Pros: "The crew was very professional and polite, my flight attended (blond lady) was very pleasant and very professional. She should be promoter to teach others how to be professional without kiss passenger's a*s."
Cons: "Could be better if the check in line employee were be able to sell one way ticket to Boston at 13:20hr , instead I had to purchased round trip just to get at my destination at planned time. Also I had to pay 30 dollars to go get the next flight at 18:59hrs , which was extremely inconvenient."

Cons: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

Delta flew into the furthest gate away, didn't communicate with the connecting flights to give it 5 more minutes and didn't have transportation waiting to bring us top our connections. After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

Self entitled pax loudly continuing his telephone conversation after pushback was tolerated and only after the safety demonstration did crew address it.

We were delayed in Charlotte for almost 2 hours because American Airlines didn't have flight attendants for our flight.

Two meals were served in the First class during 9hr long flight! Great for domestic!!! Mai Tai drink was excellent!

The delay could have been shorter. Rough traveling late at night with an infant and then a delay.

Cons: "Everything! Crew were terse, rude and inattentive. Due to an issue with a bag on board without the associated passenger we had to taxi back to the stand for it to be removed before we could take off. This cost us an hours delay. There was limited apologies for this, no refreshments provided during the wait and poor communication of this. During the flight the staff were inattentive and sparing with refreshments. Service generally did not live up to expected level associated with an inter-continents flight. The flight was turbulent but crew and captain seemed over cautious with it and crew had to remain seated unnecessarily at times and at the detriment of passenger service. One stewardess wouldn’t even let me finish a drink before removing it from my hand claiming we were about to land and she had to sit down because of turbulence. We were still 40 mins from landing at this point! All in all a pretty bad flight, and it’s safe to say I won’t be flying American Airlines again."

His phone rang several times while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures right in front of us. This was after the announcement came that all electronic devices where to go into airplane mode. The flight attendant did not do anything and seemed to ignore the phone that kept ringing. The gentleman was even talking on the phone while the flight attendant was going through the safety procedures. Later while landing an announcement came over that we were to return to our seats, close all tray tables, and seats ts in the upright position. At this point the gentleman sitting next to me leaned his seat backwards. The flight attendant passed by the gentleman at least three times and never said anything about his seat back. Evidently this flight attendant did not care to do his job properly."

They had just gone through the entire procedure to get to the gate and were forced to be stranded. FIRST CLASS: food service: could there be a rating less than POOR? we were given 10,000 miles (yes that bad) but just like Whose line - the points don't matter when the airlines is that bad! Crew response: We're not any worse than the other airlines - my response: WRONG! NO WIFI NO entertainment NO CHARGING AREA magazines were missing pages in both seats- requested new one never received"

Cons: "The preboarding process by American Airlines was really bad. My passport was looked at 6 times before I boarded. This is after going though passport control by Spain officials at the airport. AA has people waving you down the aisle looking at your passport and sending you to then Verify my boarding pass and that I had documents ok to travel, they told me I did and still sent me over to a security person who asked more questions than the immigration officials in the US, he then sent me to the counter to get my passport scanned ( not sure what that meant), after waiting 10 minutes of waiting the counter clerk asked me what I needed and I told her I was sent there, it was evident there was no reason for me to be there and she printed my boarding pass, which I didn’t need since I had a mobile pass. Then when boarding the aee two people asking a bunch of questions about people having control of their items and looking at your documents which the person who scans to board does again...really very inefficient and slow, it sure it is really helping with safety. Could be done smoother, faster and a lot less people."

Cons: "Right from the start, customer service was not compassionate in helping out. I was forced to leave my huge luggage behind in order to make it to the next available flight. In addition, American Airlines continued delaying their flight departure times like it was no big deal.. It was stressful for many passengers. This other woman and I had a second plane to get onto, and were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get to the next plane ride because the first plane ride was pushed back like around 10 times or so. This is my first experience with American Airlines, and absolutely do not have a good impression whatsoever. I do not support this airline because it is clear that they do not value their customer’s satisfaction, wellbeing, or schedules."

