After looking again, we were put on a much better route through Detroit. I did not have a seat on the second leg and was stressed that I could get bumped. I made the flight but was given a middle seat. Since I have clostrophobia I began to panic. My brother sacrificed his exit row seat for me. He had booked through Delta. I wondered if he got better treatment because of that"

I ran back to the desk and she went back, found my bag, put the knife in there. Wow. What service. Also I notice that Atlanta is a lot nicer than it use to be. Attendants are more friendly and loading is more organized. Way to go Delta."

Boarding was a fiasco with the pillars in too small of a gate. FA had too much coffee they kept main babin lights on way too long and kept loudly asking if anyone wanted extra drinks snacks....this is a redeye, people want to sleep!!"

Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!"

It took,me some time to convince my fellow passengers that the loss of the APU was not a safety-of-flight issue. Also, a humongous passenger waddled down to our row and wedged herself into the window seat just before the doors closed. She immediately wanted to raise the seat divider, claiming that it was uncomfortable. The middle seat passenger insisted that she wanted to have it down, correctly pointing out that she had paid for a whole space. Despite the seat divider, the obese person's body oozed over and below into the middle seat during the flight, cramming the middle passenger. These folks Need to buy a second seat..."

Cons: "I always have preferred American Airlines but they seem to have constant problems with the aircraft these days. This causes delays and missed connections. This in turn causes no breakfast or lunch or dinner opportunities. I travel with snacks in my bag at all times now just in case so I won’t get sick for lack of nourishment or water! This last flight I missed my connection altogether and had to take a shuttle home, then catch a ride back to the airport to pick up my luggage and then get my car to drive home. It was 4 hours past my expected time home."

One of the kiosks was down and the line to self-check was long and moved very slowly because there was only one agent behind the self-check baggage drop. She did well keeping up but there was a long line of unhappy customers due to the long wait. No snack was offered but I did get a glass of water. Not enough overhead storage for the carry-on bags because passengers get the luggage check tag but brought the carry-on onboard anyway."

The flight attendant gave me ginger ale and pretzels and let me sit in the back so i didn't have to go back and forth. The other flight attendant had aroma therapy that helped a lot but i was just too freaked out. Those two made the flight as nice as possible."

She showed up, then they made a announcement that the Oakland flight will be delayed till 8:10 takeoff. I was able to get on a flight to Stockton Airport without problem. They wouldnt tell me what was wrong, and i didnt want to chance that it was the last dlight to Oakland and went with Stockton. The flight was good, you have to pay for your water."

I didn't think much of it until I got to my new seat and realized I had paid to sit in a seat that was basically a bench that didn't recline and was right in front of the bathroom so it rattled every time someone flushed. Additional costs are for seat selection, unless you want to take a chance of getting stuck in a middle seat, carry on and checked bags and paying for bottled water and soda. Also the seats don't recline so carry ibuprofen if you fly on Alegient."

The reason I know they didn't pay??? They were MY traveling companions. I can only imagine if they did it, then many other people did it as well. So the money is no big deal when the flight is so inexpensive, but the baggage policy needs to be kept fair. I could barely fit the bag I paid for to be in the overhead storage, b/c backpacks, jackets, and purses were crowding the bin."

Cons: "The on-line section process was challenging to purchase tickets, not real user friendly had to keep going out of the site and back in again and then after payment was complete the baggage section was incorrect so it had to be fixed at baggage checkin, the baggage fees are cheaper on-line verses at the terminal but max weight was 40lbs the industry standard is 50lb. Didnt like having all the extra fees. All in all there was still a big saving as to going directly to SW Airlines"

Be prepared for hidden fees for choosing a seat, carry one bag, etc. Luckily I didn't need the ticket counter because the line was literally around the corner and out the door. they do not have any self serve kiosks at the ticket counter. Also, the plane was half empty but they didn't want us moving seats--I suppose because a lot of people had already paid an additional fee to pick their seat."

