Gave us a “discount” with a nearby hotel that was more expensive than what you could book it for online. Had to wait several hours for them to get us back the carry-on luggage that they insisted we check in the first place."

Cons: "The vents above my entire row of seats did not work, meaning there was never any air coming out even when they were fully open. This made for a long, hot, claustrophobic ride. The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

Flight staff ripped up guests boarding pass in face. Staff allowed ys to board plane and put our bags under plane and then crew timed out before take off. Never will use Delta again."

After ruining across the entire length of the MSP concourse I arrived at 9:58 only to be told they already left. Worst communication I've ever seen. Delta should be ashamed."

The gentleman working the register was very pleasant and was a welcome personality so early in the day. As a service member, I would like to thank him for his service. He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. Cons: "The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA."

Pros: "Although winter storm Jonas wreaked havoc on our flight schedule, AA agents worked hard to re-route us repeatedly each time one of our scheduled flights was canceled. We were originally supposed to fly to San Juan, but due to all the flight cancelations & delays, we would have missed our cruise ship, so AA flew us to St. Thomas to catch up with our ship. Agents, pilots, flight attendants were all in a good mood in spite of all the stress from problems created from the storm."

I hope that is true because sometimes it is hard to have enough time to grab a sandwich between flights. Free Wifi and/or movies would not only help parents trying to entertain their kids, but I think all of us passengers would be in a much better mood if we could have something to watch to distract us from the tight quarters. One of my favorite suitcases was ruined, but AA has offered to repair or replace it."

The screens and tiny pockets were only accessible over another passenger. The seat stuck out into the aisle so I was bumped by 200 other passengers at least once - not to mention the flight crew. Finally I had my emotional support dog with me and the crew told me I should. It be in that seat - the seat was assigned by the United Accessibikity Desk as a good one for a service animal - and I had zero choice in the matter. Baggage claim at SFO took over 45 minutes to start -I was home in San Francisco in only 20 minutes after getting my bag."

No front tier personnel available. No front tier electronic kiosk to print tickets. Missed my flight because I could not get through security. Frontier need to upgrade their customer service at Providence TE Green Airport. It reads poorly and I will not fly frontier again"
Cons: "being nickle and dimed for every little convenience, checked bag, carry on bag, seat selection, etc. What I though was a good deal ticket turned out to be way more expensive than I imagined."

Cons: "Paid extra money for my carry-on and check bag. Bad cabin flight crew placed my carry-on in rear of plane though I paid for row 2 seating. They wouldn't let me use overhead cabin for row one or 2 and said it was for row one passengers as they have no under seat storage. No reason to pay for a seat upgrade I now know. Never again on this airline."

Cons: "At the gate, after our flight had been delayed almost two hours, their was only one employee working. This extended our boarding time considerably. One of Frontier's main selling points is that they spend less time on the ground, allowing for them to charge less for airfare. Just not my best experience flying."

Cons: "Both of my flights were delayed. We had to get off the plane on both ends before we were allowed to reboard. I missed a long awaited dinner reservation with my husband at one end and was several hours late arriving at my final destination. Mechanical issues on both planes doesn't inspire a lot of confidence. My family and I will not fly Frontier again."

Cons: "I thought it was kind of cheap that your company doesn't offer complimentary beverages or food anymore. I also think that the tray tables in my plane specifically seemed a lot smaller than I remember and that seemed kind of cheap to me."

Cons: "Rates are misleading. Once you add in the higher baggage fee, the seat fees (no free seats), the flight is priced the same if not higher than other airlines but the real difference is in all of this is customer service. The lead flight attendant on the my flight was extremely rude and unresponsive. My mother had a wheelchair assist her to the gate for our departing flight in Orlando. This was arranged by the ticket counter. Apparently, Frontier screwed up and did not arrange for a wheelchair to meet us at the gate in Charlotte. When we mentioned this to the lead flight attendant, he said we would need to go and find one ourselves. I asked if he could call the gate and asked them to bring one so I wouldn't have to leave my elderly mother, he said, "no". I asked again and explained that I didn't want to leave my mother. This time he rolled his eyes at me and said, it wasn't his problem. Really? This is precisely the reason I will not take Frontier again. Please look into training your people better or your hiring process. Cheap flight do not address this issue."
Cons: "They lost my baggage and I had to show up on set without any of my stands, tripods or steadicam which made for a terrible start to a busy week of filming."

