Pros: There was one crew member who was super nice and had a smile who kept going around asking if anyone would like refills or anything. Also, I like that there were charging ports... even if I didn’t use them. And there was plenty of leg room. Lastly, there was a flamboyant crew member who was really nice as well. I liked him a lot.
Cons: There was this one older stewardess with short blonde hair who had an attitude the whole time. While she was trying to do drink orders a man had spilled his drink so he asked her for a napkin. She rolled her eyes and gave it to him. I was in an isle seat and I got hit in the back with the cart and all she said was “get out of my way I’m coming through” and it actually really hurt. I got bumped by her another three times. And by no other crew member was I hit on my side. Maybe she was just having a bad day..... or maybe she didn’t like her job.... but it definitely showed.

Cons: Switching from Alaskan Air to Hawaiian Air in San Diego is near impossible. I got off at 9:25am and had to run out of the airport and down to another terminal, go through security again and run to gate 51 from gate 10. It is near impossible for someone who can’t sprint. I was the last one to board. Lost my window seat and luggage didn’t make it. In Honolulu I found out luggage hasn’t made it for at least three other couples flying out of BWI with these connections. This combo should not be offered when people select flights.

Cons: The plane had to make an emergency landing in Honolulu because 2 of the 4 navigation systems were not operating correctly. We had 2 wait in Honolulu approx. 6hrs to catch a flight to Seattle. They gave me a $12 voucher for food but my dinner (only dinning in the terminal) cost me $20. Was forced to take an additional day of leave & had to make arrangements for my pets. Was only given (3) $600 vouchers for my 3 tickets.

Cons: When we make the reservation, WE TELL YOU that we have two kids ages 3 and 5 travelling with us. WHY DOES YOUR SYSTEM BREAK US UP INTO 3+ GROUPS? It just ends up in more work for your gate agents to put us together as well as you can before the flight. This happened on the flight out and the flight back. Also, on the flight back the agent and crew had to bump people who had already established themselves in their assigned seats in order to fit us in in a sane way. Also, don't make us download a sketchy app to view in-flight entertainment. There are ways to deliver entertainment that don't require installation of software for just a flight. Not that it matters to us, because entertainment wasn't available on the flight to cabo.

Cons: I'm tired of being crammed into small and uncomfortable seats. It seems comfort is only for people who can afford it. Headrests were non-existent. I'm not extraordinarily tall but the seat stopped just above my neck and felt like a hard, sharp surface rather than something soft and padded. And, of course, there's not enough leg room. Especially once the person in front of you leans back. I don't mean to sound petty but it felt like the airline was more worried about maximizing profits at the expense of their guest's comfort.

Pros: Was upgraded to premium economy in order to accommodate a family that wanted to be seated together. Never been upgraded in my life. The seat was very comfortable and legroom excellent. I was exhausted from a long weekend and not feeling well but managed to sleep almost the entire four hours without being bothered. The flight attendants left me a snack in my seat pocket which was very much appreciated. Almost wish I hadn't slept so much of the flight so I could've witnessed other amenities and service of flight attendants.

Cons: my original ticket had a tsa pre-check on it,when i tried to go thru security it would not read so i was told to go back to the counter to have it reprinted,mind you the lines to go thru screening were hundreds of people long that morning,so i did. the reprinted ticket did not have the tsa precheck on it but the ticketperson said it would be fine if i just showed the original. not what happened,i was sent all the way back to the end of general boarding and consequently nearly missed my flight. also there was zero air in the aircraft,it was stifling hot,smelly and miserable.and once again zero ackowledgement of any mvp gold statis of any kind. im starting to wonder whats the point anymore? you used to be alot more ......nice,i guess. and honestly how many very old wrinkled up senior citizens do you guys hire? i dont feel like most of the crew would really be able to handle any type of crisis if there was one. sorry ,i used to be very happy with you and now have been taking Delta more often.

Pros: I can't say enough great things about this airline! This was my first time on Alaska and it definitely won't be my last. We had some weather issues come up as we were about to take off. The pilot kept us up today on info, the flight crew brought water & anything else people needed before take off. It was a short delay but you would have thought we were going to be there for hours because they were all so attentive. It was the smoothest flight (THERE WAS CRAZY WEATHER EVERYWHERE!!) but our pilots made sure we had the smoothest safest flight possible. I could go on forever! This airline went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure we were comfortable and had a great flight.
Cons: I don't love paying to check luggage but these days unless you fly Southwest that's hard to avoid.