At boarding time passengers were informed if there was an issue with the plane and maintenance is on their way to check out the problem. 30 minutes later we were still till that maintenance is on their way. One hour later there is still no information as far as when the fight will leave but they kept updating the boarding time. There was only one person of the counter who could help re-assign passengers to different flights due to their layovers. After waiting in line for 40 minutes and the line making no movement I called the airline 1-800 hundred number and explain my situation to the American Airlines Airlines representative. they really give me a new flight that left 20 minutes later after my call if I did not call I would not mean it that flight nor any other fights that morning because they're all in the afternoon."

Cons: "I will never fly American Airlines again. From the moment I checked in with the ticket agent to getting off the plane it was a disaster. The ticket agent was rude, hostile, and dismissive. Employees walked through the line at security forcing everyone to consolidate their belongings to one bag. I had a large wallet in my hand and was told I had to step out of line to put it in my backpack. They only allow you one bag to carry on without paying extra. At the time of boarding they announced that the overhead storage was full so even those that paid extra were still forced to check their bags. The plane was dirty, the service was slow, overall just gross. They don’t have WiFi or in flight entertainment so I paid the $20 to purchase the WiFi. It was worthless. I couldn’t stream anything, even music kept stopping to buffer. I understand it will be slower then on ground WiFi, but it was impossible to watch anything and a complete waste of money."
Pros: "Everything. I bought some souvenir magnets from the shop across from Starbucks near Gate C5(?). The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. I would love to see an expansion to this USO location. They were full up this day, thank you for having this available to us! TSgt Angela Santiago Otero, USAF"

I had to go from gate E 6 to gate B14 in a flash at the age of 66 I barely made it out of breath and they were about to close the doors! I was not a happy camper when I was told in the flight 5406 that I had plenty of time!!! not to worry!!!"
Cons: "Got a notification of a TWO HOUR DELAY departing SFO. Rebooked into Charlotte instead of Dallas to connect to Fort Myers. THAT flight got delayed AFTER the doors were closed by another 45 minutes which caused me to miss my connection to Fort Myers AND have American Airlines leave my bag in Charlotte. I rebooked into West Palm Beach to drive to Fort Myers and my bag stayed in Charlotte even though there was ANOTHER 45 minute delay to change a tire on the plane. If I practiced medicine the way the airline handled customers, I'd kill every third patient!"

Pros: "The cabin crew were friendly and apologetic for the chronic problems with the entertainment system. The pilot gave us a smooth flight and landing, and was very conscientious about turbulence prevention and safety."
Cons: "The inflight entertainment system was spotty. Some customers had monitors that worked, some did not. A woman with a two-year old had one of the malfunctioning monitors and was forced to entertain her child for nine hours without tv, movies or music. Similarly, on our flight over to London 10 days earlier, my husband and I were 2 of more than 30 passengers whose monitors never worked and we were forced to fly for 7 hours in the dark on an overnight flight staring at the backs of seats. It was miserable. The cabin crew told passengers they had begged the airline for years to replace the system but the airline refuses. Will not fly American Airlines transatlantic again."

When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."

Cons: "My 11am flight had engine problems, so at 1pm they asked if anyone wanted to leave and take the 2pm flight to Charlotte. About 30 people said yes, as I did too. After running across Heathrow to make flight, we got on plane and Waited....seems after running a Mile across the airport, they Decided to HOLD the Flight and have everyone from 11am flight take the 2pm flight to Charlotte. All the baggage had to be taken from 11am flight and brought to 2pm flight. Delay for take off was almost 2 HOURS!!! Instead of arriving in Charlotte at 3pm, we were Leaving at that time!!! Didn't get to Charlotte until almost 9pm. NO ONE on Flight from 11am was Happy about this."
Cons: "Without any explanation...American Airlines cancelled my reservation! I needed to be sent back to poor quality hotel for a night and take a different flight out the next morning. American Airlines was supposed to provide transportation back and forth from the hotel however a car never showed up at the hotel to pick us up and I needed to get my own taxi at the last minute (American did however reimburse me for the taxi fare at the airport). I never received an explanation as to why my reservation was cancelled and was never offered any type of compensation for such a major inconvenience. They dd ultimately waive my 25 bag fee but it wasn't very easy to even get that from them. I felt that they should have been more empathetic towards my inconvenience and offered me any type of compensation to make up for such a horrible experience. When I asked about possibly being upgraded to first class they told me absolutely not! A little graciousness can go a long way, American Airlines showed that they could not care less about my inconvenience (other than Rodrigo at the counter the next morning who actually showed he was truly sorry for the situation and at least ended up moving me to a row with more legroom). Other than this, I was extremely disappointed with this experience and how it was handled."
Pros: "Never again. I had a connecting flight with a one hour layover and almost missed it. The plane to charlotte was very late boarding. Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"

