Food was not upto the mark. Boarding at Boston and Doha was chaotic. Overall experience was not up to the mark

Very good

Instead of 1 hour layover in Doha need to wait for 5 6 hours.

Worst experience, slow boarding due to bus transports, crew are rude and flight was delayed for more than 1 hr and nothing was offered during the wait. One of my worst flights.

Never reached there flight got cancelled 2nd time in a row

More monitoring of passengers wearing musks. Some passengers had their musks off and flights attendants didn’t enforce. That was disappointing

At the minimum, crew should ask all passengers to raise seats during meal service as a courtesy to those behind them. This is done on other airlines."

I purchased a multi-trip and failed to used the ticket I purchased because I had to leave Qatar early since the person I was staying with was disorganized and flew out the country. I then purchased a different ticket with another airline because it was cheaper. Since I did that, they cancelled my whole trip. HOW? And I payed for a service I clearly didn't receive. As a result, stranded, I had to pay an additional $1,125 for a one way ticket home - more than my original round trip multi flight purchase."

This refers to LX177 (Singapore to Zurich). This was a ghastly flight with the food being an outstanding disgrace. I did complain the CEO of Swiss who seems to have taken no notice. I would strongly advise anyone contemplating using this flight to seek an alternative carrier.

Loved it all. The cabin was kept pretty hot, but I can live with that. Superb service, thank you so much! Great choice of movies. They even had a vegetarian meal available once. I was trying to call the company to order a vegan meal prior to my flight but I could find a US number to call.

It was on at the terminal we were at in Las vegas, we were all the way at the end of one of them, I think it was c.... Dates 41 42 and 43.... They were in a row from left to right and we were scheduled for 42.... Right before that 41 was loading and yet the line started on the right Chris crossed 43 42 over to 41 causing foot traffic confusion, and yet the left side in front of gate 41 was relatively empty...... Eventually some Delta step did come out and assist but for about 40 minutes it was quite confusing and crowded

When she showed up, she said she would not give seat assignments for another 15 minutes, so come back then. That agent said she couldn't give me a seat, but watch the monitor for my name for seat assignments, then come back. Why couldn't the first gate agent say that instead of giving me the runaround and wasting my time???"
Cons: "When I was transferred to Delta's website to book, the date was reset to 6 months in the future. It happened to be the same Monday the 26th so that's why I didn't notice. Delta refused to refund my money. This was a terrible experience and I plan not to use Kayak or Delta again!"

The staff in Turkey was rude and unhelpful and most didn’t understand English properly. There were a number of others having the same issues, it was an awful experience."

When I brought this to the flight attendant's attention, none of them was apologetic and none of them tried to find out another solution to me, who was flying their airline the first time and didn't know the not-so-diverse food option."

Cons: "Food was so so. Turkish offers free excursions into Istambul for passengers staying over 6 hours. The excursion departs at 12p.m. This flights arrives at 11.25 a.m., but the lines in immigration are stupidly long. We arrived at the counter at 12.15. In a very unfriendly way, they explained the excursion had left, and no possibilities for joining it in Town. So, we were stuck at the airport for several hours. How stupid is to offer an excursion to passengers in layover, but program a flight with 300 passengers to arrive just in time to miss the excursion? Somebody has to think this over. This excursion should leave at 12.30, and it would avoid dozens of passengers stuck and unhappy."

Cons: "the first flight (from Dhaka to Istanbul) was long, but great. full entertainment. the second flight from Istanbul to London had zero entertainment (the flight is obviously international and 4-5 hours long). there should be an easier way to request a vegetarian meal when i buy my ticket through your website. I shouldn't have to go through some convoluted way of contacting the airline to find if there is a veg option."
Pros: "No personal entertainment screen. No USB jack. These alone are unacceptable esp for an international flight. Food was terrible - vegetarian option was plain pasta!. Seats cramped and too close together. Crew didn't manage passengers putting luggage away so passengers did it very badly taking up overhead room with jackets and small bags. Gate was overcrowded and hot without enough seats. Staff was pleasant though and friendly and courteous and efficient."
Pros: "Hey, two checked bags free, two free in flight measl and drinks including alcohol, and coffee service midway, free in flight movies and music, free headphones, free blankets, and a free toothbrush, yea toothbrush, its like flying in the way way back."

Cons: "This flight was pure misery. In the Istanbul airport flight gates are not announced until an hour before your fight. This would be fine if Turkish Airlines would also allow us access to our flight at that time. The gate had been announced and we had to wait for them to set up a security checkpoint before we could even sit at our gate. This security checkpoint was set up at a point where nearly everyone on the flight was waiting. This caused it to be a huge delay of people concerned about missing their flight. Little did they know that they had nothing to be concerned about because our flight would eventually be delayed two hours. We were eventually loaded onto our plane which apparently was having some technical issues despite just landing in Istanbul. There were people who had rode in on the plane that was eventually deemed unsafe to fly because of an error with the steering mechanism (which we were not even told what was going on until we boarded a second plane). While they determined this we sat on a hot, non air-conditioned plane full of screaming children. I understand why they were screaming and wanted to join in. We eventually had to deboard the plane and wait for them to secure us an alternate plane. They attempted to deliver the plane to the gate, but were unable to steer the first plane away from it, so we had to be transported by bus to the open tarmac. There was no order or organization as to how people were loaded on to either the bus or plane and it was pure and utter choas that delayed our flight even further. The plane we boarded did not have inflight entertainment so we sat on our four hour flight to London left to our own devices. When we arrived in London it was pat the point of public transportation trains running and I had to reroute to a bus. By the time I arrived at my flat it was 4 in the morning. Turkish Airlines has been the most chaotic, unprofessional, disorganized, and inefficient airline I have ever traveled on. My tale will continue with my return flights and how they lost my luggage and it hung out in Istanbul for a few days before being returned to me. I can not stress enough to others to never travel with this airline. The cheaper price is not worth it."