Cons: The flight attendant taught he was funny but he was not to me. I eent to the restroom the the same flight attendant poke me to get him stuff from the back for him twice while he was seating at his seat. He gave 7 bottles of Jack Daniel to two young ladies without even asking for ID. They got drunk and starting pushing my friends seat several time while she was sleeping. Five hour flight and had to withstand this two ladies and the flight attendant seems yo not be helping by giving more alcohol and encouraging them. Will not reccomend american airline to my friends.

Pros: We had a delay in landing. I was feeling sick to my stomach and after landing i used the restroom. When I got back to my seat to retrieve my things a man from the cleaning crew had one of the bags I had under my seat. I had $500 cash in my wallet that my husband gave me to deposit in the bank upon my arrival. When i asked the guy why he had my bag he said he was security and he thought I left. I felt that was odd because people were still exiting the plane. I grabbed my things and left. I didn't realize my money was taken until i got my rental car. That was the only time my bag was left unattended. I have never experienced this before and was so disappointed in my ingnorance. Since it was cash, my colleagues told me I would most likely be wasting my time.

When there were none, the FA stood in the aisle and said we just weren't going to take off if nobody volunteered. They should have just MOVED people.

Pros: Smooth flight on new B757 with good entertainment system and Comfort+ seating legroom worth the extra cost but I was disappointed that the overhead storage bins above our seats were filled by pax from other seats before we arrived even though we were given priority boarding and the toilets were filthy.
Cons: Boarding passengers should be more carefully controlled with amount and size of cabin luggage and where they place them. Toilets should be more frequently cleaned in flight.

Pros: Had to cross terminals and the pathway was closed due to an international flight landing (poor planning on LAX part) so had to exit and reenter terminal through TSA. Flight delayed an hour then cancelled due to control panel failure. 10pm flight became 12am bus (and originally told it was 11.15pm bus which was "stuck in traffic" when google map traffic was all green). Got back to SD 4 hours after scheduled time.

I understand that these issues occur, but better communications and empathy from the ground crew would have gone a long way. Boarding was also a disaster because everyone tried to board at the same time and again, the ground crew did nothing to control the situation.

Cons: The check in process at JFK was a disaster. The kiosk check in machines were constantly malfunctioning, where to line up was unclear, and staff acted frustrated. After several failed attempts with the kiosks you have to wait in line to check in at the counter anyways. It would have saved almost an hour of my time to just go straight to the counter-- had I been allowed to. I wanted to check a bag which contained some fragile items. Several bottles of wine which I wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned with my packed clothes. I requested a "Fragile" sticker to be put on my bag. I was told "We don't do that here". So I asked if they handle ALL bags with extreme care and I was laughed at and told to go on my way. When I got my bag at my destination-- the outside of my leather suitcase was sliced to the lining. There were scuff marks and torn leather. My wine had been completely shattered. Not just a crack in the bottle, but flattened completely. My clothes were stained, my bag ruined. I don't know if putting a fragile sticker on would have prevented this, but I don't understand why they just "don't do that". We are trusting our property to the airline when we check bags. I will never trust American Airlines ever again. They don't want to know if I have anything fragile, and they don't care when I tell them.

Cons: I'm still waiting for my 10 pm flight and it's almost 2am.

Pros: Aircraft was safe, clean and good media selection with power-outlets for mobile device. Good updates from the pilot and crew.

Cons: This flight was at a small airport and we waited in line for security longer than at a large airport. There were 5 flights going through security at the same time with nothing scheduled later. Why not spread them out a bit and save everyone some time?

Pros: Quick non stop.

Pros: It got us there and back for a descent price. The flight was fine but the seats are not comfortable and do not recline. I wouldn't suggest Allegiant for anything more than 2 hours and that was even pushing it.
Cons: We arrived 3.5 hours early and the line was very long. They must have had a system glitch but didn't communicate to anyone in the line as to what was going on. When it did come time to board, they told everyone in the line that was going to Cincinnati that we couldn't check in until 2 hours before the departure time. Apparently there were some other flights that left before us. If they had told us to keep our place in line and to let other people through, that wouldn't have been a problem. But, they didn't. Their own website says you should check baggage at least 2 hours before your flight and no more than 4 hours before. They took it upon themselves to change the rules on people who arrive early. Then, once they no longer had anyone else to check in, they changed their rules again and start checking in people for Cincinnati about 2.5 hours ahead of time. A little communication and brain power from the staff would have gone a long way. After all that mess, the flight was delayed leaving about 15 minutes without any updates from Allegiant either.

Pros: The service is not extravagant but completely adequate. Also, it is very consistent every time I fly them.