Cons: "The plane left 20 minutes late, and then we hit turbulence and a bit of rain close to our arrival in Charlotte. I had originally booked a flight through Miami with plenty of layover time to get a connecting flight to Dallas, but AA canceled that one and put me on a connection the following day! When I called customer service, they were helpful in regards booking and assured me there would be plenty of time to connect through Charlotte. When our plane landed 35 minutes late, there was only 15 minutes to connect, and we waited for baggage that whole time. No idea what took baggage so long, but the result is that we missed our flight. AA did put us on standby for the next one, but that meant our relative had to pick us up at midnight."

Cons: "The leg room was barely enough for me and I'm 5'4". I can't imagine people much larger than me being comfortable at all. Also, the chair made my back hurt, so I did a lot of sitting up straight as opposed to being "in the chair". I noticed that you had snacks for purchase on the flight, but the free snacks were cookies and pretzels. It would be nice to offer a trail mix or dried fruit. Pretzels are good for people who might be a little sick at their stomach, but better snacks are a nice option. I ordered coffee and it was perfect. Overall, the flight was a good flight, just a little tweaking and it would be great. Thanks for asking."

Cons: "It cost me $86 dollars to supposedly upgrade my seat to an exit row with tons of leg room. Granted there was plenty of leg room but the seat was extra narrow to give room for an emergency exit if necessary. I'm not huge but I barely fit in the seat. It was an uncomfortable squeeze which of course got worse as the flight continued. I complained to an attendant that the seat was too small and he had no remedy. If I was a few pounds heavier it would have been impossible. You'd think they would warn a customer of the narrower seat. It's so obvious that it's all about profit for the airlines which sickens me."
Cons: "Apparently my seat change did not go through because I was still stuck in the last row near the bathrooms. I must say, the fecal aroma really complemented the on set nausea that was triggered by the turbulence. Every time I thought I was gona drift off to sleep I was rudely awakened by the constant "thwacking" of the bathroom doors. The family next to me was nice enough but they did have a toddler who was very loud and unhappy and the tantrums followed. I have been a server for 14 years and generally can brush annoyances off like this but this was by far the worst flight I have been on."

Cons: "My original flight was cancelled so my group was bumped to an earlier flight. However, when we arrived at th airport at 6 am, it turned out that the rest of my group was on that flight but that my ticket was cancelled entirely, and I couldn't get on the new plane because it was oversold-- meaning that, without any warning, I was stranded at the airport in DC at 6 am with not only single available flight that would get me to Indiana in time for work. I ended up having to take a train to Baltimore to catch a flight from there to NC to connect to Indiana- but then that flight was delayed for 2 hours so I missed my connecting flight. By the time I finally arrived in Indiana I was 6 hours late to work. There was no reimbursement for the additional travel expenses, and not even an apology. Then flying back the next day, they cancelled our flight again and we had to rent a van and drive back overnight from Indiana (15 hours drive). I have never had such a miserable travel experience with any other airline."

The check-in process couldn't have been worse. Besides they have no customer service to speak of, I wasn't able to purchase a 2nd checked bag prior to the trip, the app just wouldn't let me no matter what. I spent over an hour on hold waiting for a rep who wasn't able to help me. At the airport we politely asked the rep to help since we were unable. She flatly refused to do anything. When we asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was one of the most senior people there and if "We're still not happy she can give me a number to call where I can wait on hold for over 2 hours to be told the same thing I'm telling you now." Absolutely atrocious. First and definitely LAST time flying Allegiant.

