Easy to cancel Trip
Kayak did not have a system of knowing that I cancelled the flights
I'm very disappointed because i wasn't allowed to travel back to the US from Brussels (Belgium). i was supposed to connect in Toronto but because I'm a foreign student in the US, I wasn't aware that i needed a Canadian Visa to transit in Toronto. so lost my flight and i hard to spend another thousand euros to catch the next flight that will connect in the US territory. I made all the call possible to resolve my flight issue and no one could help me either Brussels airline personnel or the kayak customer service. until today i didnt have not even a email to let me know what happen.
Everything was fine
Beside for the music and movies, you should give us the possibility to make a search and find what we want to watch or listen
Crew was polite, but...
The flight attendants seemed unused to the idea that Orthodox Jews won't sit beside people of the opposite sex. This made boarding take longer than it needed to. The airline should figure out a way to streamline this process on flights to/from Tel Aviv.
The flight attendants on the trip from Brussels to NY were more friendlier than the flight attendants on the NY to Brussels leg of the trip.
The sandwich that was served on the Brussels to NY leg of the trip was not great at all. The seats were hard on my behind.

They ran out of select drinks on the plane. Boarding was a pain!!! They had the longest security checks, and it was extremely chaotic. Seating was crowded.
The in-flight movie was very much appreciated.
Quick boarding for a big plane. Lots of room for overhead luggage. Two beverage services. Nice crew!

Although my TSA Pre check number was on my flight coming into Atlanta, it wss not on my fight leaving Atlanta. That caused me to arrive at my gate 5 mins before boarding time and prevented me from having time to eat breakfast before my flight.
Its a 3.5 hr flight. No charging outlets available. Food options very limited by the time they got to me, row 26. No in -seat entertainment screen. Hard seats.
I was able to pass the time with ease. A+++ in flight experiences. Great airline staff and awesome food.
No complaints whatsoever.
Worst food ever. Stewardess could not figure out where my seat was . Seemed unfamiliar with the plane.
The plane, entertainment and crew (except for the one flight attendant who seemed to think she was too good for the job). The personal at the airport were very helpful.
A flight attendant was impatient with children, cranky and rude. Other members of the crew were very friendly and let my son check the second floor and cockpit. There was only one choose of main course.
On time Boarding was convenient
Room to stretch out in, the benefit of extra space on the tray; relaxed crew, and quiet co-travelers.
Nothing to not like. Wish all flights would be like that.
Beautiful clean aircraft . Superb crew.
