Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.
The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket

Very poor service, will never travel through saudia airline also worst experience at jeddah airport, all the people act like very racist even we belong from a same religion but they don't have any humanity. Very big language barrier no one speak proper English so they don't understand us very poor service. I was traveling with family and with infant they give us very hard time. No one like to answer a question and there attitude is extremely no welcoming. Not recommended specifically jeddah airport and their services and staff. Will never take layover or any flight through jeddah. Thank you

Economy seats are better than most other international airlines. Crew is nice, food is halal and pretty good. Seatback tv selection is ok, not great. Wifi is poor and crazy expensive, "free" messaging lasts 15 minutes and capped at 3mb, full flight plans are $50 USD and still very tightly data capped.
I wonder why checking carry on bags while the checking process was done by Moroccan security. Is it question of trust or Morocco security system is not qualified enough?
Food could be better. Bread should be warm served with butter. Bread quality is bad and cold served.
Entertainment for non Arabic speakers is very limited. Seats were comfortable. Seat map while booking showed 2-2-2 config, but the flight had 1-2-1..

It’s was ok just I missed the crew member passing offers water or juice during the flight not just when offer the dinner or breakfast.
The plane was spartan, the seats not that comfortable. It was like flying a super low budget airline. They charged for coffee!!! I have never, ever experienced that before.
we had flown from Okinawa and had breakfast in Okinawa. There were issues with the plane so service was postponed. I asked a crew member if we could get something to eat as I was very hungry. Shevwas so nice that shev brought nuts for all of us. The sad part is that thevnuts were stale but I was hungry so I ate them. My side of the rew was really very nice. Both my wife and I travel quite a bit even though we cannot lift our bags as we get help. My wife asked her dso=ide crew if she could help put up the computer bag. She told he that its not her job. Oh well
Air conditioning was out for about 15 minutes that made it uncomfortable. WiFi went out halfway into the flight. Flight was about 45 minutes late.
This flight moved Gates several times in a short time period, from B to C, which required a substantial walk or rail ride. Then the flight was delayed more than 2 hours and the food was subpar compared to other flights.
Excellent service. Flight attendance like Jessica,, on our flight, is a reason I wouldn’t mind flying through British Airways again. Jessica,, was very courteous and helpful.
Air Marco’s fleet of airplanes are old and pathetic. The seats are torn and stained. The monitors don’t work properly. If this wasn’t a business trip and I had control of booking the flight, I would not travel on this carrier.
Boarded in group three at Barcelona, which meant going from a gate outside onto a bus to ride across the airport to a plane waiting on the tarmac. When we arrived at the plane, crew behavior told us something was wrong. Bus driver would not let us off for almost twenty minutes, despite being crammed shoulder to shoulder. Eventually, we got onto the plane, but were then told that someone “forgot” to refuel the plane and the truck to do so had not arrived. We departed late enough that we missed our connecting train in NYC, which was the last train of the evening, so we had to stay awake all night in the passenger waiting area of Amtrak’s Penn Station, which was almost impossible to get to because the station was now closing, as it was after midnight. We had to haul four suitcases a few blocks on city streets in the rain to get to the one remaining open entrance to Penn Station. We ended up being up for 36 hours straight because someone couldn’t do their job. Never, ever again would I fly this airline.
Worst flight I ever experienced, what was supposed to a 7 hour flight ended being 13 hours on a plane with no ac and the worst cabin I have ever seen. Never again.
Stewardess was not attentive at all asked for a bottle of water never came by 15 minutes later I asked her she said that she forgot there was only 12 people in first class and two stewardess unacceptable I ordered the fish was the last person to order. They said that they did not have any had to have a different item pasta at the inside of it because I was diabetic. Worst experience I ever had will never travel this airline again.

Front desk was closed at 6 pm, I was unable to get my boarding pass and as such missed my connecting flight home.

Dirty seats, entertainment unit not working. The crew member assisting in giving boarding passes was rude. She didn’t give us the seats we bought and then tried to give us 4 seats saying they were in the same row which they were not. We had paid for our seats to be assigned!. There was no food !! We ordered Kosher and they confirmed they would have it but the crew told us that kosher food was “out of stock” We went hungry for 7-8 hours
The food was disappointing, and the airplane appeared old, with torn seats. Royal Air Maroc could definitely do better.
Check in process is terrible, only one counter opens to serve over hundred passengers, agents are incompetent and took too long to get passengers boarding passes. Supervisor is no help neither. On board entertainment 90% monitors were defective.
Educate your crew members they need to understand what their job is and customers service and be human.
On line check was unavailable even tho I was receiving emails to check in and select my seat. At the gate was told all seats were taken ahead of time and was pre assigned a bad seat. When could you check in the choose a seat ???? The ran out of all food choices in business class !!! I had nothing to eat. They told me to pre order a special meal. I don’t want a special meal I was a regular meal. Seats very uncomfortable for business class prices.
Bad service in la RAM from beginning to end. The crew ladies are impolite and rude and insensitive to passengers requests. I do not recommend traveling with Royal Air Maroc (La RAM) - worst service.
