Cons: "My sister’s checked in luggage was in poor shape when we got it in Albany. We noticed an outside compartment was unzipped. So we checked to see if anything was missing and a souvenir from Mexico was gone. Then we realized a zipper was missing from the luggage and then decided to check all the other compartments and realized her bag of jewelry was gone. The woman at baggage services in Albany told us Delta is not responsible for lost belongings. Also tried to tell us theft is not an issue because there are cameras everywhere. Well you are telling someone that is missing a bag of jewelry that theft is not a problem. Also, there may be cameras everywhere but I doubt anyone is going to review those cameras to see what happened. I will never fly Delta again."

I️ stay in Vegas for 1 night and my ankle swells the next morning and I’m unable to move my legs. Sent to the hospital and have been in Vegas since 11/20"

Also, I got an exit row seat on my new flight to MSP."

Pros: "We boarded on time and we departed on time. We got into Chicago 30 minutes early. We recently acquired a AA credit card and we got 2 checked bags free and priority boarding (Group 5). In today's world your need priority boarding of some sort on AA or you risk not being able to store you bags in the overhead and may have to get it checked free to your final destination. Also, one of our checked bags had a painting in it that we purchased and the bag and painting arrived unharmed. Good job by AA baggage handlers."

The flight was delayed causing me to miss another AA connection by minutes. Waited in line to be told I wouldn't get on a flight til the following day, they couldn't help with accommodation and I wouldn't receive my luggage until the following day. In short, AA left me stranded in a strange city at midnight with no accommodation and no luggage. It was 18 degrees and I was in t-shirt and shorts. What a memory."

Cons: "I found out at the airport the day we were leaving for Spain that my daughter's passport had to be valid for 3 Months after we returned home from our trip. When booking a flight out of the country it would be nice if Air .com could of mention that to me. We were trying to get to a cruise we had already paid for that was going out of Spain. They would not work with me at all and cx my whole booking. When I tried to talk to them on the phone the man could not speak very good English and was not making any since at all. I let him talk to the British Airlines counter manager and the manager tried to explain that he would have to rebook us that he could not. Air.com was horrible and never helped us out at all. They should not be in business . I paid them of course months ago and I was just out the 1400.00 dollars. British Airlines was amazed that they did nothing to help us out."

The airport is 1-1/2 hours from my house. They inconvenience me by handling my baggage like an ape and then continue to inconvenience me by requiring me to go way out of my way to get it repaired. American Airlines apparently does not understand what customer service means."

Cons: "I purchased the earliest flight of the day from Vegas to Los Angeles so I could be in LA by 11am so I could attend the 1pm Dodger game at dodger stadium... ( I specifically flew into lax for the game that I spent $100 on tickets for) well I arrived to LAS at 5am by 515am I received my first notification that my flight wouldn't be leaving until 1030am.... I was a little annoyed but hey I'm still going to make it to my game, ( I just needed to let my ride know who's lives 3 hours away from LA that my flight was going to be 3 hours late not to rush) well about an hour later I got another notification that my flight was now being pushed back to 230pm.... at this point I have no choice but to look for another flight.... I found another flight on Southwest leaving Las at 1210pm arriving in lax at 120pm... perfect I can still make my game... That flight was boarding on time... ran into some hiccups on the runway... arrive to lax at 130pm... not a problem can still make my game... sat on the runway at lax until 335.... needless to say I missed the game... while in the air I received another text that my American airline flights was now pushed back to 530pm... mind you my day started at 5am on Las Vegas to catch a flight out at 720am.... Now had I not found that other flight I would have been sitting around Vegas airport for over 12 hours.... I was not a happy flier today, specially because the actual flight is normally no more than 45 minutes start to finish... I could have rented a car and drove... would have been cheaper and I would have made it to my game ...."

When i finally got on the plane, the seats were very uncomfortable and I felt like a sardine being crammed into a small tin. the crew was at best, mediocre and boring. The in flight snack was two crappy pieces of cookie? Or was that a cracker? I did not eat it. The entertainment was one shared screen that I did not have a headset for, nor was I offered a headset, free or for a fee. The screen in front of me was too close and the screen behind that was further away and barely able to see it. I choose not to watch it for these reasons. The landing was rough at the end, everyone jolted forward when we hit the ground."

