TSA scanned my boarding pass and i got through the gate but they airline deemed my not valid. Major flaw in the communication and boarding pass scanning system and now I’m paying an extra 2000 for the whole flight
Pressed the call button and it took 20+ minutes for anyone to notice. My girlfriend has a nosebleed and bled on her white shirt. Staff did not even apologize. Staff also did not follow proper protocols, allowing the row in front of us to be reclined the entire flight, including takeoff and landing. Horrible experience
Unfortunately all flights were delayed. Flight to Moncton was delayed 3 hours and my family who was picking me up from 1 hour and half outside the city had to get a hotel room for the night.
I don’t have my bags, they change my flight and left my bags.
Pros: "Food and beverage service was great, especially the the wine/beer and hot meals on the long flight."
Cons: "Not enough leg room etc. for the long flight. Cushions and blanket were nice."
Cons: "Flight was delayed 1 hour. We still managed to make our scheduled rendezvous."

Cons: "The entertainment selection could be better. I would have preferred in flight entertainment on my personal device via WiFi that I’ve seen on other carriers"
Pros: "The staff were very friendly and courteous. It was comfortable for a 12 hour journey in a plane. What a difference from their regional staff and service."
Cons: "The food was of course something to be desired."
Pros: "Amazing staff, service, comfort, food, entertainment! Already looking forward to our flight home - the cabin crew was hilarious and so great to have onboard. Love it!"
Cons: "Only thing I can complain about is that we sat on the ground for over an hour and left 1.5 hours late. We had a layover before our connecting flight so it wasn’t a problem for us."
Cons: "When I bought the ticket I thought it was air Canada but it was air Canada rouge so no food no entertainment tried to download air Canada app but took about an hour to get 10 percent done so flew with no entertainment no drinks no food nothing. Boarding was a pain had a three year old also had to pay extra 50 dollars for my baggage. Typical air Canada nonsense. Would not use them again."
Pros: "The crew was very friendly, the seats were uncomfortable and the air cabin was very cold."
Cons: "The flight was delayed, cancelled then on again. Communication regarding the flight changes were very confusing and had guest running though the airport not knowing what to do. My suitcase was busted and destroyed.There were not enough blankets for everyone in the cold plane. Horrible experience."
Cons: "Baggage handlers in Honolulu let you down. We arrived 10 minutes early but absolutely no bags in baggage claim for more than 30 minutes"

Pros: "Tgis flight was actually from Dulles to Denver. It was able to depart on time despite an inch of snow falling a few hours prior with a temperature around 20°F."

Pros: "All of the flight attendants except for Linda were nice and friendly. The entertainment selection was great and made a 10 hour flight go quickly."
Cons: "There was a flight attendant named Linda on the flight who was very condescending. I tapped her on the shoulder for a request and she told me it was not appropriate to do so because “as flight attendants, we get tapped so often.” Then she skipped over me when serving the snack options because she didn’t make “eye contact” with me although my tray was down and I had my wallet and credit card ready for payment. I have been flying with United to go home to Hawaii for over a decade and have never been treated so poorly by a flight attendant on this airline. I am seriously considering flying with Delta, Southwest, and JetBlue exclusively from now on after this experience."

Cons: "Being it’s a flight from Japan a more Japanese meal would’ve been better"
Cons: "The food options are poor at best and it's really sad that they don't offer anything for free. My ticket wasn't cheap so I can't imagine they're saving me money on my ticket by not offering better food on that long of a flight."
Cons: "They didn't have the food I wanted by the time they got to the back of the plane"
