Eventually brought it but why try to talk her out of it. Heavy set dark brown tall Attendant on flight 5874 Mesa Airlines. Lost my luggage. More and more friends, family & 1 flight expert says AA gets more complaints. Will try booking with another airline carrier in future unless absolute emergency to take AA. Worth $40.00 or more extra to get friendly service."

But, the free texting was something only available in a country to which Donald Trump (the most patriotic American in his whole wide mind) thinks is so inferior! What’s up America? Can’t afford to give us free WiFi in our planes? I hear ya... What’re you gonna do Trump, build a wall around the United State’s overpriced internet service?!? Just kidding folks! Pros: "American airlines is located in a small terminal at CDG which works to its advantage. Compared to other airlines, getting to the US from Paris is a lot easier. The airplane was brand new, entertainment on board is the best I've seen in a long time. In Chicago, clearing immigration and customs was a breeze, the airport is very well designed for international travelers."

Cons: "I was supposed to make the trip from BNA to CHS at 2:30, we were delayed over 1.5 hours, making me miss this flight by 5 mins. Then I was put on 10pm flight which was cancelled! They couldn't get me to HHH until 6pm the following day. I would have missed my entire conference. The closest they could get me was a 10pm flight to charleston, then I had to rent (AND PAY FOR) a car and drive 2 hours to HHH in the middle of the night. The customer service people were less than helpful. They aren't allowed to help you make car reservation. My flight on the way back from HHH to BNA was a similar story. Thankfully my connecting flight was delayed an hour or there was no way I would have made it."

Absolutely zero service! No more United!"

Cons: "Everything else. The only redeeming feature of the flight experience was the great flight attendant onboard and the fact that we actually landed at my destination. The coffee maker onboard had been broken for a long time and the airline couldn't be bothered to fix it. If I were the flight crew, I would have gone on strike. No leg (or arm) room on the express jet really punctuated a 34 hour itinerary with a sour note. I could barely walk off the plane in the end. Less comfortable than a cheap rental truck for the same amount of time. I likely won't fly again with United. I'd almost rather walk next time to be completely honest. At least it would be healthier!"