The wheel chair attendant who initially took me to my gate in Las Vegas was very friendly, and helpful, and she did everything she could possibly have done, short of leaving another passenger to come take care of me, which wouldn't have been right. I was there when she called her supervisor and advised him/her of my location and of my needs and she received confirmation. Was not her fault."
Cons: "I checked in with American and a wheel chair attendant assisted me to my gate. My wheel chair needed charged and I was two hours early, so the attendant sat me at the charging station because there were no outlets in the gate area. She contacted her supervisor to advise of my location and that I would need assistance. Nobody came for me. I gathered my things the best I could and struggled to get to the gate to get attitude from the gate agent, telling me the wheel chair attendant was there looking for me. What ever happen to using a paging system when you know the passenger who is disabled checked in two hours earlier? Had someone paged, maybe I could have flagged their attention, or maybe they could have called the company in charge of handling their wheel chair attendance and would have known where I could be located. Either way, the attitude is uncalled for, especially when I apologized and stated that the wheel chair attendant was expected to help me."
Pros: "Our flight was delayed overnight in Las Vegas, which was hassle but unavoidable due to weather and pilot flight hours restrictions. But the ground crew and American Airlines worked very hard to compensate all the passengers: gave us each a voucher for hotel, 2 meals, round trip shuttle ride for hotel and airport. Good work to make up for a bad situation."

Last time i had to stop in Vegas I got stuck there overnigh because my flight had been delayed and to mKe things worse they also managed to Miss my flights connection in Miami after they had booked me a new flight.. With a window seat that had no window. I old the flight attendant that I needed help stowing my backpack in the overhead bin, not because it was that heavy or big, but because the previous flight had been 5 hrs long and after being stuck in the middle seat my back was killing me and lifting my bag over my head would have triggered a muscle spasm. I have a back condition and they refused to help me. She would not even hear me out and insisted on me to check my bag, which I refused to because my laptop and tablet were in there without propper padding to protect them. The same flight attendant had already yelled at a passanger and was making a scene that made several other passengers uncomfortable. i understand the flight was full and they were delayed enough, but the airline clients should not have to pay for the airline's mistakes."

I was then put on standby for a flight that would leave two hours later. I went through security it only took 10min because it was 8am on a Saturday morning in LAS VEGAS. I was through security and my original flight still hadn't left. If the kiosk had just printed my ticket I would have made my flight with plenty of time."

Pros: "Punta Gorda was not over-busy. So the hassle level of the pre--flight experience was way down from the norm nowadays. The flight was on time, and only mostly full, not crowded."
Cons: "Not even water free infliight is a tad chintzy. Allegiant is not responsible for this, but the seat belt sign was on most of the time. I counld wish for better weather enroute. On arrival at ALB there was not video display announcing the belt numbers fror different arriving flights. One had to just drift from belt to belt"

The baggage carousel at the new terminal was poorly designed, shutting down when people went to pick up their bags. It took awhile to get our bags, and we were scolded by the staff for tripping some sensor. I don't know what universe y'all live in, but in this one, you have to move close to the carousel to lift your bag. So the sensor tripped like three times and people were unhappy."

Pros: "Because I was unwilling to pay for seat selection, I was prepared to be separated from my husband and stuck in a middle seat. To my pleasant surprise, the agents put us in the same row by ourselves."
Cons: "Better directional signage in both the SFO and Las Vegas airports (arrivals). Las Vegas is a huge airport, requiring a tram to get to the passenger pick-up, even with directions it was confusing and not obvious. In SFO, half the plane walked halfway down the concourse in the wrong direction because of lack of signage and it looks like the right way to go. Drop Kiwi as a third-party for domestic flights, their customer service is clueless, handling charges absurd and flight requirements unnecessary."

I had to buy another ticket from another carrier. On such short notice the ticket was quite expensive. Then, leaving Las Vegas my flight was also delayed, this time for over two hours. Luckily the flight still went and I was able to get home. Cons: "First of all. Our flight was delayed 3 hours with no explanation at first (after we boarded they finally told us).There was technical difficulties with the plane. They had to keep re-starting the planes system. It was June in Vegas. This shut off caused the A/C to go off. It got extremely hot. The flight attendants very rudly handed out warm water (no ice) to everyone. Only filled the cups a quarter of the way and would not hand out more. 3 hours after we were supposed to take off, we finally got going. After we were up in the air the flight attendants were extremely rude. Many of the passengers kept asking for snacks and drinks. We were all extremely hungry and thirsty from sitting in an extremely hot plane for hours. We FINALLY got service in time for our plane to start landing. We were then forced to promptly throw our drinks and food away due to landing. Didn't even get a few sips and a couple bites of my chips before I then had to throw it away. I will never fly frontier again. I can say that most of the people on my flight will not be flying frontier either. I never write bad reviews. I am an extremely easy going person. I understand plane difficutlies but the staff of the plane were extremely rude and did not handle the situation well."