Cons: "Cabin staff were blatantly prejudice, would not assist anyone who wasn't Turkish or of their color. I had an injury and surgery to my right foot, and as a result was using a walking can for m9bility. One my return flight to UK one cabin crew member decided in their wisdom to place said cane in the overhead bin. I advised her, I didn't like nor think this to be a good idea. Things move when taking off and my fair was if one wasn't aware the cane was there it may fall and injure someone. She insisted, and put the can into the overhead bin, and surprise, one of her fellow cabin members opened this b8n, and down came the cane on a passenger's head. For her injury, they offered her water and proceeded to hand the cane back to me. On flight TK 603 or TK 1983 we were assigned seats in economy row 20 A and b, well my son was seated in 20B, almost sliced his palm on the armrest, because the cover that should have been there wasn't, thus exposing jagged metal. I had to insist that we be moved and they should NEVER allow the cabin be loaded with such dangers visibly exposed. They didn't seem to show much concern, since the flight was full of "blacks"...! On our maiden flight on this airline, we had a 15+ hour layover. Couldn't get assistance from airport staff on simple questions such as where could one rest for the 15 hours, airport staff are busy riding around on automated wheel chairs, and when we asked them to assist an elderly lady who obviously could not walk the distance to her boarding gate in Istanbul, we were met with glares, or look of "they don't know English" or simply being miss directed, whilst my son carried this ladies heavy bag, including his own, and I on my walking stick, until we located the infraction desk, where a true gentleman, by the name of Mahmet came to our rescue, or more importantly took over the matter and assisted this lovely lady who was heading back to new york, to get her water for her medication, a chair to sit on until a wheelchair was brought to her. Honestly, in the many years that I've traveled, I've never seen or encountered a group of unprofessional, disrespectful and just downright prejudiced to visitors to their country! You couldn't pay me enough to visit Turkey or ever fly Turkish Airlines again in my life. So, so disappointed and disgusted by the whole experience it begs the question, how was this airline voted the 2nd best airline in Europe? You must have a very low ranking requirement, or my expectations are just too high for this airline, airport and the people I encountered."

Nothing special , just what I expected for an internal USA flight

When I checked in they had me down as two people the computer would not accept my booking even though I had proof The aircraft was freezing And the dinner was terrible my cutlery also was soiled The crew were great

The flight was booked via Virgin Atlantic. Using their on-line check-in I was directed to the Republic Airways check-in who were operating the flight on behalf of Virgin. There is no trace of any way to check in on their website. I found the flight on the LeGuardia Airport information page and saw that it also had a Delta Airlines flight number so I tried to check-in via their web site - which worked. It would be much better if the eticket information had the correct details for on-line checkin.

Gate changed suddenly without early announcement. This needs to be corrected

With my wife being disabled the assistance and crew staff were very helpful getting us on and off the plane. My previous experience of virgin although some years ago was a wider choice of meals and food more to my taste.

Amazing flight attendants!

Virgin Atlantic should not be allowed to run codeshares without WestJet if neither company can provide check in or boarding passes - I was told I had to recheck my bags on a connecting flight which due to delays of the first one meant I had to abandon my bags at my first leg City to ensure I was able to run to get my flight as I only had 30 mins to make boarding. This means I landed in my destination without my luggage and am likely to never get it back. I will not fly on Virgin Atlantic again.

Heathrow Airport refused to let us through security on time and we were not permitted to board the flight.

The only issue tbf was with the auxiliary engine being down so the a/c couldn't be run at either end

Cons: "- Boarding kept getting delayed without any warning. - Duty free purchase was meant to be collected just before boarding the plane but mine was not there. This was not so much an issue but the man said he would have my bag sent to my seat and I was subsequently approached by a crew member who asked for my receipt. Which he was holding in his hand. I would have thought it would be quite easy to confirm the person without them having the receipt as the their name and seat number is on the receipt but he had to go back and check if it was okay. - Found it hard to sleep on the overnight flight due to uncomfortable seats. Would probably not be an issue in upper class. - No comment on entertainment as did not use it."
Pros: "The crew were informative and friendly and attentive. We fly often and the food on this flight was the best we have had in a very long time, and we weren’t even expecting any. Thank you for a great flight Virgin ,"

Shoulders were squished between other passengers and had to sit twisted the whole way and Im not a large person, but am 6ft. Cabin crew impolite and unhelpful. Food was awful and made my friend sick."