The flight was delayed a total of 5 times for a total delay of about 4 hours. The original scheduled flight was for 6:35 pm and we didn't actually leave the ground until almost 10:30. We kept getting pushed back. I am not certain if it was due to weather (in another area) or required flight crew rest, both of which I would understand. There was no reason posted that I saw. I have a 10 yo son who has Autism and should be in bed no later than 10 pm, preferably 9 pm. I appreciate all that Allegiant does for the military, and therefore, will continue to fly on your airline. I will NOT, however, take any more evening flights as most of the ones I've flown on have either been delayed or altogether cancelled. Again, I truly appreciate your recognition of retired and active duty military. 8/10 is a B and can be improved upon with more clarevoyance and keeping on-time flights."

Over the course of 4 hours, the crew kept us updated with every little change and were all very helpful! Frontier's boarding process does not protect passengers from COVID or inconvenience. The plane should be boarded from the back to the front to prevent too much contact; this would also help the people seated in the aisle not to have to be continually rubbed up against and hit with bags and purses of the other hundred or so passengers that need to board their seats in the back of the plane. Board from the back to the front please. It just makes sense!

What kind of person can keep talking so loud when 23:00 flight get delayed 3 hours and all the lights were out and every passenger is being quiet? How inconsiderate is that? How thoughtless is that? And most importantly how unprofessional is it to work like that? I really wanted to tell those people to shut up but I was sitting in the middle and didn’t want to bother other passengers. You know, even if I did talk to them, people like that probably wouldn’t understand what they were doing wrong and I would waste my time anyway. So in conclusion, NEVER FLY FRONTIER. I’d pay whatever to fly different airlines."

Cons: "No shocker there were delays and jet problems, but the thing that really made me angry was the fact that the flight attendant was extremely rude to me and threatened to kick me and my children off the plane when my baby was crying during taxi. News flash Frontier... if you actually took off when you were supposed to and didn't make us spend two hours sitting on the hard floor of the airport, my baby wouldn't be crying with exhaustion. And guess what, babies cry sometimes. Being rude and stressing out the mother of that baby is not going to help the situation. After a few minutes he crashed and slept the entire flight. I will NEVER fly Frontier Airlines again."

Cons: "First of all, I hate the way Frontier "nickel and dimes" you. $40 for using the overhead bins - give me a break! They have no way to control that! This flight in particular was delayed several times and finally cancelled. Passengers were given cheap lunch vouchers and then told to wait until 12:30pm to call an 800# to reschedule the flight on another airline (if we could find something less than $400). Fortunately, that worked out for me but it was 12 hours between the time I was scheduled to leave and the time I actually left. I'll never fly Frontier again. I'm convinced they only have one airplane!"
Cons: "I was not on this flight. Despite the fact that my ticket was clearly for this flight, I ended up on a flight to Charlotte, not Raleigh. I do not know how this happened. Yes, perhaps I could have been more careful in the middle of the night while making a mad dash from one flight to the next. But how is it possible that Frontier can scan my ticket and not notice that I'm about to board the wrong flight? How is it possible that their computer system didn't alert them that I was about to board a flight for which I did not have a ticket? It seems more likely that the person who scanned my ticket wasn't paying attention."
Pros: "Not much"
Cons: "I was stopped at loading & forced to pay 60 for my carry on even though I checked early online & it showed I had paid 40 for my bag. It was misleading, also checked with a Frontier staff at check in desk & she confirmed I was ok. "Supervisor" at gate was very rude & turned & walked away while I was asking a question & trying to show her my email receipt. I have never gotten sick on an airplane before but I did on all my Frontier flights & there was no air sickness bags in seat. This trip was ridiculous from the start as my flight was changed from non stop direct to overnight layover in which I had to purchase a Hotel room as well as all the extra fees taken after purchase. Frontier is not "cheap" at all. And worst customer service I've ever dealt with."
Pros: "Managed to pick up fireworks in SC."
Cons: "Frontier managed to oversell both my flight out and all connecting flights to Orlando. After buying tickets several months in advance, I arrived at the airport to find both myself and several other passengers were unable to board because Frontier has sold more tickets than seats, likely counting on some passengers to not arrive. As a result, I could either by a new ticket at 8x the price I paid Frontier, or pay for a taxi and then drive 9 hours to Florida and 9 hours back. I ended up driving, and after several hours on the phone with Frontier managed to get a refund- solely for the original price of the tickets. They refused to offer any additional compensation. The moral of the story is that I paid a few hundred dollars to Frontier so that they could wildly disrupt my travel plans, cost me about 12 hours of my time, add in some surprise expenses, and reluctantly give me back my money and call us even. Next time I'll pay more for a ticket that has a solid chance of actually being worth something. Never again, Frontier."

