Departed 25 min late with no explanation. Arrival time was very off due to late departure but would have appreciated a better estimate.

The flight attendants seemed first disbelieving and later unconcerned that no air came out of our vents. I doubt they even reported them as broken after the flight. Delta's new boarding process is absolute chaos. More than half the plane had no seats assigned until 20 minutes before boarding, and the seats were displayed on a screen a good 25 feet away from the gate, meaning people had to constantly walk back and forth between the doorway and the screen. The gate agents were clearly overwhelmed. If this is how Delta is organized now, I won't be flying on them again."

He was consistent in asking patrons whether they’d like to purchase a travel kit for the troops. A few patrons were abrupt and responded rudely but he maintained a level head and pressed on. Great attitude and professionalism. Thank you very much for your support! Also, I was able to get my Military discount applied towards my purchase which enabled me to purchase 1 travel kits for my fellow service members. A little goes a long way and when returning from deployments or coming home for R&R, it tends to be hectic and I, myself have often forgotten toiletries which I was able to get from the USO. The USO staff were also friendly and did an amazing job handling all of the personnel that funneled in, exhausted. Great attitudes and clean facilities. We had to take a taxi back to our hotel for over $100 and they didn't offer help with that or anything else. This airline is the worst!!! Unless there is significant compensation offered, I will do anything and everything to destroy their reputation further. I'm in the marketing industry and am very capable of getting the word out to millions. American Airlines... 9/11...Never Forget."

They don’t, as a policy, check bags to final destination. It’s not an option. I’d rather walk than fly with these clowns.

Tried to check in on line and I could not do it. Because I had minor kids with me. We were separated in our seats. I had to pay airport prices for my bag going back to Rockford I was not a very happy camper.

This flight never happened. We were not even in the airport because the connection was delayed hours past when this one was supposed to leave. Everyone knew it would be. But United didn’t say anything until they canceled it at it’s departure time.

I wasn’t able to make my flight because my first flight from Nashville (BNA) was delayed for mechanical error (someone’s chair wasn’t able to stay in the upright position), so when I arrived to New York/Newark (EWR) the connecting flight was gone. Since it was the last flight heading to Norfolk (ORF) that night, I had to be rerouted to Richmond (RIC), which is a 90 minute drive to my home. I will admit the lady working the counter was helpful in getting me that replacement flight ticket and put me in first class. Although I think there needs to be someway of halting a connecting flight if the previous leg is delayed. Yet I can see that would probably start a chain reaction of missing times, which helps no one. I just wish it were avoidable, but thankfully I arrived safe after all the headaches. The replacement flight got delayed too, but that’s because it was arriving late and held the crew for the flight I was getting on, but that’s a story for another time…

Shortage of labor resulted in a one hour delay in take off waiting for baggage to be loaded. With a one hour layover in Denver we nearly missed our flight home - very stressful!

Finally I had my emotional support dog with me and the crew told me I should. It be in that seat - the seat was assigned by the United Accessibikity Desk as a good one for a service animal - and I had zero choice in the matter. Baggage claim at SFO took over 45 minutes to start -I was home in San Francisco in only 20 minutes after getting my bag."

Fortunately, that worked out for me but it was 12 hours between the time I was scheduled to leave and the time I actually left. I'll never fly Frontier again. Ultimately the flight was cancelled because the pilot did not show up."

Over 275 flights cancelled right before the holidays, and I had to purchase a completely new round trip flight on an airline just to ensure that I would make it home. It was impossible to reach customer service on the phone, and there were so many people in my same position that there were over 300 people in line to speak with a representative at the airport."
Cons: "After a 7+ hour delay, our flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was cancelled. The worst part about this was that nobody from Frontier would tell us anything. We only knew what we could find out online. Once security from the airport confirmed that our flight had been cancelled, the Frontier employee passed out an 800 number for us to call to either rebook or process a refund. Once connected, the employee offered to either refund me a total of $68.10 or rebook me on the next flight out... 3 days later. They offered no compensation for having to stay extra days nor would they offer to book on another airline. I ended up asking for a refund from an irritated and rude employee and had to pay over $600 just to return home."

Cons: "I had to come into work the morning of my flight, so I was running late to the Nashville Airport. When I tried to print out my ticket from a Frontier kiosk, nothing happened. The attendant present was not working for Frontier and told me I could make my flight if I hurried, then she walked away. Too bad I didn't have my ticket and no one from Frontier was there to assist. Despondent and apathetic from the hellish events from this week, I resigned to paying $450 to book a one way flight on United from Nashville to Denver the same day. If I had booked a United or AA flight from the beginning, they would have assisted me in getting to my flight on time. Their planes have more legroom anyway. I hope my luck is better on the return flight, or I will be out a few more hundred dollars because Frontier doesn't have the resources to have a full-time staff (ostensibly). If you're not a gambler when it comes to whether or not you'll make your destination on time, or at all, then don't use Frontier. I'm not about that life."

There seems to be an up charge for everything after the ticket is paid for, including food and drink. The seats in the airplane felt like glorified plastic lawn chairs."

When shopping on Kayak most people are looking for the best deal. If I had known the actual cost to fly Frontier the day I selected this fare I would never have chosen Frontier. And I never will again. The ticket counter employees are obviously tired of hearing such complaints as well. They are a surly bunch."
