked baggage if you pay when the ticket is purchased, another if you pay before check-in, and a third price if you purchase at check-in. When I purchased my tickets through KAYAK, I was not offered an option to pay for a bag. When I paid for the bag a full day before I checked in, I was charged the full price with no other options available - in other words, THEY LIED. I emailed a question to their customer service address; it went unacknowledged and unanswered. The flight itself went OK, but the seats don't recline at all, there is very little knee or elbow room, and the padding is the worst I have experienced. If you are larger than average or have knee or back problems, expect to be in torment. They charge for EVERYTHING, even plain water. After paying full price for my checked bags, the savings for the flight over other carriers was simply not worth the discomfort.

Cons: I have traveled on several different airlines in my lifetime and wanted to give your airline a chance. Although your ticket prices are lower than most, I do like to travel with a piece of luggage or at the very least a reasonable sized carry on. The fees to have a checked bag are ridiculous and the measurements required for carry on are substandard! The seat sizes are less than roomy and please know I am by most standards an average sized person weighing in at approximately 150lbs. The tray tables are extremely small and couldn't imagine having to actually put food or drinks upon them. Which leads me to your food and drink pricing, let's just say you don't even wear a mask when you rob your passangers! I would rather be thirsty and hungry than to pay the absurd amount of money you ask for. The crew, not real friendly doing the bare minimum of what is required. The captains on each end were more interested in talking on their cell phones than by greeting passangers. It goes a long way with passangers when you feel confident or at the very least acknowledged by the crew. There was no entertainment offered on my flights, which is fine as I can surely entertainment myself for 2 + hours. Their website is less than user friendly. Having to set up separate accounts for myself and family is time consuming and completely unnecessary! When there was an issue with the tickets it was very difficult to get any real help from customer service. The 'hidden' fees with Spirit are absolutely crazy! No money saved! I was so disappointed in my experiences with Spirit Airline. I couldn't in good faith recommend them to familyand friends .