Pros: "Like, it was a first time experience . Notone wewill repeat. First off chrck in was not available until two hours before departure no one was at the counters when issued a ticket from an attendant she acknowledged my carry-on but said there was no fee to pay when called to board the plane the agent told me to go back to the counter and register my carry-on I did not understand and was irritated when we paid a fee of $45 for that carry-on we were able to board no complementary beverages or water were offered on a two hour and 45 minute flight . It seems like and nickeled and dime operation sorry but hard backseats are not the way I want to travel so very mediocre"
Pros: "It was a direct flight between the two travel locations. It was marginally cheaper than the other option, however it was still $800 / ticket, round trip, so not at all cheap."
Cons: "I understand that Frontier is now a deep discount / no frills airline that charges you for everything, and have removed almost every convenience from the flight, however the boarding and flight crews were very preachy about the carry-on luggage, going as far as to treat the customers as though we were boarding a flight ran by a policy state, and threatening body cavity searched to make sure that you did not smuggle a carry on item aboard without paying for it, then continuing to tell the passengers that the overhead storage was reserved for passengers paying to bring carry-on luggage aboard. We paid $800 per ticket for this flight, we expected that we would not be treated like children. In addition, the seats did not recline, and the tray table was so small that it was not useful for much of anything, not even large enough to hold the small book that I was reading. Ultimately, I feel that I should have paid the extra $400 to fly Southwest. I used to like Frontier!"
Cons: "After a 7+ hour delay, our flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was cancelled. The worst part about this was that nobody from Frontier would tell us anything. We only knew what we could find out online. Once security from the airport confirmed that our flight had been cancelled, the Frontier employee passed out an 800 number for us to call to either rebook or process a refund. Once connected, the employee offered to either refund me a total of $68.10 or rebook me on the next flight out... 3 days later. They offered no compensation for having to stay extra days nor would they offer to book on another airline. I ended up asking for a refund from an irritated and rude employee and had to pay over $600 just to return home."
Pros: "The ticket counter personnel in Denver and in Nashville were wonderful, helpful, and took care of everyone quickly. That part was great. And the plane didn't crash."
Cons: "Frontier has so many problems - from a terrible website with very confusing instructions where even calling the help line was a nightmare - to charging for every little thing (seats!!, water!!, baggage of all kinds, etc.) When we arrived at the Denver airport we sat on the plane for AN HOUR waiting for a gate so we could get off. The stewards kept saying "just a couple minutes" so obviously someone was lying to us. AN HOUR - really - and no one could solve the problem and find an available gate so we could deplane?!? So we arrived an hour late, which is ridiculous."
Pros: "Frontier is similar to other budget airlines like Spirit where only a personal item comes free and the seats are a little tighter than usual. I thought they had good communication around the fee for carry ons (in the boarding process, they directed people to go online and pay the fee there if they'd already to avoid a higher fee at boarding). Staff were friendly and for a short flight (<2 hours) I felt it was perfectly comfortable, and I'm very happy with my decision given that the flight was <$100 and direct."
Cons: "No free snack/drink Pay for carry on"
Pros: "For less than two tanks of gas, I flew from RDU to Chicago and back. It's a no frills airline, but everyone was nice, and I got where I was going on time. Can't really ask for more than that."

