Pros: "The cabin crew were fantastic. Food was abundant. Most boarding systems worked well. Choosing seats was confusing on website so we were allocated seating. The newer planes had a fantastic touch screen entertainment system. The seats on the newer planes were much more comfortable and roomy"
Cons: "The small seats are squishy on the older planes. The entertainment system on the older planes were dated and difficult to use. I felt sick after the flight to UK but felt fine coming home after one long flight on a newer plane."

Pros: "Good seats with great screens. Usb, headphone jack that works with regular headphones, and a regular power outlet! Tray tables upgraded overall and have a mirror behind a slide. Even the seatback pockets are better with multiple pockets including one that fits most mobile phones. The windows turn tinted blue instead of drawing shades down—what?!"

Cons: "When refreshments were being served they did so in a hurry for some reason and missed passengers including myself. We had to call for an attendant to serve the refreshments who seemed a little annoyed at that."

Cons: "JustFly billed the wrong price, then to fix that,created a new ticket with my name misspelled and failed to cancel the original ticket. We later upgrade seats via Singapore then discovered the duplicate booking and misspelling. To fix that JustFly cancelled the booking with the seat upgrade. Singapore restored our upgrade at the airport but only on one direction so we had to go through it all again."

Pros: "the first class seats from HK to SFO, IFE, service, dom perignon, red wine, excellent attention, greeted personally by four of flight team, provided flight details personally. Im 6'0" so the bed was a little short. it was simply a wonderful experience."
Cons: "the IFE is not touch screen and pausing on the hand held was fidgety, but a huge 24 inch screen and beautiful."

Cons: "This flight is on an old plane. The entertainment system was dated and the seats didn't recline properly. Food wasn't very good and they offered a very limited selection considering it is a 7-hour flight. Not worth doing Singapore Airlines business class for this leg."

Pros: "The flight attendants are professional, attentive, efficient. One suggestion, they didn't know to offer a nauseous passenger ginger ale. I let them know to give her some and she was very grateful. Also too much food! It's so much better than any other airline but very abundant and I feel bad when I only eat a small portion of the items on each tray. Otherwise great crew, plane, boarding, etc."

Cons: "The crew was chronically rude to me. They would skip me when handing out beverages to everyone. I was lied to and passed down the beaurocracy over issues with my Stopover Holiday packages. They lost my bags. In Hong kong, I was told the designated smoking area in the terminal was close and the steward encouraged me to go...I almost missed the flight even though I didn't even make it to where she directed me. It was not close, she was a liar. They lost my bags. They kept calling me sir despite my corrections and obvious female anatomy. They had no remorse or apologies for their errors"

Pros: "I love flying by singapore airlines! Firstly because its direct flight from home plus service on sq is always impeccable. Plus i can easily order a singapore sling and a campari spritz, which is so nice while watching a movie :)"
Cons: "I didnt really like the food this time and entertainment on the way back was so sad! No new movies unlike on the way there :( dont really like being woken up for meals though, would be nice if they left a note to get a meal from them once ive gotten up. Coz i was trying to sleep so i dont get jetlagged back in sg. Which i did unfortunately :( not jetlag when i arrived in rome though :)"
