Exactly as anticipated. I've always preferred Alaska Airlines over all others.

I paid almost $700 for super saver round trip…, You moved me to the back of plane… I’m old and have breathing and anxiety problems! You didn’t care! Moved me to the way back! Unacceptable!

I'm not sure if you are going to ask me about the check in process. I could not get my boarding pass, so I had to stop at the American desk before security. I also had a difficult time downloading the app with the confirmation code for the two flights.

It was absolutely terrible due to the mother and her two children sitting across from us. The 2.5 year old jumped up and down on the tray table. Every time the kid screamed the mom would grab the kid and scream even louder into his face. Horrible flight. The mother stayed on her phone playing while the kids were so destructive to others hanging over seats, she never once tried to comfort or discipline them. She never once said you cannot jump on tray table. Definitely the worst flight ever. It was my first time with Alaska Airlines.

I've flown at least six times this past year. For some reason, the entry into Seattle felt like the worst ever. It felt like the plane was going too high, too fast for entry and then a very rough landing. Could have been the weather. All else was fine. Please consider changing snacks from pretzel sticks to nuts as an option.

Wondering why Alaska Airlines changes your seat! When you reserve a seat that shouldn’t happen

My trip aboard Alaska Airlines was efficient and pleasant. Boarding the plane was pleasant and quick without the lines you encounter with airlines. The stewards of the plane were a kind bunch.

Excellent! So thankful there was an option to buy a small meal to have during the flight.

It would have been a lot better if it wasn't delayed by 6 1/2 hrs.

My seats are comfortable because I choose to fly in the exit rows and this time upgraded to first class with minimum sky miles. Otherwise, I would not be happy in regular seats or even middle comfort seats. Onboarding on the return flight from Nashville to Atlanta was hot and very uncomfortable for over 30 minutes due to extreme hot weather. However, Delta should provide some other air flow option as it was almost unbearable until 10 minutes after take-off. First class seats should be equipped with cup holders. Currently, the middle console is used and is flat and prone to spilling drinks.

There is consistently no communication/updated time slots in the app on when a flight will board when its delayed, which is the most frustrating as a consumer trying to understand if they need to get food now, or if there is actually a chance for them to eat during their layover. This keeps being my experience with delta and a potential reason to change airlines.

I was in Comfort and we didn’t get any drinks, chips or anything! First Class got full service on the flight and Comfort got nothing. Seat was horrible and uncomfortable

Short trip, no food and therefore no expectation for much interaction with staff who were pleasant and professional. My critique is on comfort of the seats. Exit rows and comfort seats do not provide enough personal space for 3 side-by-side seats, especially when in the middle row. Some passengers are not considerate of the middle seat and there should be signs that state something to the effect of: "please consider giving middle seats use of the armrests."

The tray table was broken and the food was terrible.

THEY FAILED ME AND I NEVER GOT ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE IT WAS SO DELAYED! I ENDED UP HAVING TO PAY OUT OF POCKET FOR A HOTEL AND STAY IN NASHVILLE TO CATCH A FLIGHT FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. DELTA IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE>

No WiFi. Arrival was early but gate was occupied and had to sit on jet 30 min to deplane.

No WiFi on flight. Arrival was early but gate was occupied and had to sit on jet for nearly 30 min to deplane.

It would’ve been nice for all that money to have a more substantial snack for free. I remember once upon a time getting a very nice turkey sandwich with Swiss cheese on whole wheat bread for no charge along with a drink. I guess those days are gone. it’s a little insulting being given a cookie or a bag of baked chips Going forward I’ll just bring my own.

Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.

Excellent communication from the staff. We actually arrived early. Very friendly and professional staff.

Some crew were unfriendly or in some cases just straight up rude.

one staffer was frustrated (it happen); the flight was late and the pilot mentioned they'll make amend but the snacks were the same, other than that the aircraft was clean and everything went smooth, no complaints

I wish there were outlets to charge my iPhone. The crew was great; we had a female pilot who was great with explaining what was happening and delays,

Another delayed flight. When the delays exceed the duration of the flight, it’s a problem.

The internet service I paid for didn’t work at all and the flight crew was not very friendly.