I asked if the plane had already left, he said that it had not. No good answer as to why I couldn't be accommodated. I explained my qualms about the online check-in but it was pointless. I had to fly with another airline which costs me $367.00 to book. Terrible customer service and no leeway or understanding whatsoever."

But then they told me that the flight was oversold and that I may not be able to board that flight after I let them know that I run a business and I needed to be on this flight home and that I did not mind being the exit person if it meant that I had to get on this flight. I then proceeded to call my mother but when I raise my phone to the ear Alexa then proceeded to make a scene in front of all the other passengers saying that she did not wish to have her picture taken and then began to laugh with another co-worker making me feel very uncomfortable I will never fly with your airline again."

Crew on incoming flight, 1115 were the worst ever! Female Flight Attendent verbally ridiculed a passenger to the other attendents who was a bigger husky man who was having a difficult time closing his seat belt. Very unprofessional and I will not use your airline again. Another Male Flight Attendant would not wait a few swconds for a passenger to gather his trash, got disgusted, made some type of remark and just turned and walked away. Never returned."
Cons: "You let the Las Vegas 10:10pm flight passengers wait all night, delaying an hour or so each time, moving us from gate to gate. There were no announcements, noone to talk to; families with small children had to keep getting them up to move them through the night. When the flight disappeared from the departure board, we contacted gate crew at another gate, we were assured we would be taken care of, that someone knew what was going on and we would get our flight out. Then we watched the 7:45 am flight to LasVegas depart while we all STILL waited for a plane and crew. When someone finally told us our flight was cancelled around 10:30am (over 12 hours of delays --- preventing us from driving to Vegas or from getting on another flight). We then waited in line for ~2 hours to re-book and another 1.5 hours to record that our luggage was lost. This was ridiculous. While all of the airlines suffered during the weather event that caused delays across the country, Frontier seemed to fall apart. (All up and down DIA Concourse A there were folks waiting for extended periods of time for Frontier flights, while across the aisle other airlines were departing on time or with shorter delays.) Noone communicated with us, noone seemed to care. Crew we did talk to seemed as frustrated as we were with the situation, short-staffing, and poor communication. I used to be a devoted Frontier traveler; I will never fly Frontier again."
Pros: "N/A"
Cons: "Staff was rude, showed no empathy and showed a genuine lack of really trying to help. Claimed the earliest that could get on a plane to final destination was Friday (5 days). Said the reason was the flight crew had timed out but it took hours to get that answer and they could not help with accommodations. The only thing would be to schedule for Friday or give a full refund from what was paid for the entire trip. Took the full refund and booked a oneway trip on another airline for twice what originally paid for the round trip ticket. Worst experience with any airline. Ever!"
Pros: "The staff are friendly and professional, for the most part. Check-in was easy and I wasn't hassled about my 'personal item' being too big, which I was sure it was."
Cons: "Firstly, I'm pretty sure that the planes Frontier uses are re-purposed prison planes. The seats don't recline and are uncomfortable as all get-out. They cram you into some kind of military stress-position that ensures you won't sleep, won't be comfortable, and will be reduced into an unsmiling pile of compliance. Secondly, Frontier charges for *everything* - carry-on? That'll be $40-$60. You want a soda? That'll be $2.00. Snack? Yep... pay up, sucka. Water's free, thankfully. That said, the price was right and the flight was mercifully short; so I'd probably do it again. Because I'm a sadist, apparently."
Cons: "I understand that a lot of flights are charging for snacks and drinks these days and calling it a la carte (to make it sound fancy enough to justify the expense), but it is ridiculous to be expected to pay $3 for a bag of pretzels or a soda on a flight. Hiding that cost in the price of the ticket gives a MUCH better impression than being on the flight and waiting for the long-standing cherished ritual of accepting your meager snack, only to find that you have to pay $6 for it. Between this and the overall discomfort of the seats (they didn't recline, so I couldn't nap), the lack of in-flight magazine (if I can't nap, can't I at least pass the time with a crossword?), the carry-on fee, and the fact that the flight crew reminded us four or five times that they were also the clean-up crew so we should help them out by not littering, it was the most uncomfortable of any flight I have ever taken."
