We get what we demand - whether we really want it or not."

So one woman was left to handle the massive line all by herself. I stood in line over two hours. I believe if someone is willing to help out that would have been the best solution."

I assumed I'll be missing it so I called Lufthansa to make changes. Their attempts to help took too much time, they did not look tat the trip from origination to provide best alternatives until I arrived to airport in Las Vegas to find out that again they had to change the booking and issue a new ticket. This took more than two hours. Had I not was preemptive I would have been stuck in Frankfort for an extra day."

Cons: "My flight from Las Vegas to San Fran was scheduled for 0756. Everyone boarded the aircraft the we were pushed on to the tarmac and sat for 1 hr. Normally this wouldn't be a huge issue, but I had a connecting international flight which I missed boarding for. Consequently, I had to spend the night in San Fran which was not compensated by the airline, and I was forced to miss a business rendezvous I had arranged."

When I informed him of this, and let him know I was getting off the plane to have my bag stowed he was very rude. When I returned back to my seat he made a snide comment to me ask well. The other 3 flights were great, flight attendants were great and no concerns or complaints."

Now her connecting flight from San Francisco to Anchorage has been delays to just shy of an hour. I wake up at 4am and thus is a HUGE burden on me as I'm a Dept Director at a Hospital and I need to be on my game at all times while at work."