I will not go into details of my experience in while on the plane the person beside me was complaining about frontier. I got on the shuttle to go home and another couple wS pissed off over Frkntier and the person across from us chimed ion they would never fly again within Frontier. It was just bad from use of their website to the checkin process and the flight."
Cons: "This was the oldest plane I had been on in quite a while. The tray tables where half the size of the regular ones and metal. There was hardly any legroom. There was absolutely no entertainment options. No Wi-Fi on the plane. And you had to pay for any snacks and drinks. Although I did get a great amount for the cost, I would have paid a little extra to fly a different airline in order to have Wi-Fi and entertainment options."

Cons: "Frontier staff, beginning with check-in were unprofessional, unfriendly and not customer focused. Our flight was late and there was very little communication as to why. It turns out that the lock on the lavatory door was broken so they had to duck tape it shut. A woman fainted as she was boarding the plane --- the paramedics were called. No announcement was made about the situation and passengers continued to board, stepping over this poor woman laying on the ground. The seats on the plane were incredibly uncomfortable and the crew unfriendly."
Pros: "Crew was very friendly and my exit row seat was very comfortable. $144 ticket from Nashville to Philly was great!"
Cons: "Frontier doesn't participate in TSA PreCheck (at least not out of Nashville). Only at check-in did I find out I had to pay an additional $30 for my carry-on AND once on the plane I discovered I had to pay for water, soda ($1.99!) or coffee seemed like a bait & switch of sorts."
Cons: "You now pay for carry-ins with Frontier and we weren't told when we checked in. We ended up paying more at the gate and then also paying (for what we were later told was free) for our baby carrier backpack."

That happened twice. I went to the airport if I choose to rebook, the next available date was five days after my original departure. I would never again attempt to fly with frontier"

Cons: "The seats were very uncomfortable and close together. I couldn't even lean over far enough to pick up a napkin off the floor. I couldn't reach the fan or light control as I was in a window seat and the controls were very close to the aisle. Even if I had stood up to adjust the controls - I would have had a very difficult time of reaching across my seatmates. The tray is now some sort of tiny shelf. My water bottle would not even fit on the tray nor did my Ipad. Both of which had to rest on my lap. The only thing that fit on the tray was the little plastic cup of purchased soda. The carry on charge still chaps me. I believe they would attempt to charge you for oxygen masks if they could. Frontier has simply become too bare bones for me. I can't tell you how sorry I am to say -- That will more than likely be my last trip on Frontier."

I guess the price is right to fly but after adding 40 dollars for a carry on item, what I paid doesn't look as good. silly to me that frontier can't afford to offer a free drink as well."
Pros: "The contact points I had at each step were very friendly. Out welcome to Charlotte from the flight attendant warmed me with joy on a joyous holiday. Yet, I was not informed of the fee for carryon luggage moments before boarding. It was a shared experience a passenger checking in next to me. It was a great flight."

Cons: "The seats are so small and close together that my 6'3" self acutally does not fit in them. There are no headrests. You can even lean forward on your tray table bc the seat in front is too close and the tray table in 6 inches long and 4 inches wide. A middle seat on a Frontier flight is the worst thing going in travel right now."
Pros: "The crew was fantastic and super friendly. We actually departed the gate a little early and arrived at our destination 30 minutes early. Easy travel the Sunday after Thanksgiving felt like a miracle. You have to know that you pay for all of the extras (including coffee). It's still less expensive than flying other airlines most of the time."
Cons: "I bought a more expensive seat -- you pay for all the extras -- which meant I got an exit row (plenty of leg room), but my seat didn't recline. My flight wasn't that long but it was early in the day, so I intended to get a seat that reclined. I was disappointed for paying $25 for the seat and not even getting a reclining seat."

