Flight out was about an hour late. Return flight was cancelled and best they could do was get me on a flight the following night at a completely different airport. Typical rebook process appeared to be web based, but didn't work since I purchased ticket through kayak, so I had to wait on hold for about an hour with easy jet to do so (which was likely better than the customer service line I was also waiting in, which I was less than half way through when I got the issue resolved on the phone). Ended up purchasing an additional return flight with another airline for the next morning. Did receive accommodations for the night, but travel to the other airport was not paid for (hotel checked with easyjet account rep who said no).