They canceled my return flight last minute, and scheduled a new one over 24 hours later. Thus causing me to have to book a hotel last minute, as well as now being AWOL, since my Leave paperwork only lasted until my return date. Had to explain to the chief why I won't be at formation. I'm saving myself the trouble and never flying united again, even if I have to spend more money. United isn't even reimbursing me for the hotel. They basically told me to go f**k myself and file a complaint. They can eat a d**k."

Pros: "Crew was friendly and efficient. Snacks - coffee and stroopwaffle were MUCH better than what is typically available without cost."
Cons: "Engine noise made safety instruction and pilots commentary incomprehensible. Plane was equipped with wifi, BUT you needed to download an app to get access - which is a catch 22. Couldn't download the app because I needed wifi access, which I couldn't get without the app!"

So I have the wheelchair pusher let someone know from the gate that I am there and will need assistance. Once again being sexually assaulted going through the metal detectors. Outside of being foreign most of the United employees seem like complete morons. Also there was that same bag in front of me. So my legroom was restricted."

Cons: "Our flights were all cancelled or delayed and they gave us nothing to apologize. We lost 2 whole days of vacation and the cost of our rooms. All of the customer service people were rude. One lady in particular was so rude I had to walk away from the desk. The movie on the plane skipped and was unwatchable. I hate this airline and would pay more to fly another one."

Cons: "The flight was delayed for almost 5 hours and then cancelled. This delayed my trip with family to Missouri and inconvenienced many people. On top of that, due to cancellation had to stay in hotel without my luggage and my pills that I have to take daily. Worst experience ever!! I need compensation for all this mess!!!!"

Cons: "On the 3 hour and 18 minute trip to NY in the coach section the seats have hard plastic armrests and a paded armrest would make your airline the cats meow. Give the coach section a little comfort please."

Cons: "The flight was over one hour late in leaving and while I appreciate that is beyond the control of the flight crew, one steward was quite rude as we were quickly trying to board as she prioritized serving the first class cabin rather than get us all on the plane. At the very least she could have used commonly acceptable language such as "please, thank you and excuse me" but rather chose to use "wait". As some of us where desperate to make a tight connection in SF, focusing on getting people on board and the plane off the ground should have been the crew focus."

Pros: "I was incredibly disappointed that my luggage got sent on an earlier flight to Memphis from Chicago. When I arrived in Memphis after 24 hours of flying, I found my luggage locked up and no representative to be found. Exhausted, frustrated, and seeing my luggage through the glass door and not being able to retreave it, I was incredibly frustrated with United. If you are going to send luggage on a different flight, be there and available to let travelers claim their luggage. My entire flight had gotten their bags from baggage claim before I even found someone available to open the door. I had to get an American Airlines representative to call them to the area twice before they arrived. If you are going to do this, offer the traveler to be on the earlier flight too. I was very disappointed, especially after my flight was delayed by 45 minutes on top of it."

Had to wait until 4:30-4:45 before checking luggage and going through TSA when flight left at 6:20. Delayed due to losing log sheet after everyone already boarded, $45 checked bag (ridiculous), no complimentary drinks have to pay $2.99, flight was FREEZING to the point where I couldn’t sleep and I didn’t sleep the night before, talked about their credit card for way too long like they were in dire need of your business, landed and had no one to bring the walkway so we could get off the plane. Very disappointed in this airline"

Cons: "The seats were extremely uncomfortable. After 30 minutes, it felt like you were sitting on ply-wood. Seats did not recline at all. No leg room. Flight attendants stayed to themselves during the flight and seem to do the absolute minimum. Luggage retrieval took forever."

Like: Welcome passengers. estimated time in flight, crusing altitude, estimated arrival time, weather at destination, starting decent, etc. Of course, as an ex-military and corporate aviation pilot, the more I know the more comfortable and connected I feel."

