The entire experience convinced my wife, Cathy, and me that traveling Polaris on United is the only way we’ll fly in the future. From check-in and baggage drop to the end of the 12-hour flight, the customer service was exceptional, with numerous staff members exemplifying the very best in care. On board, Andre, our primary crew chief, was sincerely friendly, a consummate professional, and, along with Freddy, one of his team members, truly among the best of the best. The captain even came through the cabin to chat with passengers—a wonderful personal touch, especially on such a long journey.

The SFO lounge closes at 12 midnight. My flight took off at 2AM

Delayed 2 hours while stuck on the aircraft. If the luggage was properly loaded the first time we probably wouldn’t have been delayed at all

How can you rate a flight when it is canceled after you leave the gate & 3 hours into sitting there or in remote area of airport after mechanical problems

Flight from Rome to SFO was excellent compared To our flight to Europe from SFO. The food was much tastier. You can see how UNITED is skimping, though. Instead of getting something mid flight you had to ask for it. It was not automatically served. There was a cookie at the end of the arrival meal, for example that tasted like it just came out of a box. They used to serve a little container of nuts, now … a tiny container of nuts, mixed with pretzels. This was business class that you really have to pay for! But this is minor complaints compared to the overall. My major complaint is the position of the even numbered seats by the windows. You have to turn around to see your window & the positioning as some other controls are harder to get at. This is compared to the odd number seat that are perfectly aligned.

The travel from Munich to San Diego :Food and drink service was good, way to cramped on the plane for that long of travel.not even convenient for getting up to use bathrooms or stretch.we were mislead to believe our “air bus” was much bigger.

Everything was great except for one thing. I was sitting in seat 1L with plenty of windows. Because we couldn’t sit next to each other, my husband was in 2L with only one window that he had to almost turnhis neck around to look out. Therefore, the window position with 1/2 of the “window” seats in business class is not optimal

Outstanding in all respects. Early boarding left early arrived early. We were in business class, so was perfectly fine.

My bag was lost with my medicine and I am very inconvenienced. I don’t know what happened, however I want you to do a better job on getting people’s bag back

The flight was really comfortable in Economy. Entertainment and crew fabulous!

Worst airline. Nine hours late. Checkin agent was not helpful at all.

Horrible. I was on flight AZ620 from Rome to LA. I paid over $4k for my business class seat and had a horrible experience. The WiFi was not connected for the entire flight and instead of being transparent with the passengers, the staff passed out WiFi vouchers and failed to let us know that the Wifi did not and would not work for the entire flight. Much worse is the terrible treatment from the manager of the flight attendant staff. I got up from my business class seat to use the restroom meant for this section. The flight attendant manager (I didn't catch her name but later learned she was the manager from another employee) started yelling at me that I couldn't use the restroom. I thought maybe it was busy. Then another flight attendant came to my seat and said that her manager thinks I'm not in business class, but I should let her know I am so I can use the restroom. I stood up again and before I reached the restroom, the manager was already yelling at me again to use the restroom in the back! She was judging me based solely on my appearance and assumed I wasn't business class. I had to interrupt her constant yelling to tell her "I am business class." She was racist and rude. I travel constantly for work, but moving forward I am never going to spend my money on an ITA airway flight again. Thanks to this manager, you lost a customer.

I am vegan, and the food was not what I expected it to be One meal was good, but the rest of the things were not very satisfying… I was disappointed in the food The flight itself was very smooth and everybody was very very nice… The boarding was very good

Crazy and confusing check in process for connecting international flights. Extremely uncomfortable seats in economy, bad in flight service with useless attendants, 10 year old movie selection, inedible food + only 1 full meal for 12+ hours long flight - 2nd snack was a cold bun with 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of cucumber; 3rd was 2 breads - 1 hot and 1 cold. Finally absolute bad information on arrival time - in flight suggested we will reach at 12 AM until last minute, when we landed it was 1:15 PM

The price for Premium Economy seats very competitive and ITA beat the big guys in terms of fair. However, seat comfort was below expectations. Movie selection was poor. Food - absolutely horrible!! I felt like a prisoner for 13 hours being fed cold damp rolls and room temp water. NOT what I expected for Premium Economy!!

Most importantly, got us there and back safely and on time. Seats in Prem Econ spacious enough and comfortable. But pulldown footrest on both flights inadequate/broken. Crew...mixed: a few were quite pleasant, others seemed disinterested. Food was underwhelming. Yes, I know it's just "airplane food", so dont expect much... but even United is doing better now, and BA more so. Would I fly ITA again...perhaps. Price diff was main selector this time, almost 1K LESS/person than UA. I'm naturally frugal -- For 2K I'll put up with some small inconveniences.

Flight attendant really had bad behavior.. yelled at people when she is trying to defend, to have favor w her people..!

Appreciated being met with a glass of sparkling wine - also the warm cleansing towel offered before the meal. The food was tasty!

The landing was catastrophic. I was very scared. I thought it were my last lminues. Pilotes should be more experienced

Not a very modern plane with no entertainment and a sandwich and juice served on board.