Cons: "Having to pay for everything additional (all checked baggage, carry on baggage, snacks and drinks besides water, choosing a seat). Also, none of the seats in coach/ economy class recline even a single degree. If 0 stars were an option for rating, I would have placed that for comfort, food, and entertainment as none were offered during my 3 and a half hour flight. Essentially, I plan to go ahead and pay a little extra for the basic comforts of travel and fly on a different airline next time I travel."
Cons: "The additional two hour wait for earlier plane to cleavage gate then another to UN load til our plane could board and total lack of communication about the situation"
Cons: "I showed up to get boarding pass and no one was at counter. I waited and when she finally showed up she wouldn't let me check my bag that I already paid for online saying I must be there 45 min prior. I was exactly 45 min prior but waited for someone to come check me in. Therefore I JD to open up my suitcase and throw away every product I had since I was carrying my bag on. Trying to rack my brain if that was everything I ran to security. They ran my suitcase through scanner and checked my suitcase 3 times which took a very long time all bc of a wine key I had and forgot about. Finally finished I ran to my gate only for them to tell me it was too late. I am a frequent flyer and am very aware of what to take and not to take on a carry on. But bc it was supposed to be a checked bag it was a nightmare. I have never missed a flight and I have always gone through every airport in the states and internationally quickly and stress free. I will not be flying with frontier again."
Cons: "The flight itself was just fine. The problem was the check-in counter at the airport. When I arrived, there was an extremely long line with no Frontier representative at the counter. Everyone was confused and worried we wouldn't make our flight. Eventually ONE person came out to assist customers, but the line moved very slow. The self-check kiosks were all broken as well. It was pretty stressful waiting/wondering if I was going to make it to the gate. Finally two more Frontier representatives came to help and at that point the line moved quickly. The self-serve kiosks are a great perk with Frontier. It was a shame they weren't working at the airport. That probably would've reduced the line significantly so the one worker could be more efficient in helping people check bags."

Cons: "This is definitely the bottom of the heap when it comes to airlines. They offer a competitive price on a flight, but once booked they nickel and dime you until the price is higher than a better airline. They charge for seat choice on the whole plane, snacks and drinks, carry on and checked luggage, and there is no entertainment. Plus the seats felt like cardboard, and didn't recline. Definitely not a good choice for a red eye, or any flight over an hour long. Actually, no matter how short your flight is, you'll probably be more comfortable taking the bus. Two big thumbs down."
Pros: "I woke up to an email 31/2 hours before my daughters flight was suppose to leave Atlanta informing me that the flight was canceled. Called customer service where the man I spoke with was unable to or unwilling to tell me anything except that "yes it looks like the flight was canceled". His suggestion was to have my sister drive my daughter an hour and a half to the airport to see if there "might" be a flight available through another airline. Frontier did not have any flights going to or near RDU that day.Since my daughter had to be in Raliegh that day I spent the next 10 hours in the car going to get her. I did receive a refund but only because I requested one,otherwise they just don't refund automatically."
Cons: "Customer service represenitives are not very informative. The flights may be slightly cheaper but you have to pay for checked baggage as well as carry on bags. When checking her in the night before and picking a seat in coach my sister had to pay a "fee" for her seat, so an additional fee of $57 dollars for one bag and a seat.... Really?"
Cons: "I tried frontier for the first time and I will never make that mistake again. To be fair part of this is my responsibility, I should have done more research into exactly how much the extra fees were going to cost. After it was all said and done I spent more traveling with frontier than I would have with American or Delta. They charged for absolutely everything. Here is where they truly lost me as a potential return customer. They allow you a personal item as long as it fits under your seat but will charge you for a carry on. The personal item I had on my flight out to Denver did not cost me anything, however, the exact same item on my way out of Denver was now deemed a carry on item by the ticketing agent and cost me $45 to carry on. Not only was I being extorted but the attitude in which they were doing it was completely unacceptable. Had I known, I could have saved some money and paid on line for the carry on. Changing the rules of the game and providing me no remedy when I ask about the change in policy by responding, "I'm saying its a carry on" is why I will never fly frontier again. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on the front end because frontier will find a way to squeeze it out of you on the backend. And will expect you to smile and thank them for it."

