She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude."

They also created a "barrier" around her by specifically talking to people in the seats around her and asking that they not open their own snacks that may contain peanut or peanut products. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Jet Blue!!! We will definitely use you again!!"

She explained that she was unable to do anything about it. I then called American during my trip and spoke with another agent who said it was out of her hands as well and to take it up with an agent at the desk at the airport. When I checked in online, I was able to change our seats myself which was nothing that either agent even suggested. The lack of ability of these agents on the phone to help two parents traveling internationally with a toddler was unbelievable. American has terrible customer service."

I then called the number provided to ask for more help, and was told that I could then only choose the seats at the check in time. I was at the airport 2 hours before the flight schedule to book my seat and was told them that I could only choose the seats at the gate. Once I got at the gate I asked the person to please give me a seat at the aisle for medical reasons but after waiting until the boarding process had started I was giving a middle seat. Not only I was treated as a stand by passenger that had not purchased the tickets I was put nt on group 8 and at the moment of boarding the gate personal aggressively grabbed my carry-on bag because they insisted there was no more spaces in the compartment above heads. Once I got inside of airplane I saw many empty compartments available for carry-on luggage. I wish I had not purchased my ticket with Iberia Airlines operated by American Airlines. It was not a good, pleasant experience and do not recommend. I wil certainly avoid in the future and not travel this way another time. Thanks"

We had to take a taxi back to our hotel for over $100 and they didn't offer help with that or anything else. This airline is the worst!!! Unless there is significant compensation offered, I will do anything and everything to destroy their reputation further. Luckily the crew was good and helpful atherwise I could not even sit with my husband. My chair was broken so I had to sit very straight. The screen was very tiny like only half size of the one on Luthansa flight. The food was only so so as well but that was just my personal taste."

Cons: "My first flight was delayed 2 hours, so I was unable to make my connecting flight. I am ending up landing in Portland about 5 hours after my original landing time. I will be missing part of a conference that I paid for. Major disappointment. The lady that helped me at first literally had me making an unnecessary stop, and arriving another 2 hours later, and I STILL would have missed my second flight due to the delay of the first fligh. Thankfully Michelle was very helpful, and switched me over to American Airlines"
Pros: "Staff in Syracuse where awsome from the guy at the united check in Guest to the TSA Gal who had to give us a patdown super sweet and helpful."
Cons: "In both airports I was wheeled to gates and left in the way of people coming and going. I tried to get the attention of airline employees and when I did they told someone else and so I sat for between 40-60 minutes."
Pros: "Plane travel is not my favorite, but I was impressed at how smoothly everything went. Had some decent coffee and a delicious caramel-filled cookie during flight that made me very happy. Loved having a female pilot and power receptacles in each row, too."
Cons: "I wish we didn't need the United app in order to use the Wi-Fi. Or, I wish that I had known in advance, since my tablet is Wi-Fi only. Minor thing."

Cons: "Delayed for over an hour but not notified of the length of the delay in a fashion which would allow me to drive the 2 hours to Chicago in order to make my connection. Repeatedly told the connecting flight was the last one out of the entire airport to my final destination. Heard other travelers discussing that they had been rebooked onto an alternate airline and then found a later flight on Kayak, walked up to podium and asked to be rebooked on that specific flight, which they grudgingly did. Of note, I was repeatedly reassured that they were "sure" I would make my connection without a problem and to stop worrying so much. My flight left out of Madison 2 minutes after my connection departed Chicago. I usually fly a different airline, whose flights out of Madison were all on time that day, and will do so in the future despite more expensive ticket. The actual crew on the flight was lovely and apologetic, did everything they could to help us despite the delays. At least that's something."

Which meant that I was no longer traveling with my colleague. Unfortunately, that made our intended meeting time impossible."

Rental car had to ordered last minute and was left without room and board for the night. Had to call again for actual co formation of second flight because no notice was given,"

Cons: "When we landed un Houston it took forever to get off the plane. It was unclear where to get my luggage. I had to leave it to pass through TSA to run and try to catch my flight from Houston to Chicago. When I arrived at my gate I got there just in time because they were starting to board the plane. I was uconfortable sitting between two men. I traveled alone. When we landed in Chicago, took forever to get to the gate so we can get off the plane. There was no entertainment, at least for me. My phone was way low in battery and ai couldn't watch anything."

We were delayed over an hour leaving Burlington and then when we arrived in Orlando we sat on the tarmac for over an hour because, according to the crew, no gate was available for us"

Cons: "I’m 6’2” , any vehicle other than my R1 is just not super comfortable. Even my truck and i love my truck . But anything over 2 hours starts wearing on my long legs . Thats my issue . Nothing any airline can do for that . I prob need to opt for 1st class next time n see ."

Cons: "The flight was very late. They gave me a voucher for $50 as a consolation, but it is only on purchasing a new ticket within 90 days, not very helpful. Since they nickel and dime you for seat selection, checked bags etc, it would be nice to at least use the voucher for seat selection on my return trip."

Part of my body was covered by her the entire flight except when I got up to go to the bathroom. Leaned into the isle most of the flight. Really annoying to have half a seat."

Cons: "The seats are horrid, it’s a plastic shell with faux leather wrapping that doesn’t even go around the back. Each seat looks directly into an abyss of grey hard plastic with a tray smaller than your hand. My body hurts so bad that I need another day to rest."

