After an hour, we found ours and made our way towards what used to be rental car check in. Found there was now a shuttle bus system to get to rental counters, but waited in line outside with our three bags for 30+ minutes just to get on the shuttle. After a 15-minute ride, we finally arrived at the old rental check in/garage area. Bottom line, it took over two hours from arrival to finally being able to leave the airport."

Pros: "Service was excellent as always. I was cold and reluctant to say anything. Seemed like lots were asking for hot drinks and bundled up so the stewardess asked the pilot to crank up the heat. (No one had requested this!) At that moment I realized, many of us are afraid due to recent things on the news. I am a frequent and long-term traveller so if I felt it, you can be sure others do too. It is an industry problem, not your fault, but Alaska has to address it. Even if people don't know that they are angry or afraid, they are going to be reactive--aggressive or passive and/or resistant.... I would encourage you to bring the issue to the surface and remind your travellers on every flight that they can expect excellent service, pleasant responsiveness. Say something or do something that gets at the idea that the Alaska staff is protective of each passenger. One idea would be to have the stewardess remind people of the call light and encourage passengers to use it if they have any questions or concerns, or come see them in the back when it is safe to leave the seat."

Cons: "Upon deplaning in Cancun, ALL passengers are put on a bus and driven far away from the terminals to an arrivals area. Those of us with connecting flights are royally f*cked at that point, especially if your connection is short, as mine was. The so-called shuttle to the departure terminals, which are entire kilometers away, was to arrive in like half an hour. HALF AN HOUR. Who has this time to spare?? The alternative to the shuttle is paying a taxi that charges a hefty fare--and God help you if you don't have cash. The departures terminal was swamped and only thru begging assistance and line cuts did I make my connection...and then only by the skin of my teeth. It was a complete nightmare."

Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

Pros: "baggage check-in speedy and efficient, rapid plane boarding and plane left the gate on schedule"
Cons: "A special circle in Dante's Hell should be reserved for the Frontier executives who approved the seat design. The non-reclining seat backs are fairly comfortable, but the seat bottoms appear to have about 1/4 inch of foam padding over a hard shell. Did anybody actually test these things out by sitting in them for over 10 minutes?"

Cons: "Small table trays & uncomfortable seats. You get what you pay for."

Pros: "Flight was 3 hours delayed. When we arrived at the airport they said it would be delayed by 2 hours. Then right before our new boarding time they delayed it another hour. I wish we would have had some advance notice so we weren't stuck waiting at the airport for 3 hours."
Cons: "Frontier seats are extremely uncomfortable (I would say the worst of any airline) and they charge for carry on luggage and drinks."

Pros: "What happened to seats that lean back a little? Much more comfort."

Cons: "The Flamingo. We began our vacation with Frontier Airlines on a note of apparent tension between the attendants and boarding passengers. Having not been a frequent flyer, I assumed that this was normal in post 9/11. The male attendant had a cold demeanor, until he was chatting up passengers to buy snacks and drinks. Why sell bar drinks when there is enough disorderly conduct in the air? The plane was cold, noisy and the outside air currents were choppy. No conversation from the pilot was forth coming as to what to expect during the flight. Then there was a the Master Card Commercial. It's bad enough to be crammed into a noisy old plane, but to have to be subjected to a lengthy pitch for a credit card is inexcusable. Sandra Fliniau flight 04-09-2017"

Pros: "It was fast easy simple. I thought charging for hand luggage as crazy but they seemed flexible about what a purse is. Ate nothing, didn't watch anything. Stewardesses warm and friendly."

Cons: "The flight attendants were not informed as to why the pilot didn't show up. We just sat for hours on the tarmac and when the pilot showed up she seemed confused too."

Cons: "MY LUGGAGE WAS LOST!!!"

Pros: "Our flight was cancelled. We were given a 1-800 number to call to rebook. The guy was in India, slow computer, kept putting me on hold. 2 hours later, no rebooking, no resolution and I was postal. I missed the funeral of my relative, so did my kids. Horrible service, I will never fly Frontier again. What a nightmare. I kept asking for a manager or supervisor and was told there was no one."

Cons: "I am so upset that I was charged after she put our bag and it fit in spot for baggage. This is just wrong"

Pros: "Left on time, landed on time. Seats were comfortable, what more would you need for an hour and a half flight"

Cons: "Worse ever!! Cancelled my vacation to Florida due to Hurricane and was told it would cost $99 dollars to cancel the ticket. The ticket only cost 60 (plus the extra fees-$90 total). Due yourself a favor and drop this air carrier! It is not worth losing customers! You pay for what you get.....cheap equals miserable and uncomfortable!"

Cons: "The plane departed 45 minutes behind schedule. When we arrived, 20 people or so did not receive their luggage. Frontier representatives were nowhere to be found. Finally someone came and herded us upstairs, gave us no information about our luggage, and had us form a line to file a claim. Frontier staff was utterly unapologetic and had no sense of urgency. I still don't know where my bag is. The plane was supposed to land at 12:45, and I left the airport at 3:30 and missed an important work meeting."

Pros: "The friendliness of the flight attendants, as well as the help I received at the check-In desk."
Cons: "The comfort of the seats, I'm 6-4" the room available is tiny for me."

Cons: "Got a cheap flight but little did I know that that would be offset by being nickeled and dimed for seats, bags, and drinks. On top of that th plane was five hours late from its start point and the only information the gate agents would give (with an attitude) was the plane was coming. I called customer service to see if they were offering any restitution for this, and I was told that's not up to him. I will never never never fly frontier ever again."

Cons: "Too small of a plane and was charged for my one and only carry on bag which was to standard size"

Cons: "O couldn't take the flight because the cost of my luggage exceeded the costed my fight & was not allowed to cancel for refund of any kind."

Pros: "The flight attending Andrew was very rude. Rude to me and many others. I felt it was the worst experience ive had on a flight, i fly often."

Cons: "Even had to pay for ONE carry on. Ridiculous. Everything was a charge, even selecting a spot to sit. Not what I expected."

Cons: "Flight cancelled due to weather. No other to help with rebooking or solutions to being stranded in the airport. Calls and emails all fell on death ears. As a Colorado resident I try to fly frontier exclusively, no more. I will never give my money to this failing airline."

Cons: "183$ in seating and luggage fees AFTER the base ticket price...I wasn't made aware of these charges until I went to check in for my flight. No leg room. Seats don't recline. Tray table about the size of an iPhone 6. No entertainment. No snacks. All drinks cost money. Rude staff. Just a disaster of an experience. I'll never fly frontier again."

Cons: "My brand new suitcase was broken after paying for it to be checked. My clothes and bath bag was on the pick up alone. When it was in my bag. Had to ask for tape to keep it somewhat closed to the rode and hotel. Still no email from frontier !"

Pros: "A mediocre experience that charged me for every interaction with the airline, including a can of club soda. An obnoxious business model."

Cons: "That they did not have enough people to process all the flights " we didn't expect all of you to show up" Allowed four other flights to cut in line to make their flight but when it came to new Orleans had 100 of us not board. 4 hours later, 5 lines and lying to us about the plane turning around They Told us the next flight was 4 days later... not even connections options. At first they did not want to give us refunds either until they called security on one irate small blonde lady and security, afraid of a riot I think, told the airline they needed to resolve the issue."

Pros: "We never made it to New Orleans because there was an unbelievable number of people trying to check in and the usual number of people checking in to the point that the check in line was over 2 hours long. This is completely unacceptable that Frontier wouldn't be staffed enough to meet the needs of the people who are paying for flights."