Cons: "You have to pay for everything. It was $45 to check a bag, and $40 to store a bag in the overhead compartment. My husband and I would have had to pay an additional $30 to sit next to each other. On the flight out, the stewardess asked us if we wanted to buy any food or drinks, but never offered even free water. The seats are horribly uncomfortable. I was in the middle seat on a red eye, and I was so cramped and sore, I couldn't fall asleep for more than a minute. I landed feeling exhausted, sore, and miserable. This was my first and last time flying on Frontier."
Pros: "Flight was at a low price and convenient."
Cons: "Mobile app was not working correctly and a ticket agent helped me purchase there at a discounted price. On the way back the ticket person didn't help at all and said she knew they were having problems with the mobile app. Said she could do nothing and quickly gave me a customer service number to call. Wow that was really effortless. If you have an app to purchase at a lower price for carry on and it is not working then have a back up plan to help you customer get what is advertised. Like it was a bait and hook. Besides that everything else was OK."
Pros: "Prices we're good. The on flight staff was friendly, it's unfortunate that you have to pay extra for non alcoholic drinks and carry on bags. Gone are the days of cheap flights AND honey roasted peanuts. But I guess that's the trade off for cheap airfare now a days."
Cons: "On our departing flight my husband and I had gotten us and our 4 kids up to the gate only to realize I had forgotten to add my lap child to my ticket. I get that it was not convenient but the lady was very short and rude and angry with us, she treated us like complete idiots. While it was an unfortunate thing to have slip my mind, it happens! I was bound to forget something when packing and prepping for me and 4 kids to travel. We offered to show our post on Facebook when our daughter was born as proof of age. But she gufawed that ridiculous idea. Because obviously we could have set up fake accounts and hacked the dates to make it look like our kids was under 2!! Really!?? A social security card doesn't even show birth dates. Anyway, the whole charade left us feeling very embarrassed, frustrated and like we were criminals or something. She handled things very unprofessionally and showed us no empathy whatsoever. She told us we would not be allowed onto our return flight without a ss card or birth cert. Which we got when we reached our destination. Upon boarding for the return flight the workers were great. They let us right on the flight and didn't even ask for the birth cert. or anything. They used common sense. Which is what I wished this other flight attendant had more of."
Pros: "The flight attendants were very helpful."
Cons: "Other than paying for the actual ticket, which was NOT cheap (approx. 40% more than getting there AND it was a "red eye" to boot) everything else was an "add on".....pay for "carry on", pay for seat assignment, pay for coffee......everything was extra. On top of this, most of the seats did not recline and had very little padding.........I guess you could pay for reclining seats. Although the Exit seats were empty, you could not sit in them unless you paid for them. My wife's reading light did NOT work.......I guess she didn't pay for the light!!! The flight attendant apologized and said it's been on a work order to fix and offered to provide another seat ONLY for her!!! I'll NEVER fly Frontier again."
Pros: "Liked the price of the tickets, but boarding the plane was so stuffy it activated my breathing issues and I coughed from it for the entire flight. The flight to Las Vegas was fairly well. The return not so well."
Cons: "seriously the airlines charge for what is normally complimentary beverages, carry on luggage and take advantage of first time elderly flying. oh and our flight I had this man behind me kicked my seat the entire flight, I would finally get almost asleep and the moron struck again. And I am the bad person. I believe the pilots may want to spend a little more time learning to descend more slowly to provide comfort to passengers if that is a concern. Descending quickly hurts customers with sensitive ear canals."
Cons: "I won't fly Frontier again. The fact that we arrived into Colorado Springs 5 1/2 hours late wasn't the issue, as weather cannot be helped. But it was the lack of organization in the face of adversity that aggravated all the customers most. I would think a prestigious company like Frontier would have a better Plan B, than to unload us all in DIA, not allow us to retrieve our bags and find a faster way home, wait for a new flight crew, wait longer for a new plane, and once re-boarding to wait even longer because bags had never been loaded onto the new plane and there was no ramp crew. A shuttle to Colorado Springs would have been three hours faster. Think outside the box. Our patience was indeed tested."