Pros: "Frontier provides flights at a greatly discounted rate. The catch is that's all you get. Everything else cost extra. I'm good with that. From Point A to Point B as cheap as possible. That leaves more money for fun on the ground."
Cons: "Comfort of the cheap seats is a bit lacking, but again you can pay extra for better seats. Food service, i.e. snacks and drinks cost extra."
Pros: "I arrived safely. The crew was very friendly and helped to. All my husband who was scared as this was his first time flying."
Cons: "The agent who checked me in was extremely unprofessional. I felt like she was envious that I was going on a vacation and she had to work. She tried to make my experience a living hell. I personally think she should be fired. She does not enjoy what she is doing. She joyfully told me that it costs $40 to carry my luggage and after I informed her that I saw it online for less she informed me that I should have bought it online. She then stuck me all the way in the last row of the plane. I am 5'9". My husband is 6'2" and over 300 pounds. Those seats have the least leg room. It was pure torture. The flight crew in the back help my poor husband by using humor to help him."
Pros: "Everything was on time a drama free! I paid extra for the "stretch" seating and to carry on my bag and it was worth the extra money."
Cons: "The ticketing area opens 2 hours prior to the flight. I was travelling with a friend whose flight out was earlier than mine so that meant we had to say goodbye at ticketing and I couldn't hang with him in the terminal. The Frontier ticketing area doesn't have a self check-in option"

Cons: "The seats are hard as granite rocks, no leg room at all & they don't recline back at all, oh except if you want to pay for an emergency exit where you have to sign your life away to have a better seat. No complimentary beverages besides tap water. It's like we're doing your Airlines a favor by flying with you. I would never board an aircraft with the name Frontier on it again. Plus you charge a ridiculous rate for a checked bag. Never again & I bet you can guess what I will tell everyone I come across."
Pros: "All in all the flight was typical for a low fare flight, comfortable for an unreclining chair, and as clean as would be expected."
Cons: "The only problem was that it was an overnight flight and about two in the morning members of the flight crew gathered at the back galley and began to talk and laugh rather loudly. Not only did they wake me up but they woke a little girl who began to cry loudly for some time. Perhaps they did not realize their loudness because they were friendly on and off the plane, but it was rather frustrating."

Cons: "The baggage policy was confusing, the seats were not comfortable, and no free drinks or snacks is a big minus. They also spent about 5 minutes trying to sell their rewards credit card which was annoying."
Cons: "The flight was two hours delayed, but nothing confirmed that--the tickers said it was on time, the website and app said it was on time, and there was no frontier agent at the gate until 5 minutes before boarding--two full hours after the plane was supposed to leave."

Cons: "Paid extra money for my carry-on and check bag. Bad cabin flight crew placed my carry-on in rear of plane though I paid for row 2 seating. They wouldn't let me use overhead cabin for row one or 2 and said it was for row one passengers as they have no under seat storage. No reason to pay for a seat upgrade I now know. Never again on this airline."

Cons: "Frontier has a nice cost up front, but the bag charges and seat charges are excessive and gratuitous. I would have much preferred a greater cost up front, as it was still cheaper than the competition in the long run. I also hate their seats."

Cons: "First of all, I hate the way Frontier "nickel and dimes" you. $40 for using the overhead bins - give me a break! They have no way to control that! This flight in particular was delayed several times and finally cancelled. Passengers were given cheap lunch vouchers and then told to wait until 12:30pm to call an 800# to reschedule the flight on another airline (if we could find something less than $400). Fortunately, that worked out for me but it was 12 hours between the time I was scheduled to leave and the time I actually left. I'll never fly Frontier again. I'm convinced they only have one airplane!"

Cons: "At the gate, after our flight had been delayed almost two hours, their was only one employee working. This extended our boarding time considerably. One of Frontier's main selling points is that they spend less time on the ground, allowing for them to charge less for airfare. Just not my best experience flying."
Pros: "Excellent price and an overall smooth process. The Frontier app has gotten a lot better and I'd like to continue seeing improvements."
Cons: "For the price you can't really complain, but it'd be nice if pretzels were handed out for free and maybe have a few magazines in the seat backs. A few small improvements would go a long way."

I tried to switch my flight which was my fault for not checking.. To be charged 300.00 to change. I'm never using them again too under handed..."

Cons: "Staff at the gate desk did not communicate delays and gate changes with the passengers. All departments (aircraft mainence, flight crew, baggage crew) were rude and obviously disorganized."
Cons: "After a 7+ hour delay, our flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was cancelled. The worst part about this was that nobody from Frontier would tell us anything. We only knew what we could find out online. Once security from the airport confirmed that our flight had been cancelled, the Frontier employee passed out an 800 number for us to call to either rebook or process a refund. Once connected, the employee offered to either refund me a total of $68.10 or rebook me on the next flight out... 3 days later. They offered no compensation for having to stay extra days nor would they offer to book on another airline. I ended up asking for a refund from an irritated and rude employee and had to pay over $600 just to return home."

The economy seats are cramped and don't even recline. The crew was fine as they usually are l, but the plane and the fees were terrible."

It was just bad from use of their website to the checkin process and the flight."