Cons: You have to pay to choose your seat, to have more than one carry on bag (literally of any size!!), and for any food. Nothing is complimentary. The seats don't lean back at all. No headrest adjustment for any sort of comfort. The seats are hard. We had a 30 min. Delay for some reason we were not made aware of and no apology was made. No Tv's or even a pocket in the seat-back in front of you. Basically if you can fly anything else other than this airline you are probably better off. Delta is basically the exact opposite of this airline and even American does way more. If I can help it I will never use this airline again.

Pros: Price of flight and it was non stop to Fort Wayne, IN.
Cons: Flight was delayed 60 mins, no explanation given. We flew in a Sun Country Plane instead of an Alliegiant plane. Sun Country had more leg room and free non alcoholic drinks. So it was worth the delay and plane change. Made it safety to Fort Wayne.

Pros: Efficient check in, no hidden fees (all were explained via email well before the flight), fast boarding, take off and unloading. Time left and arrived on time. The staff was extremely friendly.
Cons: The seats were bare bones and not very comfortable but I guess that's what helps keep costs down.

Pros: The price of the flight was cheap, but i know why. You ended up paying for your carry on luggage, ypu pay for seat assignment if you want to guarentee sitting with you party, you pay for soda. My flight was 1.5 hours late, due to mechanical problem. Plane was janky and it felt like it STILL needed repairs.

Pros: It was so fun to have a flight attendant that had a great sense of humor. She kept us in stitches throughout the flight.

Pros: I am a little disabled... Am in a electric wheelchair, can't speak very well, this was my first flight alone and my chair would not lock in upright position after unfolding it. (If I leaned back on the backrest it would collapse/fold up. I learned I had to lean forward to keep it up.) Everyone was very accommodating and very helpful! At the Provo Airport they gave me a regular wheelchair and I showed them how to remove the lithium battery, remove and stow the joystick and how to fold my chair. No drinks or snacks unless you pay for them. On arrival I waited for everyone else to exit but also took advantage of the lavatory to relieve my bladder ;-). They were waiting trying to unfold my chair. I gave them instructions to step there and lift on the arms and up it went! I showed them where the joystick was, they pulled it out and connected it to the arm, put the battery in the bag, plugged it in, zipped up the bag and I pressed the green button and Voila! it was done! Thank you to the Awesome Allegiant Crew!

Cons: The LA to Eugene leg was delayed in departing, but this was an improvement on the cancelled flight from Eugene to LA. Arrived at the airport 2 hours early per their instructions to find the flight was delayed. Thirty minutes later they cancelled the flight and then provided no information concerning the new flight the following day.

Pros: Fast seating with veteran's seated first.
Cons: Small seats that don't recline.

Cons: First class seats were terrible. No padding. Meal of a messy sandwich was bad. No drink service was offered.

Cons: They did not enforce masks. Person sitting next to me had mask off the entire time.

Cons: The seats were the most terrible seats I have ever experienced in all my years of flying. I'm a small person and even I couldn't get comfortable. The seats were curved in the wrong way and didn't recline enough for a 3 hour flight. The crew made the boarding and deplaning process worse by not paying attention to what was going on in the plane.

Cons: The temperature on the flight was super warm. I was uncomfortable. I was told that with Layover I would receive my check in bag for Hotel stay. the attendant took a discription of my luggage for other united employees to tell me it would take 3 hours to retrieve my luggage. They didn’t even try to look for it or help me. Then what’s the point of taking my discription down? Now I have to stay at a hotel with nothing on me. So ridiculous and rude.

Cons: My 10:00 p.m. flight was canceled so I had to spend the night trying to sleep in the airport. Have you ever had to do that? Not fun.

Pros: The crew was excellent, the free entertainment was awesome. The flight departed on time, and arrived 25 minutes early.

Pros: Crew was friendly and responsive. Gate crew kept passengers informed of the delays. Flight itself was ok.
Cons: Flight ETD was 8:25 but plane developed a mechanical problem. After about 20 minutes waiting for maintenance the Captain decided to go back to the gate for fuel and repairs. After maintenance came on board the decision was made to deplane. Finally, a plane from Chicago was scheduled to take us to San Diego. After boarding at about 12:30, it was discovered that catering never loaded food. We waited for over an hour for food to be delivered. At close to 2pm the Captain, who kept us aware of what was going on, asked us if we would agree to leave without a full delivery of food, and all agreed. So by 2pm we were finally enroute to San Diego but having a seat in the back meant we only got to eat what was left, which for me, was a small cheese pack.