Cons: "Staff was horrible! Customer service did anything but customer service. They had a "too bad so sad" attitude towards customer. Arrived 12:35am for a 1:19am flight and was denied check in because supposedly counter closes at 12:30am. So I was denied entry for 5 minutes? I had to pay a taxi, extra night at hotel then a fee for rescheduling flight. Ridiculous, NECER flying Frontier again! Even if tickets were free! I booked/found flight on kayak app. I would suggest kayak remove them, experience was so bad that negatively effects kayaks reputation too. Also, every other airline provides complementary beverages and snacks, NOT Frontier. Also free bag check? Nope frontier charges everything! Even a carry-on which is free everywhere else. Absurd, truly worst flying experience EVER!"
Cons: "I've never had the best flights with Frontier. Every flight I've had scheduled has had a huge delay, and their landing are absolutely ***the worst*** -- when an entire cabin of passengers cheer on a successful landing, it's pretty rough. The carry on cost came at a bit of a surprise, there needs to be a better means of creating awareness for that. Even beverages or snacks on the plane. Bottom-line, it just feels like, "you get what you pay for" in a cheaper airline. Scary landings, delayed flights (with no courteous representatives that explain anything or help a situation), and overcharges on every item the second you start checking in. At the end of the day, I could have flown a more reputable airline and spent the same amount of money -- and felt safer. Which is advisable at this point."
Cons: "Flight was late for boarding. No updates were given as to why or what was going on. The gate agent looked like she had a miserable day and did not offer a customer service attitude. Once on board the seat didn't recline and was hard as a rock, not ideal for a 4 hour flight. The flight attendant (Christine) was short tempered. Crew lacked basic soft skills. This was the first and I am pretty sure the last time I will fly on frontier. While I appreciate the low fares I did not expect the low level of customer service or all the extra fees that are tacked on for seats, checked bags and a drink onboard."
Pros: "I tried really hard, but I can't think of anything that I liked about my frontier experience."
Cons: "There was nothing about any part of this experience to like. When I made the reservation, I accidentally hit the wrong date button and did not notice until I received my email. I contacted customer service immediately, the rep. Was extremely rude and charged me an additional $200 on my ticket to move it to the next day. He charged my Card and did not make the changes. I received an email stating, no changes were made to my Itinerary, it still had the same wrong date, but my credit card had been charged the $200 fee. I called back and got a more helpful person, but was told to contact the flight insurance company, I purchased, to discuss refunding the additional charge. Not only do you pay for your bags, but you pay for your seats, your beverages, your snacks, and your mistakes. I guess that's how they manage to keep costs down. But then again, you get what you pay for!"
Cons: "You get what you pay for. Always bring an empty water bottle to fill up once you clear TSA security because I don't think they provide you with water on the plane. The seats also do not recline. And it's actually cheaper to check a bag ($25) than to bring a carry-on ($30), so I didn't pay for either and instead brought only a big backpack stuffed pretty fully, and it fit under the seat. My return flight was 3 hours late and I wasn't even notified until the original time we were supposed to board."
Cons: "I checked in at a kiosk and had a carry on. Did not realized they charged for a carry on piece of luggage. On the first leg no issues, however on the second leg trying to board in Denver they stopped me while trying to board and said I needed to pay for my carry on. I said I didn't have to on first keg. They didn't care and wanted to charge me double $60. That is totally unacceptable to double the charge because I was paying at the gate. They held up the flight to collect this double fee. I will never take Frontier again."
Pros: "The Customer Service telephone agent and the check in/baggage drop agents were all very nice and helpful. The pilots did an excellent job of providing an uneventful, peaceful, safe, and gentle flight. Takeoff and landing were great on both the inbound and outbound flights. I was able to get to my destination and return home safely on both flights which was my major objective."
Cons: "At least 1-2 flight attendants on both flights, in general, were quite rude and seemed uncaring at times to the needs of some of the other passengers. From chewing and smacking gum, using their cellphones while standing in the aisles amongst the passengers during boarding, and appearing quite irritated/short when interacting with passengers, it seems to me customer service was not a big priority in their training course and/or job requirements. I sat in an "upgraded" ($16 extra), economy, aisle seat, not located immediately in front of or in between the window exits on my outbound flight and in a middle, non-upgraded, economy seat near the back of the plane on my inbound flight. Neither seat was able to recline and both were quite rigid and almost painful to sit in during the flight. I have flown many times throughout my 46 year life, but these had to be the most uncomfortable seats I have ever had on a flight. I understand about saving money and using a no-frills airline carrier, but I think some of the issues mentioned could have been improved without adding any increased cost."
Pros: "The price of the flight was great, until I realized I was being charged for every little thing. What a rip off! I should have flown United."
Cons: "I had a severe allergic reaction due to the passengers in my row carrying four cats. I had to take Benadryl and broke out into hives. The flight attendants didn't even offer to move my seat. It was a truly terrible experience and I can't believe that there's not a better protocol in place with the airline to accommodate customers with severe allergies to animals, even when they are labeled as emotional support animals. This as a truly terrible experience. Thank goodness the flight was only 4 hours. I'll never fly Frontier again."
Cons: "5 days before my flight I went on Frontiers website to buy a seat. I had picked 3A because it allowed me more leg room and a reclining seat. I stand 6' tall! I was gladly to pay the extra cost for the extra comfort. I was having trouble with their website so I ended up calling customer service to complete my transaction. The customer service person said he completed my transaction and seat assignment and would send me a confirmation, soon. The night before my flight, my confirmation finally arrived with the wrong seat. My seat had been changed to the bulkhead with no leg room at all. My original set was sold to someone else. I feel this was very unfair and I should receive a refund. I ended up moving into a row that didn't recline but it had and area under the seat in front of me to at least stretch out a little. Those seats were less expensive. I should have received what I paid for and nothing less!!!!!!"
Pros: "The fact that I got there safely. The seats, the screaming kids, and the especially the kid that the parent did not have in control and was running down the isle when we were in landing position, the captain sitting in front of my other half looked at him and told him to go sit down, my colleague say next to them the parent did not have him buckled up because he said he did not like it! Needless to say my friend was all flipped out after we landed! We had to calm him down! Oh well."
Cons: "The fact that you pay for a ticket then you have to pay for a seat then you have to pay for a checked bag, then you have to pay for a carry on if you wanted to bring one, then you have to pay $2 for a soda which I do not drink anyway, pretty soon you'll have to pay to get a cup of water. Im glad I can bring my own water on the plane. And my own food. 2 Hours the desk opens before a flight? the line was crazy. I will never fly Frontier again. many people I spoke to said the same thing, they wont either. I will fly southwest even if its more expensive because by the time you spend for all these others items your over what you would have spent with Southwest. Thank you."

