Cons: "We need quality options for snacks."
Cons: "The headphone jack.was worn out, so the audio was sporadic."

Cons: "Horrible communication during flight delays and pilot timing out. Sat at the gate for hours with no communication."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 5 hours with almost no reports from the desk/PA and the desk was only manned within 1/2 hour of boarding."

Pros: "The seats were comfortable, and the crew was friendly."
Cons: "Entertainment units were just there for the sake of it, and didn't actually provide any entertainment"
Pros: "The seats are comfortable with enough leg room."
Cons: "My husband's display controls didn't work. We didn't ask for help as he planned to read anyway."
Pros: "Plenty of leg room in economy seats."
Pros: "Boarding was fast and easy but that may have been because it was a small plane."
Cons: "After landing we sat on the tarmac for 2 hours! This is unacceptable. The gate was occupied by a plane having mechanical issues. This was the second time I have flown JetBlue and the second time I’ve had to sit on the tarmac for hours because of some sort of issue. Never flying JetBlue again if I can help it."
Pros: "The movies were okay. The crew was accommodating."
Cons: "We spent 45 minutes on the tarmac, enough time to watch the baggage personnel throw our bags into his trolley with zero reason for him to do so. If you pack anything fragile... good luck."
Pros: "LOTS OF LEGROOM"
Cons: "They have a habit of not being ontime"
Pros: "Huge leg room in coach. Free large bag of snacks and they didn't charge me for a snack box filled with chumous, bean dip, crackers, biscotti etc value $9. I thought Jet Blue was like Spirit, but its TOTALLY different. Not at all a budget level airplane or crew."
Pros: "I thought mostly everything was great. I haven't flown in awhile and expected much worse."
Cons: "WiFi dropped out pretty shortly after takeoff stayed out for the entire flight duration."
Pros: "Free Wi-Fi, TV Channels, legroom"
Cons: "Asked the stewardess to have a blanket and water she had not brought. Service was bad ."
Pros: "Extra leg room, comfortable, leather seats, cleanliness of the cabin, efficiency and friendly manner of the staff, assigned seating and enough room in the gate area to be comfortable. I also appreciated being able to hear and understand all announcements made in the gate area and on board by the support staff and the captain."
Cons: "Some passengers in the gate area were "seat hogs" sitting in one seat and taking up one to two extra seats for their baggage while people were trying to find places to sit, especially when we experienced delays.. This is not the fault of the airlines, however, but it occurs to me that there could be gentle reminders on in print or in announcements asking people to make room for other passengers."
Pros: "The early boarding for families with strollers and the comfortable seats with a little more space than other airlines."
Cons: "I have a problem with my ears, and asked the crew for nozzle drops, they don’t have"
Cons: "I paid extra to sit next to someone with poor hygiene and a 3 year old who cried hysterically the entire flight. Worst flight ever"
Pros: "Having a tv"
Cons: "Sound jack not working properly , older plane no amenities"
Cons: "When I went to check in for my flight all sets had been picked only the upgraded sets were available for an extra cost. So with saying that I went to the airport with out a set number think my family and I would get bumped, even if the email said they never over book their flight, this was my first time flying jet blue I wasn't going to trust an email so the hole time I was worried about that when I should have been enjoying my last day on vacation."
Cons: "3 hour delay...again!"
Pros: "Great service and smooth flight. On time, all good things."
Cons: "An individual who was very overweight sat next to me and took up half of my seat as well. I understand we all deserv to ride comfortably and my intent is not to shame them. That said, if someone can’t put the armrest down I think the airline should require them to purchase both seats as it’s very uncomfortable to be in the position of having no seat for the entire ride. I’m an average sized person so it was a challenge but even tiny people deserve the full seat they purchased. There really should be a rule or something."
Pros: "Wide array of snacks and drinks, tv/movies to watch for free, excellent staff from beginning to end, and tons of legroom. The complimentary free check of my carryon way awesome."
Cons: "I liked everything! No complaints at all."
Pros: "Boarded quickly. Landed 20 minutes early!"
Cons: "Six hours late, then there wasn’t enough fuel and had to wait for paperwork multiple times. Hands down the worst experience I have ever had. I will not be flying JetBlue again."
Cons: "Delay and 4 hours in the craft upon arrival to Chicago"
Cons: "Almost a 9 hour ordeal. 4 hour delay because of weather for flight because one crew that was supposed to take our flight had “timed out.” Didn’t take off til after 1am. Finally landed and sat on plane because a plane at our gate was “disabled.” It’s 4:33am, I’ve been off the plane for half an hour, no baggage coming out of the carousel yet and no sign of this absolutely horrific experience ending anytime soon."