Pros: We were forced to re-book this leg of our trip because of "insufficient" layover time. The United Airlines staff helping the numerous customers that were forced to re-book were not friendly, did not function with any sense of urgency and were as minimally helpful as possible with the inconvenience. After exiting customs we had 30 minutes to get to our gate, instead of offering to take us to the front of the line to get through security faster we were simply told we would not get through it in enough time to make our flight. Initially we were not even told we were going to be re-booking our flight, we were only told that we needed to re-check our bags at the counter after exiting customs. The entire interaction was very frustrating.

Cons: I don't usually write reviews but my flight check in experience was awful. The woman checking the tickets while boarding was incredibly curt and rude to the old man in front of me (who clearly had an issue with his ticket that was not his fault), then when she got to me she took a look at my bag and said "it's huge I need to check that". It's a bag that I have carried on to hundreds of flights (feel free to look at my flight history with united) and definitely fits in to the over head. When I asked her "is it too big or is there no space?" she said "no space" without even looking at me. I proceeded to board the flight only to find tons of over head compartment space. This is very frustrating. She didn't even take the time to fit my bag in the measuring tool at boarding. She seemed to be in a rush for no reason. The flight was already delayed and being rude wasn't going to make it go any faster. I'm now a silver status member, likely to be gold by the end of the year. I've flown a lot, and I think it's totally reasonable to expect at least some level of politeness while boarding.

Cons: The gate worker said the gate for my flight had changed as my boarding time had been happening. Rushed to the other side of the airport where my new gate was supposedly at just to be told it was where I first started. Pissed beyond measure that I got to my flight one minute to take off because the United worker doesn't know what hes doing.

Cons: I felt like a commodity that only existed to squeeze money out of. I'm a petite person, 5 foot tall and 115 pounds yet I felt cramped in your tiny seats.

Pros: Flight attendants were great. They brought the food and drink cats down the aisle at least 5 times each during the flight.
Cons: In flight entertainment system worked great for the first hour or so and then would spool for several minutes for every minute of movie that it would play. Flight attendants could not so anything to fix it.

Cons: we got 3 separate middle seats while traveling with a 4 year old. United knows his age, do they really expect him to sit alone? Fortunately the flight attendant and other passengers were very helpful.

Pros: This flight was very easy. There was a delay at the gate but we were notified and once we were able to board it was a very quick process. The flight was maybe half full which was also nice.

Cons: Delayed flight so they transferred us to American which turned out to be delayed and we missed our connection in LA and had to stay the night. They could not find us on the computer system because of the transfer. We took the train home at our own expense. Not happy with costumer service. There was a lack of efficiency and care. We were in the air for 4.5 hours but spent two whole days traveling. No thank you united and American!

Pros: Held flight from Chicago to Harrisburg so we could make connection. Arrived MDT only 30 minutes later than original schedule.

Pros: The crew was the most polite, calm and reassuring crew I've ever come across. When faced with the mounting frustrations of a cabin full of delayed passengers, these guys were smooth as silk. Bravo!
Cons: Being grounded due to weather is unfortunate, but the team did so well in managing expectations, it's hard to be mad.

Pros: I liked that I finally arrived at my destination and that the crew did their best to accommodate the passengers.
Cons: -The flight was delayed with only vague information given out at the gate. We were told three different times we would be boarding, but only to be told we were experiencing a delay again. + If the gate announcements included apologies with, or even instead of, the inaccurate boarding calls it would have made a difference. -The passenger compartment was about 15 degrees hotter than the airport and it never really cooled off. The front WC was out of service and created a long line for the only other WC on the plane, which you sometimes you would stand in when turbulence would hit. This was honestly one of the most uncomfortable commercial flights I have taken since 1991. I had to call out of work due to the stress the flight put on some of my joint injuries.

Cons: They change our gate 3 times and one of those times had us walk back to entire different concourse. Then it took forever once we got on the actually plane and we had no air, it was so hot. The ride was bumpy and the air was again not very strong so we are hot and bouncing around. Finally, we get to San Diego and....they change our baggage claim. United needs to get it together or at least give us a free drink when they can't get organized.

Cons: The pre-boarding staff were rude and not helpful. I had requested an aisle seat when I booked my flight. Somewhere along the line, my seat was changed to a middle seat. When I asked the staff if I could switch to an aisle seat to help accommodate my sciatica, they told me, "sorry, we can't help you, you'll just have to ask another passenger." Neither crew member was willing to work with me or hear my concerns. So much for flying the friendly skies...well I guess we were still on land, so may that principle had not yet taken effect.

Pros: Unhappy first class passengers! Flight attendant decided it was better to have the first class passengers have restroom privileges and announce to the whole plane that they would have to wait until the service cart finished its path down the aisle.
