I think I previously submitted my feedback about flight lead Katherine in a different field by mistake. Please see those comments. Comments for Hyd to AMS are it was good. The flight lead and service met expectations for satisfactory high quality service but the flight lead did not stand out as exceptional as did the leads on the other two flights so I don’t remember anything specific one way or the other besides the fact I was satisfied.
Flight lead was a gentleman with silver hair and he went out of his way to shake hands and interact with each passenger seated in business class. A medical emergency took place during our flight and he handled it with perfect poise and professionalism. He was gracious and confidently competent. Just what you want from a leader,
The flight was excellent, the crew was super friendly. The only complaint I have is, 3 of my zipper handles were broken and there were 2 massive scratches on the back of my bag
Crew is not the cheerful type. very slow meal service (this is their style as have flown this many times)
Legroom not all it could be, especially when the seat in front is reclined. Otherwise it was good, food and beverage were nice.
This fight left ahead of time which meant it arrived early which was great. Staff were very professional, but as with all these Short hop Flights the food was a disappointing snack There was no entertainment on this flight, but I did not expect any
I flew premium economy and this was a good option. Although the seats didn’t recline much, I was able to get some sleep with my head propped against the window. The food was good and the entertainment was wonderful The staff were very attentive and professional
Seats were nice and comfy. Crew was polite and attentive. Business class is awesome and worth the money.
It was operated by Delta. Boarding took a long time. How difficult can it be? Overall decent trip. Liked the Salt Lake City airport. Better option than Chicago for transfers.
We left one hour late because of technical difficulties. The economy comfort seats are great for the price. The crew was mediocre, they do not provide a pleasant experience, they just deliver food and drinks and give orders, not very amicable, no service and hospitality focus.
Delta was fine though my flight was delayed 4 hours into LGA and my return into ORD involved a taxi of 1+ hour to the gate
It was as good as it could be. Flying is not a pleasant experience these days.
The plane was very warm the entire time, despite my vents being open. Additionally, we didn't have internet on our personal devices
There was an unruly family behind us that made the short flight miserable!!! The cabin crew did nothing to contain it.
Flight delay was frustrating, also you cannot checkin online without delta app, web browser check-in throw errors
Got on the plane and sat there for an hour before departure.
Very large passenger too space from my own seat. Arm board couldn’t be lowered because of his size. It wads very uncomfortable trip, as the flight was full couldn’t move anywhere having back pain because of the position in which I was the entire flight.
Cramped seating for me. Luckily it wasn’t a long flight
5 hour delay. They blamed the weather but it was the computer issues they had been dealing with for days.
I usually have a positive experience with Delta. Complimentary upgrades are always nice!
On boarding crew at the airport called in the boarding numbers too early meaning before the previous line was completed resulting in later numbers getting to board ahead. Also she asked those who boarded from number 3 to have the tags in their carry-on bags and leave it in the jet bridge. Most of the overhead bins were empty though. This is more work for the ground staff in addition to more inconvenience for passengers waiting to get their carry-ons from the jet bridge.

Flight was great. Almost miss my connecting flight due to late departure from Haneda. Had to run all through airport in Chicago to make the flight. Experience was great for 1st time flyers using ANA Airlines.
Like the fact that the boarding was expedited. But the delay and chaos around the onboarding was not appreciated.
Seats are complete BS for 10 hrs. The guy at counter canceled our return flight from europe. Lufthansa on the way back made United look like a trailer park gathering. If given the opportunity, I will never fly united again. Lufthansa seats werent much better to be fair but the service was a 10 out of 10. Incant express how difficult umited made my trip.
It was a great experience to fly with ANA, the sit is very comfortable.
No real complaints. The in flight food was much better than I expected. The in flight entertainment was excellent.

Why does United insist on having passengers take a bus quite a distance to the plane instead of having us board at a gate?
Delayed flight out of ORD (45min) : Reason (bad weather and had to deice the plane) No problem United take ad long as you need as long as I am safe. Boarding was a little confusing in Chicago with multiple lines and not a clear understanding of what group goes where; still line moved along and staff were courteous. Plane flight to Europe was smooth with flight attendants greeting you with smiles and addressing needs. Food however (terrible as I had the stir fry . the rest was just snacks (really cant mess that up), Return flight from AMS : Check in was terrible with long a line and took forever( understaffed) , Just made my flight with 10min to spare (and yes I was three hours early) going through baggage and passport check was quicker. Boarding was easy and again flight crew were great Smooth ride and the food was much better (chicken). No issues in ORD. Good Job United as I would definitely fly United again. GREAT job KAYAK as the kept me informed ( via text and email) of my up coming flight with departure times and boarding gate info.
We traveled with my 90 year old mother and she was well cared for by everyone from the wheelchair attendant to crew. Greatly appreciated!

Small plane. Tight seating . What can one say except that it was fast!
The flights are literally always delayed arriving, boarding and taking off so they are always late for the connection. I planned ahead so I was okay but many others aren't. The food was terrible. The staff was very pleasant. I appreciate boarding back to front.
All aspects were excellent - it helped that the flight was only 2/3 full and I had no one sitting in my row. The Pre-check (US Passport Control and Customs) in Dublin made everything so easy when we arrived in Chicago.
Very nice experience. Flight had good entertainment system and good food options. Customer service was very friendly and nice as well.
The same as I stated prior. We incurred extra costs that should be reimbursed, given we were not communicated with about schedule changes.
My flight from Dublin was delayed two hours which ment that I missed my connecting flight to Phoenix. American Airlines provided a hotel room and rebooked my flight for 7:30 AM the next day. I didn't get to the room until 11 pm and I had to be at the airport the next day by 5 AM. The airlines did their best but the schedule was challenging for an 81 year old.
I like Aer Lingus so that is why I’m writing this critique so they can become better. The boarding gate was too small to board properly. Our seats were toward the back of the plane knowing we would be boarding after business class, we moved to that area after business class boarded. An Aer Lingus employee told us we couldn’t stand there. We explained we were the next group to board and wouldn’t even be able to hear when our boarding was called. She didn’t care and was not very professional. The cabin was freezing. I wouldn’t feed my dog the food. We were over an hour late coming into chicago because of weather which can’t be avoided. I asked the crew if they could make an annoucement for before whose final destination is chicago to wait and allow the people with connecting to deplane first. He said there are a lot of people with connecting flights. He said, it doesn’t matter. Well, yes it does. He could have been more considerate of his passengers.
Very pleasant staff, there was some turbulence but the captain was very apologetic and gave notice where possible.
