When my conference wrapped earlier than expected I went to the airport to see if I could get on an earlier flight as when looking on your app there were options at 2:29 p.m. and 4:45 p.m. and both still accepting bookings. When I got to the airport around 1 p.m., the woman at check in informed me that a flight time change would cost me $75. I was surprised as the one-way flight I had looked up before was only $48 so it would have been cheaper for me to just purchase a new flight! Also another woman at the conference said she was able to change flights easily. I don't understand why if there is room on a flight and I am going to the same destination, same airline, why the change fee is so outrageous. This is a simple way that Jetblue could have improved my customer experience. Instead I waited in the airport all day. :("

Communication was excellent regarding flight status, fullness of flights, upgrade options, etc."

The bathroom too is so small that you cannot move in it. It’s so uncomfortable. The new boarding process is just dumb. And to make matters worse they don’t even bother to check the boarding groups when you board. I had a person in a later boarding group in front of me and they let her on anyway — so what’s the point of having boarding groups. They should just go back to boarding from the rear of the plane first - that is the most efficient and quick way to do it. The so called entertainment is a joke. There is a very small choice of movies/TV shows to watch and that’s it. The free wi-fi gets you nowhere."

There is no variety, I had no idea what I was getting and the offerings they did have felt very restricted. Leg room was atrocious. Especially because we had no overhead room to store our backpacks which meant we had to place it under the chair in front of us. I am relatively tall so I wanted to stretch out my feet under the chair in front of me but they had to straddle my fat backpack and the gentleman who sat in front of me was very large and he kept kicking and hitting my feet underneath his chair."

Also those seats do not fully recline and if they are going to charge more for other seats in the plane, then they should be charging less for those seats which offer less space and on the aisles, unintended bumping by fellow passengers walking through tight aisles."

The price for a drink of any kind, water, soft drink and so forth was way too high. Anything to eat was also out of line. If you are diabetic be for warned, bring your own. My flight from Nashville to Las Vegas was so bad, as far as hidden fees and customer service goes, I tried to book a on any other airline for the return trip to Nashville. This was even though I had a round trip ticket on Frontier. To my dismay all other airlines were full. I am writing this review as I wait at the gate for a departure time on my Frontier return trip, we are 2 hours late for departure with no new departure time given. There are not any Frontier employees in the gate area to give updates. This is the bottom of the barrel for airlines and I will not ever be flying Frontier Airlines again."

Cons: "Airplane is new but chairs are made of plastic and very thin, they don't recline and you have very small space -- very uncomfortable. I flew from Miami to Vegas (5 hours) The plane flew at low altitude the entire way and went right through all storms just to save fuel/money. People were afraid for their lives because the plane was shaking so bad. I travel 1-2 weeks out of each month by plane for work and I am not afraid, I knew it was fine, but others had no idea and were very afraid. I know it is a cheap airline, but the real problem I had with them was they are not honest. Their website says that if you chose your seat online you have to pay, but if you do at check in it is free and they will try to keep your party together as long as there's seats available. Upon arriving at the counter they wanted to charge me to keep me and my fiancée together, otherwise she was at the front of the plane and I was all the way at the back. The plane had extra seats and we got there early to get assigned seats together but even the manager would not help me even after showing their website. He said the computer will make them charge me and there was no way around it. There's always a way around it. At the end of the day, paying for seats, all bags you check in or carry on, foods/drinks in the plane, I paid just as much as flying with a good airline such as Delta. I will never fly with them again, that is for sure."

Cons: "They left some poor lady at her gate for over 40 minutes. They are more concerned about charging fees to passengers. This employee of frontier went down a list of fees to clear me. I felt like this is the worst airline I have ever been on. I told them I would never fly their airline again and they did not care. I would love to see how long they last."

Knowing this would take more time, I arrived 30 minutes earlier to discuss the matter. It wasn't an easy fix. As a result, I arrived at McCarren Airport to check my bag at 10:55 p.m. for an 11:30 p.m. flight. I was told I was to late and would have to take the next flight to Detroit, which wasn't until 8:15 a.m. I pleaded and offered to take my luggage to the plane and carry it to the baggage workers, but it was to no avail. I was booked for the 8:15 a.m. flight to Detroit. I was very disappointed to be informed that it would cost me $99.00 to make the change."

The transaction didn't post on my credit card, so I assumed it did not go through. I bought another ticket. Five days later they put both tickets through. that's it I am done with this cluster F$%K airline."

At the airport the gate staff did not give updates for the airline departure. Once aboard the aircraft, the flight crew were loudly carrying on for the entire flight giving little regard for those around them especially since one flight was a redeye flight. I will not be flying this airline again."

Then an additional 20 or so minutes delay after all had been seated for two passengers, one of whom could barely walk straight. These two kept the entire plane waiting only to get off before take off. REALLY?? What a cluster. Will not be flying Spirit again."
