Cons: "Our flight was delayed 3 times; from 10:40pm to 12:55am to 1:25am because “the copilot was late on his flight from Chicago.” When another American flight arrived around midnight and their copilot offered to step in (he had not exceeded his flying hours), he was refused by management. Exhausted passengers were extremely angry. Each time the flight was delayed, the gate agents waited until the “Boarding in...” status screen reached 0 before announcing the next delay. Not cool."

Cons: "I paid $10 for the WiFi service and it wouldn’t connect at all. I had a short flight so i never got to send my emails off. American Airlines should refund me my $10."

Cons: "After take off I could no longer hear anything through the headphone jacks. Staff was VERY rude & unpleasant the whole trip. Feed half of my family, and left the other half of us to sit there until there was only one choice left, Then completely forgot to serve me anything."

Cons: "The one calling out the group numbers was unnecessarily rude. Then when I couldn't pull up my boarding pass to see my seat number the woman at plane's door acted like they was nothing she could do to find out my seat. Luckily another flight attendant actually knew how to do something and cared about me getting to my seat. For the flight, the air quality in the plane wasn't good and they seats felt like small prisons."

Pros: "Again, we had heard stories of kids being separated from adults, but all family was together. Many entertainment options and friendly staff. Also, when I asked at gate, the attendant allowed our family with 3 kids ages 5, 7, 9 to board with one of the earlier groups. That helped a lot as it took the kids a little longer to get all set and we were not hurried."

Cons: "They damage my luggage both of my suitcases broken and the airline doesn't give me an answer and doesn't want to reimburse me the money I paid for the suitcases. Airline good for nothing."

Cons: "They didn’t load enough “for purchase” food. This was a six hour flight! They has no options left excepthummus and chips. This is second flight on American this year where they don’t supply the plane appropriately."

Cons: "Finding checked luggage at philadelphia airport. Inadequate signs and helpful people. It was very hard on my wife who is disabled to walk to the luggage carousel and we didnt see anyone who could help with disabilities."
