Loved the staff, boarding and drink options! Wish the comfort of the seat could have been better nevertheless

The chair cushions may need an upgrade. I have been noticing they are so worn out, thin so you’d sit in a dip 😄. Other than that, all was an enjoyable trip. Thanks AA!

I’m impressed that we were on time in Sacramento after having a late departure in Newark and our made it. The staff was friendly and warm.

Cramped seats. FAA should make airlines have more legroom, for even short people complain

5.5 hour delay with no explanation on why, along with no proactive effort to reaccomodate me.

It was one of my worst flight ever. First they were changing the gate for at least 4 times, changing from gate D7 to D12 to D44. Considering the size of the Miami Airport, we are talking about long distance and the train at the airport was not working. Then the flight was delayed around one hour. Then finally we boarded into the plane and when everybody was seated, there was an announcement that there is an issue with one of the tire of the plane, so we all had to get out of the plane with our belongings, to replace the tire. So we had around 2.5-hour delay

Most miserable flight ever. We waited almost 2 hours on the runway because the flight was oversold. American offered $1200 credit. Then there was some nonsense about weight distribution. Ridiculous. No food for 8 plus hours on the flight. I will be writing a letter.

Honestly, I haven’t flown American in years, probably due to the pandemic and my being unable to travel for certain periods in the last two years, but it was a good experience to dig out or obtain a new American Airlines account after many years of traveling for business with American in the past.

The plane was probably full boarding was easy. We were able to check our carry-on luggage for free. It was a return flight through Philly to LA. Never saw a stewardess do a demonstration of emergency Procedures. I think my flight was pretty full

Plane, flight, crew, captain were all great. The first flight had a Chipotle box lunch...delicious.

It was horrible. We were not allowed on the flight by spirit staff at the gate during boarding because I had a guitar. The same guitar I had at check in which I paid for and they said I can take it on the plane. We missed our flight, lost our luggage, and had to pay another $900 to rebook flights. Worst travel experience ever and spirit staff are the worst staff ever.

The flight was canceled and was bounced around time wise with my elderly parents. That being said the gentleman in custody service was amazingly helpful

It amaze me how other airlines leave on time and Spirit always have some type of delay. I’ve flown with Spirit many times, but it reached a point I’d rather pay twice the amount and not deal with this corporation they never do nothing to reimburse people for their time or headaches.

Too many time late and postponed No electrical power for my electric devices

Flight and crew were good, no complaints at all. Easy, uneventful, quick flight. The delays, cancelled flight, hold time to wait for customer service on the phone were not good. One person that answered told me the delays, first on the way to Newark, and again on way from Newark were due to weather (there was no weather on flight coming in); turns out that was not true. Multiple flights were delayed and cancelled that weekend- 6 for the trip leaving on Sunday from what customer service at the desk told me. Newark was having issues with air traffic controller I believe. So, getting false information and only options of rebook (for another day, or one with stops to get in the next day), refund or a credit valid for 5 years, did nothing to help me get to work the next day or get my son home for school that next day. There was no sort of compensation for the wait or cancellation from airline or from airport. Just out of pocket for the uber ride and the missed hours at work.

The seats! Do not nickel and dime! Be transparent about all your fees!

It was fine, Can’t blame you about airport issues.

You get what you pay for, and the flights went smoothly. There’s no reclining chairs, no screens, And there isn’t always wifi, but the plane was clean and staff was friendly and the takeoff/landing were smooth.

The flight was fine however what started as a reasonable priced ticket could have become an overpriced ticket with additional charge for carry on as well as checked bag $79 per bag per person each way. Additional charge for choosing one’s seat, additional charge for beverage and snack, we were on what was described as a new plane yet there were no audio/visual on the jet. A bare bones service but not at a bare bones price. Will think twice before flying Spirit again. 😕

We had an 8 hr delay so it was not good