Pros: "Loved all the available dedicated JetBlue staff available to answer questions. Have not flown JetBlue often but heard many great things."
Cons: "Weather delay which is out of JetBlue’s control but once we landed (6 hours later) we sat on the runway for an additional hour because our gate had a disable airplane occupying it. I think JetBlue could have done a better job ensuring a back up gate was available or giving their passenger updates on the situation."
Pros: "The crew was great, and so was a JetBlue pilot dead-heading in the seat next to me. I liked the space in the MoreSpace seat I paid for. I relieved that the upgrade seat came with boarding in the first group. Some airlines you pay for the seat, but you're still group 3 or 4 and, meaning all sorts of anxiety about the most miserable part of any flight, the dreaded fight for the overhead bins, wondering it you'll have to check the bag and then wait for it at the destination. Thank you for removing that."
Pros: "The leg space"
Cons: "Delay and the space between seats"
Cons: "I never got the opportunity to fly because I was stuck in unusual traffic in a tunnel for over an hour just minutes from the Boston airport. I was later told there was a fire. I called the 1-800-JETBLUE number and I explained that the situation. The agent said that there would be a $75 change fee and at 4:47 pm there were no more flights out that night and that I would also be charged the fare differential the following day. I quickly went on line and found a deep discounted fare on United for $56! When I got to the airport there were several other people with the same situation. Not a enough agents on staff and no concern that I might miss my new flight on United. Thank Gid I acted fast and got another flight that evening or I would have needed to spend the night in the airport like a woman and her mother traveling to San Jose! Need more professionalism !"
Cons: "I was delayed half a dozen times, only to be canceled. Rescheduled on a flight that was scheduled to depart two hours before the original flight. Rescheduled after an hour hold. That flight was delayed the following day. Was diverted to Baltimore only to find out only some of us on our flight are getting out by a rude agent. Then no information at all. Had to run to catch an amtrak. Later found out if I stayed I would have stayed another 13 hours in Baltimore. Missed work and had no one home to take care of my family. Oh, and travel insurance will not cover anything. The plane itself was falling apart. Seat was broken and dirty. Everyones lights were broken and it smelled."
Cons: "Another plane mechanical issue causing another delay of over 2 hours."
Pros: "Good flight. The staff was nice, especially Chris. Nice to see complimentary beverages and snacks still offered on domestic flights."
Cons: "Seats are terrible, and getting worse every year, but thats coach on all airlines not just Jet Blue. Hard armrests, weirdly shaped bucket seats which are appalling in any other position than straight up with 90 degree waist bend. Thats not how humans sit for extended periods of time. A 5 degree recline is not a recline; its a joke. At least the tray table was bigger than my phablet, unlike Spirit where the napkins look like tablecloths on these ‘tables’. Overall, it is better than the cheapest airlines."
Pros: "The crew members were very friendly."
Cons: "The overhead fan was very strong."
Cons: "The captain didn’t show up for the flight so we had to wait for a new one to get to the airport. Easily, this could have been avoided. Then we land an hour late and we sit on the runway for a long time with no information."
Pros: "leg room & movie"
Pros: "Loved the comfortable seats and the entertainment options even though we had such a short flight. Boarding process was fast and efficient. Loved having Cheese Its as the snack!"
Cons: "Our return flight from Nantucket to JFK was delayed numerous times which made for a long day getting back to Baltimore. Totally understand that it was due to fog and have to say I received many texts shifting the time forward and backward."
Cons: "It was too cold inside."
Pros: "Everything on time."
Cons: "The seat in hard."
Cons: "Late flight delayed"
Pros: "The process. The flight. The crew."
Cons: "Our entertainment TV didn't work"
Pros: "Everything Entertainment Early landing"
Pros: "I spent 11 hours at the airport waiting to fly out to Nantucket. The entire time we were told the flight wouldn't be canceled. At 12am it was finally canceled. By that time there was only 1 seat left the next day to Nantucket. My flight the next day was canceled as well."
Pros: "Jetblue left on time from JFK"
Pros: "The on flight tv was down so I couldn't listen to music like I nearly always do on my flights."
Cons: "I didn't like waiting on the tarmac after we landed for what seemed like 25 minutes or so"
Pros: "The take off into the air was calm and not frightening."
Cons: "The flight we had scheduled with them was canceled and there was no email or form of communication sent to tell us before arriving to the airport. We found out while attempting to "check in." They were hesitant in providing food vouchers for us when our original flight that was supposed to leave early in the morning (6:30am), now left at (5:59pm)."
