Staff was amazing. One of our bags was a few lbs over and they let it slide with a smile, they also offered a complimentary checked bag for my personal overhead since the flight was fully booked, and I didn't need it on my flight. Baggage claim was easy."

Called HoJo’s to confirm they had non-smoking rooms available. Got on the hotel’s shuttle bus and the driver announced that HoJo was full and all voucher holders would go to Rodeway Inn but those without vouchers would go to HoJo....huh!?? Called HoJo and the same person I’d spoken to 20 mins prior said it was correct, that Rodeway was a sister property. The Rodeway Inn Metro Airport is pretty disgusting. This is my opinion after coming from remote Mexico and extensive travel in Africa. It should be torn down. Delta/HoJo should not send customers there."

Cons: "Unexplained delays, lack of transfer services (there was no separate connections security screening; passengers were required, after a redeye flight and customs, to switch floors and stand in long lines with general security. Also, no beverages of any kind were offered."

Unfortunately, our seats on our original connection were released so when we arrived at our gate our only option was to split up and take middle seats - even though we had paid over $100 ea. for upgrades. Delta offered nothing for this. One of the flight attendants was in a terrible mood - she was cold and rude and would not even look at passengers - which her fellow crewmates noticed and tried to compensate for."

The flight attendant,while serving us drinks, started saying what great passengers we were but her flight from Dallas the day before was definitely a feeling the effects of the full moon. This was our first interaction with a flight attendant. She had no basis for saying we were great and as we didn't have a relationship other than ordering drinks she had no basis for complaining about her Dallas to us. She would leave it to us that she was being put upon by the customers that she was getting paid to serve. Where the Aeromexico flight attendant genuinely enjoyed serving her customers."

Cons: "My flight from ATL to BWI was horrible. It was not a Delta plane. Possibly borrowed from SpiritAirlines, which is an airline I will never fly again even if offered a free flight. That's how strongly I feel about their planes and service. I was seated in a 2across row where the seats were small and my knees were jammed into the seat in front of me the entire flight. I'll grant you I am a big girl at 6' 250 however the first leg of my flight from FLL to ATL which WAS on a Delta plane, was fine. I did not feel smashed into the seat. For the money, I feel like I am due more than being locked into the seat unable to move more than 1/2 inch for an entire flight. Thankfully the flight was under 2 hours."

Our luggage was then sent down to the baggage carousel at Baltimore. We took carry-on to avoid this. I don't think we will fly Delta again."

THANKS american for starting a war in my family and ruining my trip. unfortunate the crew is so awesome but the customer service is mortifying, rude, inconsiderate and completely mechanical. i dont ever intend on flying with them again unless necessary."

The flight was delayed for a minor repair , for inconvenience, I think they should have offered the direct TV free. I didn't see anyone around us buy it. The crew was OK but didn't stand out sharp in their uniforms. I liked the ANA legs of our trip much better."

Cons: "This is the fourth time that I've been bumped off of a flight because United overbooked. I'm in the military and each time I was trying to get home to family or fly family to me. I will never fly with United again."

Pros: "The price was decent. The plane was delayed by about 20 minutes, and they worked hard to get us on the flight quickly so we could make our connector flights."
Cons: "For a 5 1/2 hour flight, the only snack we got was one cookie. For the 4 1/2 hour flight, the only snack we got was a very small bag of pretzels. There is no TV. They give you free United wifi that you can use if you have a device to watch movies/TV on, but they don't have any outlets to charge the device, so it's kind of pointless. You have to download their app before the flight starts. I was having issues with the app on the previous flight, so I tried to get help with it before we took off. Our flight attendant acknowledged she heard my question and then just walked off and didn't help me."

Pros: "I liked the flight attendant, who was kind and courteous."
Cons: "I hated the plane. I do not feel comfortable on prop planes, especially one held together by duct tape. My son pointed it out to me inside and outside. The plane should be. out of commission."

Cons: "That the flight was canceled without my notification, that United Airlines customer service team was extremely unhelpful and assumed that I could afford to pay for my luggage and a rental car because I missed my connecting flight (which I could have driven to if I was given proper notification that the connecting flight was canceled)."

Cons: "Seats were cramped and the power outlet was to hard to reach since I couldn't see it. I ended up just using my battery pack."

Cons: "Switched from ANA to an ANA operated by United. I wish we could have stayed with ANA. Legroom was shorter by at least 3 inches, so knees hit seat in front. Made for an uncomfortable flight, reminding me of why non-US carriers are the better way to go"

Cons: "I think United is all about themselves and not the customer that group boarding is the worse and I travel first class and there was no food on the plane they had the nerve to announce it did not get a meal I do not think that is fair for $159 the company that I work for is about fifty of us and I will not be recommending any of them to you guys your special seats is only about who wants to pay for it like I said only about yourself United"

Pros: "The low cost of fare. The ease of ticket purchase thru kayak. Convenient e-mail services. United Airlines service was courteous and very handicap friendly."

Pros: "Leg room. The app had movies. Friendly people. Not crammed with passengers. I FINALLY got a window seat"

Pros: "Seats were comfortable. I passed out so couldn't take advantage of the food and entertainment. Nevertheless, I was comfortable enough to take a snooze. Despite the turbulence, Captain remained in control and ensured smooth safe travel."
Cons: "Sitting in the middle. And the bright light from the TV kept turning on because I would lay my arms on the arm rest. Also, airline attendants were not friendly. Maybe, they too needed to take a quick snooze."

Cons: "A one-way a form from BWI to Denver is $169. The cost of an upgrade for this flight from Houston to BWI was $589. Please explain that United."

Pros: "The United employee @ the check in desk was nice enough to find me another flight the next day (since I missed my flight by minutes)."
Cons: "The seats were very narrow & tight. I am not a big person nor was the man seated next to me & he had the same complaint."

Pros: "It was a crowded flight home, I knew that when I checked in online. I was forced to check my bag plane-side...to be picked up at baggage claim upon our arrival. Inconvenient to say the least. The crew announced there was in-flight wi-fi {available for purchase, of course} only to come back on and apologize that the wi-fi was down for this flight. The crew did do beverage service, but never made it to the last three rows of passengers. Overall, just not the type of customer service I am used to from other airlines. I chose this flight based on the price. I don't think I'll chose United again in the near future."

Cons: "Flight was overbooked, and my seat was one that was oversold. I still don't know how this happens, but it's fine. When I do get on, I'm literally wedged between a rather large man and the window. No ones fault, but comfort was horrible. Crew was nice enough, but I was uneasy when we were about to land, flight attendant reminded us to not take belongings in the event of an emergency evacuation. I'm all for being prepared, but please don't make me feel like we're about to crash."

Cons: "Our seats were Infront of the emergency exit, couldn't relax. I'm 6'6" , so the incline if the back isn't comfortable and we couldn't recline. We had asked switching seats on our flight to Spokane because we were given the same seats. The airline told us seats were chosen at random and they couldn't control them so we had 4 legs of our two flights stuck in no reveling seats. I was very disappointed."

Cons: "The boarding pass that was sent the night before had the incorrect gate and no seat assignment. I spoke w THREE agents at checkin and they all sent me to the (wrong) gate- C25 and wouldn't give me a seat assignment. That is a long way to go w a scooter and a bag, only to learn the correct gate is B4. I was the last to board, there was no bin space left. it shouldn't be so complicated."