We arrived half hour earlier then schedule which was great only to find out they couldn't open the plane's door so had to wait for 20 minutes before it opened. All and all I would rate 4 stars and will give another try."
Pros: "Your employees....ticket counter, gate agents and flight crew are the best and only real positive you have. Everything the employees have control of was above average, right down to a clean aircraft. But your aircraft and policies will discourage me from flying with you again."
Cons: "$75, each way, for my 8 lb dog. $40, for a carry on backpack. It cost more to get my dog and clothes to Denver than it did me. And the non-reclining plastic seats were like sitting on a concrete park bench. Very uncomfortable flight."

Cons: "My trip home went: Nashville -> Denver -> Portland. Apparently the weather was too bad for the plane to leave Denver to pick us up, but not bad enough to delay the departure to Portland. So I missed my original Portland flight and got booked onto the next one, which was nine hours later. No hotel from the airline, so I slept on the floor of the airport."

Cons: "The great crew helps compensate for the rigid, upright seats. We were all squirming in our seats like little kids because they are so uncomfortable. They do not lean back. A friend had warned me ahead of time, but we wanted to give Spirit a try on a shorter, 2.5 hour flight. She was 100% correct. By the time you buy an inexpensive ticket, then add your snacks, suitcases and seat upgrades required to sit with family, the price is the same as all the other leading airlines."

When I called Customer services, i was told that there is nothing that They could for me because they are not at the Airport with. I asked if they could put me in another flight and they refused saying that I have to buy another ticket. What I do not get is why Spirit is still in business? Someone warned me about them, but I thought that maybe it was that one time, but I was disappointed big time. My sister lost a baggage with spirit 2 years ago and they never helped. Spirits have lost me as Customer and I am sure that I will not be the only one. They make their tickets cheaper to lure people into buying them, then they still their money without even thinking about humanity. I had to buy another ticket and I am flying tomorrow. Worse company ever. They do not deserve to be working with people. People should never trust Spirits, it is beyond the worse."

Once I got to my final destination, at 1:00am, a representative for the baggage claim never came down to insure bags were collected and/or stored. I was unable to retrieve my luggage from the locker that they were holding my bag from my missed flight and after waiting 2 hours and through 2 spirit flights baggage arrivals, I had to leave the airport at 2:30am with no bags. All because nobody was available to unlock the locker."

The rep told me she could help me and proceeded to tell me it would cost $75 EACH way for a seat! I only paid $139 for the tix so it was going to cost me more for a seat than it did to buy the tix. I refused and when the site was working again, I booked my own seat for $15 each way. Buyer beware! I didn't get food or entertainment so that's why I only gave them one star. Please add an N/A rating."

Cons: "I woke up at 4:30 am in Denver to catch my 8 am flight to Los Angeles. I had to catch 2 trains to get to the airport and missed my check in time by 2 minutes. LITERALLY 2 minutes! I was the only one in line behind another couple just to correct the issue. The ladies at the service counter were less than happy to be there, probably because they have to hear about all the terrible stuff that happens when people fly Spirit. They said I had to be checked in 45 minutes to boarding and I got there 43 minutes to boarding. The lady informed me that I have to get another flight, with a layover, and land in LA 5 hours after the original landing. On top of that, I had to pay $99 for their inconvenience? Here's the kicker! I got through TSA and what do I see? The plane I was supposed to be on to LA still parked and boarding! On top of this, no courtesy email reminder to check in. Horrible! They need to brush up on basic customer service. Spirit airlines is the biggest con in the sky. I booked flights with them before and have had ok experiences, but this ridiculous. I have a Spirit flight to Chicago on November 5th which I booked through Kayak that I'm already dreading."

Maybe others enjoyed it, but not my cup of tea! The flight was initially delayed upon arrival by at least 30 - 40 minutes. No assistance to be found at the gate. Then an additional 20 or so minutes delay after all had been seated for two passengers, one of whom could barely walk straight. These two kept the entire plane waiting only to get off before take off. REALLY?? What a cluster. Will not be flying Spirit again."

Likely I won't fly with Spirit again, unless Spirit were to reach out and contact me and refund me part of the money they charged me for checking my carry on and bags. Who charges for a carry-on?!"