Cons: "Seats were very thinly padded, small and non adjustable. The price for both CARRY ON and checked luggage was the highest I have found, $45 carry on and $40 checked. The price for a drink of any kind, water, soft drink and so forth was way too high. Anything to eat was also out of line. If you are diabetic be for warned, bring your own. My flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was so bad, as far as hidden fees and customer service goes, I tried to book a on any other airline for the return trip to Nashville. This was even though I had a round trip ticket on Frontier. To my dismay all other airlines were full. I am writing this review as I wait at the gate for a departure time on my Frontier return trip, we are 2 hours late for departure with no new departure time given. There are not any Frontier employees in the gate area to give updates. This is the bottom of the barrel for airlines and I will not ever be flying Frontier Airlines again."

Cons: "Desk personnel at ORD were horrible, very abrupt, and just plain angry. Everyone has a bad day, but I'm easy to deal with and the only thing I did was step one foot over the "wait" line to the counter. I apologized after you snapped at me and continued to smile... while you continued to frown and be condescending. That alone means I don't fly your airline again. I can afford the extra for Delta and I should have stayed there. Seats were really uncomfortable and though we paid extra for the better seats, leg room was at a minimum. Again, about what I expected. All told, for 1 bag and a little more legroom, we paid an extra $115 per tick. Not really any savings over a more full-service airline."

I was charged for a seat twice due to a lay over. $70 for a seat that would go back slightly and had a decent amount of leg room. $35 to check a bag, carry on cost more. My inexpensive ticket turned out to cost me an extra $140 dollars"

Cons: "Seats were like the park bench, hard as rock. By the time we landed I had a sore back and neck. I don't think cabin was pressurized properly or there was something not right as my Airpop during landing was much more savior than I have even had and was very painful. his was first and will be last flight with them. Not worth the $30/$40 saving you make."

Pros: "Crew much friendlier than the crew we had from St. Louis to Las Vegas. Unlike our flight from St. Louis to Las Vegas e were boarding properly with Zone 1 going first. (We paid extra for Zone 1)"

Cons: "My original flight from MIA to Las Vegas was cancelled 1-1/2 hours before takeoff. There was no reason provided by the CSRs. Their instructions on rebooking the flight were severely insufficient and led to much frustration. My 9 am flight had to rebooked to 5:20 pm. I spent all day at the airport and no reason whatsoever was provided. No meal vouchers were provided either. That was a terrible experience."

Pros: "Frontier claims to be the cheapest, but they add additional fees to bring a carry on item (it ends up being cheaper to check your bag) and to select your seat when checking in."

Pros: "Getting off the plane at my destination"
Cons: "Plastic lawn furniture for seats. I'm 6'1" and my knees were literally wedged against the hard plastic back of the seat in front of me. Seat backs have no cushioning or lumbar. Seat backs are short so I couldn't rest my head. No recline, no cushion on the hard plastic armrests. Crew was mediocre at best. Nickel and diming is horrible on this airline and in the end you pay the same as most other airlines. I was absolutely miserable and will never fly Frontier again. If I could give comfort a negative rating I would. My back and neck still hurt two days later. This kind of seating cannot be encouraged by frontier or any other airline"

Pros: "The good thing about my experience traveling with Frontier was safety, I don't care about hours waiting to depart as long as technicians staff gives the great light to get on board. Last and not forgotten is a non stop flight so to me al the compliance end up within 4 to 5 hours .The flight crew was very kind with the passengers."

Had this experience by been delayed for 4 hours because technical problems and didn't have the nerve to apply a discount or refund on the trip . Cons: "The line to check in was so long but then someone from Frontier came and got all the customers who checked in on line already. That made a big difference."

Pros: "$45 to carry on a bag and put in the overhead bin. Ticket was cheap but after paying $45 EACH WAY I spent more than buying a ticket on another airline that lets you carry on a bag for free. They even charge for soda. Ripoff. Will never fly this airline again. Buyer Beware. There is no way to know about the hidden fees before buying your ticket unless you want to spend an hour or more combing through the multiple pages of fine print."