Pros: "Frontier is a poor airline with outrageous prices for in-flight food and drinks. I was not offered even a drink without being charged. Besides, the seats are stiff and very uncomfortable. I am glad it just a 3 hour direct flight. I could not wait to be out of the plane!!!"

Pros: "The flight was what I expected, but there was much more legroom and space in my seat than I had on other airlines. Also, the landing was so smooth that it was almost unnoticeable. It was one of the smoothest flights I have ever taken."
Cons: "The food and refreshment are either not provided or provided so quickly that it is nearly unnoticed. I don't fly for refreshments, but it is nice to have some water while flying for over 3 hours."

Cons: "All snacks and drinks cost at LEAST $2. Any carry-on that doesn't fit under the seat in front of you will cost you $45 to carry-on to earn the right to put it in the overhead compartment, OR $40 to check it and have the privilege to wait at baggage claim to retrieve it!!!!"
Cons: "There is no warning from Frontier that customers will be charged for both checked and carry-on bags. Along with being charged extra depending on what seat the customer chooses (up to $30 additional charge). It's a good thing I went online 24 hours before my flight or I would have been very upset to get to the gate and have had to pay $60 for my bag. There seems to be an up charge for everything after the ticket is paid for, including food and drink. The seats in the airplane felt like glorified plastic lawn chairs."
Pros: "Nothing except the flight attendants tried to be pleasant"
Cons: "On a Friday night the flight was over 4 hours late. There was nobody at the gate the entire time and no notifications on the board we had to find it by calling customer service or notifications on our phone that were confusing. No apologies or explanations were ever offered. No refunds and to add insult to injury when we finally got on the flight they still insisted on charging for a soda. The seats are barely better than sitting on a bus, hard plastic with minimal cushion they are narrow but the leg room is adequate. They took away an entire day literally noon to 9 pm from everyone just wanting to get home or a get away weekend in Chicago and offered nothing, in 2 hours they could have sent another plane from the hub in Denver but felt it was better to ignore probably 150 customers for 6 hours. they could have rescheduled the flight for a later time allowing people to leave the airport and come back or given people food vouchers none of which they did. They could've done a lot of things but chose to be a low-cost airline which they must have felt somehow validated poor customer service."

Cons: "Rude flight attendant to me and others. Like others I was also surprised by the extra fees when checking in. It was unclear if I had seat assignments; I think I paid extra for them even though it appeared I already had them."

Cons: "This is as much against kayak as Frontier. If you display a price that includes all fees and taxes then that's what you expect a particular airfare will cost. When shopping on Kayak most people are looking for the best deal. If upon the day I fly I effectively have to pay the equivalent of the original fare AGAIN just to carry on my bag then I feel deceived. If I had known the actual cost to fly Frontier the day I selected this fare I would never have chosen Frontier. And I never will again. The ticket counter employees are obviously tired of hearing such complaints as well. They are a surly bunch."
Pros: "For the money, it can't be beat! The only reason I gave 1 star for food & entertainment is because there was none. Which is perfectly fine for my 1 1/2 hour flight."

Cons: "I paid $30 extra PER SEAT to get each family member a seat that reclined for our red-eye (Denver to Raleigh). Our row had extra leg room, but no ability to recline. My husband and boys were moved to reclining seats (see below). There was NO way to sleep on the $30 extra leg room seat. Ridiculous set up. The online seating chart NEEDS to be more specific and tell customers EXACTLY what kind of extras they are paying for - NOT JUST the price. Reclining seats cost just the same as the extra legroom seats, but doesn't differentiate which are which on the chart NOT GOOD. Also, with birthdates, the online seating didn't catch that my sons were too young to sit in the exit row. REALLY??"

Just when I thought I made it in my seat and was done with surprises, I came to the realization I had a 4 hour flight with nothing to drink or snack on because of the fact Frontier has NO COMPLIMENTARY DRINKS OR FOOD...not even peanuts or water! Never in my life have I ever heard of such a non sense making thing. I just wanted to get off that plane and never give Frontier another dime!"
