Cons: "Clean the cabin more diligently. There was a open unfinished cup of soda and cookie wrappers in my seat back compartment"

Pros: "Very helpful and professional crew, despite some pretty snarky passengers. Seemed to go out of their way to accommodate everyone."
Cons: "Bigger seats would have been nice, but these were okay. Changing planes at JFK was tight due to late departure from Atlanta, but it worked out. Overall, no complaints and I would fly Delta again given the opportunity and choice. Thanks!"

The pilot made several comments using her name making sure she knew every time we were about to run into some turbulence. I thought that was very kind."

The caretaker of the person didn’t care about the uterine in the seat that I brought to her attention. The man seated in front of me complained about the odor and pointed also noticed the uterine in the seat. I accidentally put this info in the comments on my flight from medellin to panama. This took place on this flight."

Not fancy but kind flight attendants, standard economy class (meaning, as bad as all the others for space, definitely not the worst Ive flown, much better than cheap european airlines), had an on time connection in Panama... I would definitely fly again. I speak Spanish but all Copa staff speak English, so it was really easy."

She did everything she could to help me as they arranged to get me on the next flight and as I waited and boarded. The other agent serving at that same desk also helped. I am sorry I did not get her name. No one could have been nicer than Ana was to me."
Cons: "When I arrived in Panama my boarding pass said the flight from Panama to Quito was leaving from Gate 20. I checked with the departure information and did not see Quito on the list. I made the mistake of not checking the time. And therefore waited and waited at gate 20 for the flight to Panama which by that time I had missed. And saw later that the gate had been changed at the last to Gate 24. I thought it would have been nice if Copa could have posted the change at Gate 20 . I would not have missed the flight."

Have a box with a snack and some coolers that have 5 different beverages. I wouldn't even sell booze. I person can hold out for a flight that shot to get one on the connection or in the terminal."

I pity those who loose luggage AA baggage services are flooded with lost baggage they just don't care any more. Seriously its embarrassing how little they care about customer service."

I immediately cancelled the trip with them and the rep on the phone had the audacity to ask if I wanted to join their $9 fair club. To make matters worse I spent 4 hours getting my luggage back so my mother could have her medicine for the evening. Around midnight the airline sent me a $50 email voucher for each of us to rebook another flight with them. What a joke..."

Cons: "Price for luggage was high $52 each way you even had to pay same price for one carry on, most airlines allow you to carry a small suitcase or tote bag on plane for free but not spirit you pay for everything. The plane sounded like it was about to fall apart. Just terrible will never Fly with them again"

Cons: "The mobile version of the website wasn't functioning correct so I had to call customer service. The woman who spoke with me was rude, laughed about my frustration with the issue, refused to let me speak with a supervisor and was overall uncooperative. She claimed her name is Elsie and gave me an employee ID number of 41982. My call took place from 4:22 PM to 4:58 PM, Central Time."

Pros: "I like their no nonsense about bags."
Cons: "they force us register."

Pros: "The extra costs of seats and baggage were outrageous! After everything was paid, the trip ended up costing far more that a 'real' airline. Will not be flying Spirit ever again!"

Cons: "The carry-on policy is unnecessary. One carry-on and a personal item is the norm. As long as it fits under the seat or in the overhead compartment, why charge extra? It makes the airline seem chintzy rather than inexpensive."

From the clear misinformation on the baggage policy, the looooooong lines to check in, super uncomfortable NO reclining chairs? (What's up with that?) to the rude flight attendance. This whole experience was simply traumatic!"

Cons: "Seriously I'm a realist so how can I complain? What I don't like is reading reviews that complain about the very type of service the reviewer paid for. Aside from presumably in personable flight attendants. Yes you have to pay for everything but you can't complain about it you knew up front, I'd rather fly lite and fly cheaper than fly on another airline paying for things I frankly don't need."

Pros: "Second leg was hot as an oven in that plane and the flight attendant yelled at us the whole time sit down sit down sit down they were horrible"

Cons: "Two and a half hours Late. 2 for $5 diet cokes. This flight did not have the new spirit seats. Had old style seats. Very cramped and tight. I felt baggage restrictions were over strong on the website. I paid for a carry-on because it said a personal item is a purse and a carry on is a back pack. Turns out small backpacks (i.e. Regular old backpack, not aluminum framed camping monstrositys) are perfectly fine. But alas " baggage charges are non-refundable. Sucker! Pay for seat choice at boarding time, surprise! Endure pushy credit card offer."

Cons: "Flight was about 40 min. delayed. No snack or drink offered other than those for purchase. Didn't even have a complimentary drink of water. Seat was the most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. Tray table too small. Uncomfortable take off and landing. Luggage too expensive and it costs for a carryon! Too many hidden fees. The flight was cheap but they will make up for it once you get to the airport. Wont be flying with this airline ever again."

Cons: "They overbooked the first flight, put me on the next flight which then got cancelled. There was another flight they could have put me on but refused to do it. My 4 day trip turned in to a 24 hour trip. Very disappointed"

Cons: "As I was driving to the airport, I received three emails that said the flight was delayed. When I got to the airport, there was a long line of people to check in, after about 30 minutes, a representative came out and said the flight was cancelled. No reason, no explanation. She said, "You can stand in line to reschedule to fly out tomorrow or you can call this number and someone will help you reschedule." Only the card that she handed everyone had a phone number on it that didn't work. The only flight out was 24 hours later. They refused to book anyone on another airline."

Pros: "The workers at the counter endured a lot of customer anger and we're professional, friendly, and as helpful as they were permitted to be."
Cons: "Flight from KC to Las Vegas was cancelled on a Friday night with about one hour's notice. Spirit would only book passengers on their own next flight out...24 hours later. Weekend trips were ruined, hotel reservations paid for and abandoned. I took the refund. I did not book this flight for myself, and never would have. I've had bad enough experiences with Frontier, which rates three times better than Spirit for on-time and customer satisfaction. I heard a customer in the refund line of our cancelled flight say, "They do this about 25% of the time", likely a slight exaggeration. I asked how she knew. I asked why she continued to fly Spirit. "Oh I only fly Spirit when I don't actually have to be there," she said, referring to her destination. Sounds like a damned fine new motto for Spirit."

Cons: "Didn't let me check in 40 minutes before my flight because the computer locks them out 45 min prior to departure. Asked to speak with a manager and was told she was too busy to talk to me and would decline my request anyway. Passengers hadn't even started boarding yet. There was no line in security and I could have been at my gate in less than 5 minutes. Instead I watched the passengers board the flight behind the glass partition and had to wait 1 whole day for the next flight, which also happened to be delayed. Worst airline ever!"

Cons: "Delays of 3 hours outgoing to KC And coming back to LV. Save yourself the headache and use a different carrier. Wow. Never again"

Cons: "Your website: ugh! I'm 0-for-4, trying to do the online confirmation. The site pushes me to the Spirit member sign-up page each time and doesn't allow ,e to confirm my flight. Likewise, it doesn't recognize my name when I attempt to confirm a flight."

Pros: "I liked the cost, the flight was direct, bring some food and drink and all is good. Personally, I would fly Spirit for any flight."
