Pros: I believe American forgot what customer service are. Their staff located at the airport is plain ignorant and could care less about helping you. They answered my questions, as if they were doing me a favor. Flight crew was professional, but cold. No one greeted us, as we boarded the plane.
Cons: American should remember that people who board their planes are actually their customers!
Pros: The friendly informative team when we learned our plane broke. I switched to Charlotte connection earlier as a Miami one made no sense as Miami is south of Atlanta final destination. We had a different outcome than expected yet staff cared for us.
Cons: Plane better maintained as before take off a hydraulic part broke and we were grounded . We arrived home hours later than planned because of this.
Pros: Boarding was fairly quick and on time. Transfer in Phoenix was no problem. Luggage arrived OK.
Cons: Seating is too small and too close to next rows. Unhappy with having to pay for seat assignments and checked bag while watching gate agents refuse to enforce overhead bag size limits.
Pros: I got to converse with the pilots before getting on board, and they were super awesome guys. Flight attendants were attentive and checked in frequently enough.
Pros: I like nothing!!!!!
Cons: My flight was canceled and company didn’t give any other flight.... any compensation for it....
Cons: Delayed by 2 hours and 13 minutes
Cons: Comfortable seats, courteous flight crew. Easy boarding and organized.

Cons: Multiple delays and changing of gates. Sitting on the tarmac waiting to deplane for longer than communicated by pilot.
Cons: Horrible communication during flight delays and pilot timing out. Sat at the gate for hours with no communication.
Pros: Clean plane. Pleasant crew
Cons: There was a mechanical failure that wasn’t caught at preflight and made us anxious about dependability of the aircraft Also resulted in an hour and half delay for departure
Pros: No problem with boarding and flight crew. Seating was comfortable.
Cons: Checked in 1 hour 45 minutes early and our checked baggage did not leave with the plane. Lost baggage representative on the OKC airport was incompetent. Repeated contact information 3 times and still had to follow up delivery with corrected address and phone number.
Pros: The 2 flight attendants who continued to work this flight were amazing. The gate agent in Phoenix was also great.
Cons: 7 hour delay initially because of a mechanical problem, but massively exacerbated by an inability to find crew. Disappointing....
Pros: Crew was fine but you can’t hear anything they are saying over intercom
Cons: Plane was late getting to gate then lightning kept luggage from being taken off and put on and on top of continued lightning, plane was 1 hr plus late getting out
Pros: Great stews
Cons: Food, 1st class had granola bars. Live tv was advertised, but not available