Cons: "Delays!! Terrible customer service, they didnt care, had a "oh well" attitude. Because of a 6 hour delay in vegas we missed our flight out of denver and was told we would be placed on a flight at 110 pm but when we got to denver we had to wait till 1145 pm to leave. We both missed work. We received a room voucher in denver and when we got to the room had to give them a credit card then were told we had to check out at 11 am that same day and it was 6am when we checked in. Still had to spend over 12 hours in airport. Very unsatisfied and disappointed with the whole experience!!!"
Cons: "I thought I was getting a deal. I got a cheaper flight than the competitor and then they charged me for everything they could.30 bucks for luggage under 50lbs, an extra 40 for a single pound over 50. 40 bucks for a carry on and no free drinks but they will pour some water into a cup for free. I spent the extra money for the front three rows because I'm 6 feet 4 inches and there is extra leg room in the front. I get there and and they say "oh, those are reserved." I said "yeah, I reserved them." I get screwed out of that seat so they try to give me a credit for an airline I will never use again. I got my 30 dollar luggage checked in for free instead of the 50 dollars I spent for the seat. Then!!!!... The SAME thing happened on the way back!!!!! The seats are comaparible to a 100 dollar go cart seat and I had to become a yoga master to use the bathroom, which is due to my height but just icing on the cake or dirt on my mud pie. Spent the extra money on free luggage, padded seats and competency."

Cons: "I didn't like that as a disabled young person the airline did not accomodate my injury. The previous 7 times I've flown since my injury each and every airline has given me priority boarding AS WELL as priority seating with more leg room. I cannot bend my right knee enough to sit in a regular airline seat. The entire 4 hour plane ride I was in pain and had to consume more then normal pain medication to make it through the flight. It's absolutely unacceptable in 2016 to comepletely disregard persons with disabilities when it comes to flying. I plan on writing a letter to Frontier airlines, as well as any affiliated companies they work with. I will not rest until it's assured this does not happen to anyone else."

Cons: "This is perhaps my fault, but I did not expect to have to spend another $150+ on bags over my round trip. I guess I am used to the old days of good flight space, no bag charges and food/drink. These days we are treated like cattle, and I don't like it--but especially because I had no idea going in that Frontier would charge for bags ($85 to fly from CLT to Las Vegas; a little less upon returning). Frankly, it so turned me off, I will try hard not to fly Frontier again. BTW, Frontier did not communicate well where our bags would be waiting in Las Vegas, and I ended up walking around carousels only to learn I was in the wrong baggage area."
