I didn't use the onboard amenities, so it is difficult to comment on those services. Otherwise, the flight from Nashville to Toronto was quite crowded, but the boarding process and the flight itself were perfectly fine.
Seats were old and very uncomfortable. Coach seating is way too tight
WiFi was a major problem and if it does not work on a 4 hour flight then that lowers the overall experience
The wifi was barely operable. just enough to charge me, not enough to be useful. I wasted 2 hours of time I could have been working. So now, I' have two hours of work this weekend to catch up on thanks to Delta's crappy technology. Plus I'm out the money!
got ahead of the schedule, nothing else to like. crew management of boarding when overhead bag space was virtually gone in the midst of their priority zone 3 should have been better. but they absolutely did not care. ryanair crew is better than this!
It’s a 3 hour flight with no entertainment and no WiFi due to Delta using old planes on this route and food is cold. Today we were told no potable water on the flight to even make coffee or tea. Ridiculous service in this direct route for business travelers and non business travelers
The crew was excellent but the entertainment did not work. The 3mm jack for the headphones was faulty and no sound was available for entertainment.
The number of interim flight delays has been higher than I can remember in my history of travel making any connection a mystery as to whether you will actually make it.

Boarding was a disaster being moved by Air France by bus to the plane. The plane should have been at the right gate.
Flight was late over a hour just like the first one. WiFi was down.
The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
Medíocre. The food wasn't good (although not bad, bad) and the staff wasn't kind. I asked for n extra blanket, the steward never came back, serving us roughly.
They wanted to close counter although they did not provide the wheelchair requested which ended by going alone to transit security and lost long time and they did not want to wait .
They charge me for luggage which is was included on the ticket
Lost luggage, 2 bags were badly damaged and one of the bags came open.
We were reluctant to travel with Air Canada after reading many bad reviews; however, we were more than satisfied with the experience flying from San Francisco to Montreal and back. Seats were comfortable (although on the return flight we had very little leg room) and the crew was friendly and competent. The entertainment was outstanding, with hundreds of choices, from movies to shows to comedy. Our luggage was delivered in a timely manner (a little slow in San Francisco) and we were sent tracking notices all along the way through the Air Canada app. I wouldn't hesitate to travel with Air Canada again.
The usb ports to charge phones laptops did not work.
Staff never asked passengers to bring their seat backs forward during landing. Was hoping to get a little relief from the passenger in front of me (I have long legs that I cannot stow in the overhead). Otherwise the flight was very pleasant.
Exorbitantly overpriced ticket. Flight was delayed as per usual with air Canada and there was zero refund or compensation.

Because you didn't have the tarmac clear and then had to unboard a plane I missed my connecting flight to CLE. Cost me a day ... a 30 dollar hotel hamburger ... then the next day THAT flight was an hour late to arrive ...
it was by far the worst business class experience i've had. the food was awful, the staff was worthless and lazy, the drinks were warm, no blankets. dirty bathroom.
I could not even make this flight due to Air Canada delay on my first flight. I had to be booked with American Airlines and arrived 13 1/2 hours late. Terrible customer service.
We were told every hour that the flight was delayed until finally late in the day the flight was cancelled. We had to wait in line over an hour to finally get another flight. Once on the flight the host was ridiculously incoherent in the loudspeaker in flight - very inhospitable. Not happy with our experience.

Horrible, they detoured my first flight to Roswell and the communication on why was very poor, We arrive late then waited 20 minutes for them to set up the bridge. I arrived at my connecting flight gate and was told my seat had been given to someone else even though the flight was delayed. We then get to customer service and the computer went down for several hours. The person at the counter was eating their lunch while trying to help me get a flight. Dhe then rebooked on a flight with a connection that was leaving two hours prior to me landing. So I had to then stand in another line to get rebooked. I missed my trip to Morroco and waited 7 days to finally get my luggage. It was a nightmare.
Based upon our entire experience with Iberia, we will never fly the airline nor recommend the airline to anyone. The flight to LA was fine and the crew on this one flight was god, but Iberia treats its customers (us) horribly. There was not one flight on this trip that they did not treat us poorly. We were bumped, lost seats, lost luggage etc all on flights we booked over a year in advance. Not one leg with Iberia went smoothly. And now they have lost our luggage somewhere in Madrid. This is a horrible airline. A truly horrible airline. And Underpricer recommended by Kayak is horrible as well. The lesson learned is to book directly with an airline and stay away from Iberia at all costs.
Very cheap airline, not worth the price. And they almost lost my luggage at JFK during a direct flight. I can't believe I paid that much money for a horrible 'premium economy' flight. Just fly economy on the cheapest end; premium economy is no different. Very very poor.
There was confusion over the electric wheelchair. Though it was categorized and double checked at checking the gate seemed confused by the chair.
Boarded in group three at Barcelona, which meant going from a gate outside onto a bus to ride across the airport to a plane waiting on the tarmac. When we arrived at the plane, crew behavior told us something was wrong. Bus driver would not let us off for almost twenty minutes, despite being crammed shoulder to shoulder. Eventually, we got onto the plane, but were then told that someone “forgot” to refuel the plane and the truck to do so had not arrived. We departed late enough that we missed our connecting train in NYC, which was the last train of the evening, so we had to stay awake all night in the passenger waiting area of Amtrak’s Penn Station, which was almost impossible to get to because the station was now closing, as it was after midnight. We had to haul four suitcases a few blocks on city streets in the rain to get to the one remaining open entrance to Penn Station. We ended up being up for 36 hours straight because someone couldn’t do their job. Never, ever again would I fly this airline.
All four segments of my trip on Iberia were late for various reasons. No apparent effort to stay on schedule. Never flying Iberia again.
The flight from Madrid to Boston was awful. Without prior warning, I was seated in the row in front of an exit row where my seat did not recline. The person in front of me reclined, reducing my already tiny space further. This was the WORST flight I've ever had.
Worst flight I ever experienced, what was supposed to a 7 hour flight ended being 13 hours on a plane with no ac and the worst cabin I have ever seen. Never again.

Dirty seats, entertainment unit not working. The crew member assisting in giving boarding passes was rude. She didn’t give us the seats we bought and then tried to give us 4 seats saying they were in the same row which they were not. We had paid for our seats to be assigned!. Food was bad, service was poor. My son had asked the hostess for a sprite which she told she would get but did not

The flight itself was fine. The flight was delayed for nearly 10 hours and there was inconsistent communication about why it was delayed.
There was no food !! We ordered Kosher and they confirmed they would have it but the crew told us that kosher food was “out of stock” We went hungry for 7-8 hours
