Cons: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.

Cons: PHX airport baggage claim was a mess. I had to wait 40 min to pick up the luggages.

Cons: Be on time. Also we sat in first class and it would be nice if the center counsel was smaller giving the passengers more seat room.

Pros: Seats were very comfortable in first class. Very happy with that experience for short haul flight. Enjoyed the service. Flight attendant checked on me multiple times and offered beverages.

Pros: There was a wheel chair waiting for me at each gate, but in Newark, the attendant took my next boarding pass and dissapeared for about 15 minutes, and left me near the gangway. I was starting to panic. My travel companion was not happy and started to vent. It ewas quite tense for awhile.

Cons: The seats were cramped. I boarded first because of a broken ankle and a leg boot that turns into a child's car seat when I'm done with it. I was able to work the boot off when I had a leg cramp, but didn't have enough room to put it back on.

Cons: We arrived late in Dallas, due to weather. Our flight to LA had already locked the door, the lady working the desk when we got there, said we had missed the flight and walked off. Two more ladies came to the counter, but would not help us, finally a fourth lady came and helped us.

They ignored me (who was first) for a white couple who Came after me, and they got chosen and got the flight credit, but I was as clearly first. So I think it was more of a racist matter

Pros: The window seat of this plane is so closely placed to the window that you can hardly sit straight up and down. Food is non existent and one drink offered in 4.5 hours is bad service
