Cons: "My flight was delayed on the way to Puerto Plata on 9/9 which made me miss an entire day and I was billed for a stay at the resort. I was booked to a crappy room in MIA that I had to get changed to another hotel. THEN my departing flight from Puerto Plata back to the US was delayed 2 plus hours (as was the first flight) due to a flat tire that had to be replaced. I missed my connecting flight and had to be placed on the next flight to DCA which was the last flight. This experience was the worst. I do not have a favorable opinion of American, of which I have flown this airline for years."

Cons: "Airline Attendant ride. Not 2 me. I stayed away from her seeing how she talked to other patrons. Yelling “get with the program. I’ll be watching you” for simple mistakes made before door of plane closed. Tried to talk elderly woman out of tea because she was lazy and didn’t bring hot water on her cart. Eventually brought it but why try to talk her out of it. Heavy set dark brown tall Attendant on flight 5874 Mesa Airlines. Lost my luggage. More and more friends, family & 1 flight expert says AA gets more complaints. Will try booking with another airline carrier in future unless absolute emergency to take AA. Worth $40.00 or more extra to get friendly service."

Pros: "I had a great experience on my flight and the staff could NOT have done a better job. I want to thank everyone from the boarding gate to the deboarding gate, for such a nice experience. But listen up Americans, the entertainment would’ve been better, if one: the internet was free like it was in MEXICO! And two: the sound worked for the movies. (That might’ve been my fault... or my phone’s fault). But, the free texting was something only available in a country to which Donald Trump (the most patriotic American in his whole wide mind) thinks is so inferior! What’s up America? Can’t afford to give us free WiFi in our planes? I hear ya... What’re you gonna do Trump, build a wall around the United State’s overpriced internet service?!? Just kidding folks! I had a great flight!"

Cons: "There were two adults and their child next to me in two seats the child was big enough that it should have its own seat so for nine plus hours I had a child kicking me. Make people pay for a seat for their kid."

This needs to be addressed and contributed to our lack of comfort, noting this was the last leg of an 18 hour journey. My body still hurts today after a good nights sleep."

The check in process was a stressful mess: we were forced to stand in long customer service lines both on our first flight from LAX to Chicago and again during our very short layover in Chicago to Dublin to ensure that our bags were checked all the way to our final destination. Very stressful, and it didn't help that the gate crew was extremely rude and unprofessional. It is very inconvenient that we could not choose our seats beforehand."

I also had to remember to write down the number of that bin so I could retrieve my carryon at the end of my flight.Toilet was not very clean."

Pros: "The flight was listed as a 50 minute flight. The boarding was great, and very fast and efficient, but there was news that Air Force One was scheduled to land at our destination, so the flight left a bit early. Upon reaching altitude, the plane made record time. 50 minutes was cut down to under 30 from take-off to landing. The attendant was barely on the last row (a charter plane) from serving drinks, before the cart had to be put away for landing."

Cons: "Flight was delayed from moline to Denver , which would have resulted in missing our connecting flight to San Diego and spending the night in the Denver airport on Christmas Eve! Therefore we were forced to reschedule our flight with another airline and fly out on Christmas Day!"

When I made the booking on kayka there was no indication that United Airlines was going to be substitute Airline"

Cons: "I think United is all about themselves and not the customer that group boarding is the worse and I travel first class and there was no food on the plane they had the nerve to announce it did not get a meal I do not think that is fair for $159 the company that I work for is about fifty of us and I will not be recommending any of them to you guys your special seats is only about who wants to pay for it like I said only about yourself United"

Pros: "The flight attendant was one of the best ever - super sweet, funny, and accomodating. Also, the pilot nailed a super sweet landing at the end."
Cons: "Everything else. The only redeeming feature of the flight experience was the great flight attendant onboard and the fact that we actually landed at my destination. The coffee maker onboard had been broken for a long time and the airline couldn't be bothered to fix it. If I were the flight crew, I would have gone on strike. No leg (or arm) room on the express jet really punctuated a 34 hour itinerary with a sour note. I could barely walk off the plane in the end. Less comfortable than a cheap rental truck for the same amount of time. I likely won't fly again with United. I'd almost rather walk next time to be completely honest. At least it would be healthier!"

Cons: "A two hour and 10' flight became a three hour wait, then we boarded only to have to de-plane now because mechanical issues. Then walk to the other end of the terminal and re-board yet a second time. Total time at the airport and travel time for this short flight is: 8 hours"

Cons: "The problem w this flight is that the plane departs from ORD. So even if the weather isn't a problem, if there's a problem w the plane they will fix it at ORD. Needless to say the propensity of that happening causes delays."

No snacks were passed out during this flight or during the time we had to wait. The crew was hiding in the back of the plane giggling and gossiping about people which I found to be very rude. I could hear their whole conversation making my trip a terrible experience."

Cons: "I needed to ask questions about my flights because of delays and not a single person acted professional at the gates, quite rude responses. On each of my 3 plane changes there was only one attendant actually smiled. Another read from a sheet of paper like she didn't know what to say. Two others never dmiled or said you're welcome after I thanked them. Im used to the friendly staff on Southwest. They are great!"

Cons: "The fact that we had a connecting flight to minot from Denver. Arrived late to Denver because of weather, but my stroller that I had left on the jetway in Seattle was never put on the plane which I didn't know until I got to minot. I was going to wait for it in denver, but I would have missed my flight to minot had I waited 5 more minutes. We arrived to minot only to find out that our 3 suitcases, one stroller and 2 car seats were never in the flight. Awful! And my connecting flight was even delayed an extra 55 min so I don't quite know where my things are."