We had a layover from YVR to Denver. We bought 4 bottles of Absolut Vodka at the YVR Duty Free for $116.20, after going through security and American Customs Pre Clearance at YVR, Vancouver. When we landed in Denver, United put us behind the American Customs as well as TSA again for some reason. We were forced to go through American Customs and TSA again. TSA confiscated our rightfully owned Duty Free Absolut Vodka bottles. Because United incorrectly forced our flight behind American border and TSA again, we missed the connecting flight. After United put us on a later flight, we eventually arrived in Chicago very late, with hardly any sleep. I am looking for compensation from United for our incorrectly confiscated Absolut Vodka bottles worth $116.20, as well as compensation for incorrectly putting us behind American Customs and TSA again, causing us to miss our connecting flight, making us arrive extremely late in Chicago.

The planes are so dirty! Food crumbs and finger print smudges, Dust over the vents and carpet stains. It’s disgusting.

Overall it was good. The flight was bumpy at times, but the pilot made us aware every time. As a result, no snacks/drinks were made available. Seats were tight but that’s okay as I had a window seat.

Both of the first class flight attendants were rude, to everyone, not just us. The one in coach was more helpful to us than the ones in first class!

Flight was good, crew was excellent. No complaints at all

Delayed 3 times in a row for 4 hours total. Incrementally pushing back the flight claiming gate delays but they eventually changed the actual plane, due to technical issues. This strategy to avoid compensation to passengers is unprofessional.

The trip from LAX to Calgary was aboard a 737-700, which is more than twenty years old. Service was fine, and the food was good, but there was no inflight entertainment, and no WiFi. The flight from Calgary to Vancouver was also delayed more than an hour, due to congestion on the Calgary tarmac. And no food service, but there was in-flight WiFi which made a big difference.

my wife got very sick and we did not travel . we booked and bought the travel insurance and dot nothing but hassle and a triangle of stress in trying to make the insurance claim I called in and was told they would not give me anything in writing to say they would not refund my money back this make it impossible to file the claim I will never book with Kayak again.

Kayak was the problem! The tickets we bought did not allow for carry on or checked luggage and we ended up paying more for those services than the tickets! The paperwork Kayak provided for the receipt left the luggage policy for Westair intentionally blank. This was intentionally decietful on Kayak's part. Our additional cost was over $400.00! I will be calling customer service today asking for refunds and I will keep you informed on any review sites as I can. Keith

Leaving the same day as planned would've been better

I like the web site, prompt notifications, website checks in process, and airport check in. The flight attendants are attentive and polite. The return flight was 2 hours late and reason vine doesn't sound like an unplanned and unexpected issue (scheduled plane maintenance).

Asked to cancel flight 6 days in advance of flight back to St. Louis, MO. Would not allow. No credit either.

The flight attendants were amazing. But we checked in online and just needed to check our bags. The line was so long that it took over an hour to do this. There was only one person checking people in.

food worker strike caused lack of service. I know, not your fault but a bit of a inconvenience.

One small cup of warm soda for a 4 hour flight. Disinterested, unfriendly flight attendants

Flight was canceled due to mechanical issues. After a considerable wait in the queue, Air Canada customer service was very helpful to get us on another flight. I am disappointed to report our rescheduled flight is for three days from now. Three days of extra expenses and inconvenience is unacceptable.

extremely cramped seating... absolutely no leg room and when person in front of me reclined... I was pinned in my seat... absolutely ridiculous

Take off and landing and also the crew were excellent, just we could not received one of our suitcases at Ottawa at the same time we got there, but the associate at Ottawa airport were very nice and helpful so we could receive it on 16th of September.

They served us 1.5 pieces of chicken nuggets with coleslaw..felt like a toddlers meal in business class. Why bother?

It's hard to separate the frustration and stress of delays, which may or may not have been due to AC, in my experience. My Nashville/Toronto flight was delayed due to baggage loading, to the point I missed my connection to Ottawa. I was automatically booked on another flight but it was the latest one of the day getting me into Ottawa the next day. Linda, Customer Service desk in Toronto, got me on an earlier flight AND made the calls to get my baggage on the same flight. (High marks for Linda and her efforts! ) I ended up in Ottawa about 2 hours late, but my carryon bag which I volunteered to gate check to make it easier for AC, got the retractable handle tore off. Sorry, but it was a mixed bag experience for me. Linda was definitely the highlight of the trip.

We were over 3 hours late leaving Nashville. I am a new traveller, so it was very stressful not knowing if I'd miss by connecting flight to Victoria.

In Nashville Airport air Canada employees very unprofessional and that leads to a last one of our luggage. Will NOT recommend to fly with air Canada from Nashville. Jerry

Both my planes were delayed. I missed my flight in Toronto and got into Montreal at 4:00 instead of 1:15.

Crew were great. No snacks available. No entertainment. Seats a bit crammed.
