Cons: I didn’t appreciate having to pay extra when we were never notified of the weight limit. On our first flight we were technically over the weight limit but were not charged and then were on our flight home and it wasn’t any higher in weight and we were charged. Then when we got to our destination our luggage had been broken and the zipper no longer closes. This was the first and last time I will be flying with Spirit Airlines

Pros: The flight attendants were friendly

Cons: 2 hours delay and not provided any explanation and very few updates during the wait. No offer of compensation, even the full charge for luggage was still requested. The lengthy solicitation of the credit card was tacky.

Pros: Very quick flight

Cons: The brand Spirit it is a budget airline. I bit different from Alaska and American which are the airlines that I use in the past.

Cons: Prices No complimentary food

Pros: I love Alaska airlines. Seattle was experiencing a windstorm and Alaska did it's best to accommodate those that were bumped from the cancelled flights. Even through high winds we landed safely and the crew gave excellent service. Alaska also has free streaming tv shows if you have a tablet or cell phone and download their app. The pilots communicate wit you through out the trip and get you to your destination early if not on time quite often.

Pros: The assistance I received was excellent thank you

Cons: Two other passengers and myself had what we were told by the flight crew were veg protein plate meals. Imagine our surprise when there was meat on them.

Cons: I am 6' 1" tall and weigh 220, so not out of the ordinary and I felt like I was stuffed into a sardine can.

Cons: Too much delay - departure was planned on March 15 @ 7 pm and take off happened on March 16 @ 12pm - a complete failure!!!!

Cons: The flight was canceled, so taking off would have been an improvement.

Cons: Plane was delayed due to a mechanical, then again because the cleaning crew didn’t do a good enough job the first time, then a seat mechanical, and then the truck used to back out onto the tarmac broke down

Cons: The crew was average but talked with each other when all I wanted to do was sleep.

Cons: The flight was delayed for 2 hours I didn’t receive a call, text, or email regarding this flight change. Once we was able to board the seats was all over the place. I asked the guy for a cup of coffee due to the flight temperature was sooo cold he told me two dollars and I told him the situation with my card with the fraud protection 30-45 mins later he dumped the pot of coffee out instead of saying you know what since I have to dump it out here’s a cup of coffee complimentary.

Pros: The plane had wings and a tail and the engines did turn. That's about it.

Cons: The plane was delayed for hours. We were originally scheduled to land in Seattle at 12:59 am but didn't get to our destination until 2:30 am. They did give us a voucher for 50 dollars if we fly them again. Not likely at this time. The pre paid baggage fees for the first bag was 39 dollars and this is cheaper than buying it at the ticket counter which the price goes up to over 50 dollars. They are a low fair airline if you don't have luggage, want peanuts or a cookie, a drink or care if you get to your destination on time. The return trip was this one. The original flight took us 6 hours to go from Seattle to Vegas. That was a real bad flight.

Cons: Kayak doesn't make it clear while booking that this airline doesn't include a carry on bag , snacks, seat assignments, or beverages in the ticket price. My flight was 3 hours late due to a series of mistakes on their part. They don't even offer water for free. And we had to listen to a long and loud commercial for their credit card. I'm never flying with them again.

Cons: We arrived late in Dallas, due to weather. Our flight to LA had already locked the door, the lady working the desk when we got there, said we had missed the flight and walked off. Two more ladies came to the counter, but would not help us, finally a fourth lady came and helped us.

Cons: PHX airport baggage claim was a mess. I had to wait 40 min to pick up the luggages.

Pros: Elizabeth made the flight completely enjoyable and was extermely friendly, funny, professional and just a pleasure to be around and because of her and the other members will share this story as well as happily fly spirit airlines again anytime. Thank you for employing her and please hire more like her! Also the attendants at the gate were accommodating with my bag issue and I appreciated it very much

Cons: Flight was delayed an hour and a half. Stewardess looked hung over was drinking a beverage while walking the aisle. Not friendly at all.

Cons: They kept changing their minds on whether my son had to check his skateboard. Finally decided yes, charged us for another bag when if they had told us earlier, we could have added it. Then the board arrived at baggage claim long after all other bags. The skateboard had been ridden, was soaking wet and bearings are ruined.

Cons: The surprise ad ons ...that resulted in spending more money ...the fact that my credit card works online (spirit airlines official site) but not at the actual spirit airlines at both airports (Las Vegas/Seattle) ...ridiculous ...the worst travel experience in my life!!! ...will never fly spirit again ...along with such will definitely pass my experience to others who are interested in flying Spirit!!! ...No exaggeration ...it's The Truth ...and I'm sure it's no Surprise to a scam business!!!

Pros: Outlets on the seatback in front of me to charge things. Free WiFi from TMobile. Flight attendants and crew all VERY EXCELLENT. TSA was actually friendly in Las Vegas (I realize this is not Alaska's control). Skills of the pilots was exceptional (very windy leaving LV and the flight was great). We left very late due to a problem with the flaps warning light (??). Would rather have left late after thoroughly checking it out than take a chance - good for you, Alaska! Pilot took advantage of a tailwind and we got to SeaTac in 1 hr 50 min (I think this is pretty spectacular). Enough room in overhead bins. Great job. Pilots and stews all smiled at me and said thanks and said goodbye when I left the plane (this is more important than you would think - first and last impressions are lasting). Boeing 737s rock. The little extensions on the wings rock too.

Cons: Typical airline stuff. Small seats. Bad elbow room in middle seat. I'm an "Emperor's new clothes" kind of guy. I won't ignore these things and pretend it's all okay, just because we all do. You probably can't do anything, cost-wise, about this. Fair enough. But my main complaint is that I had a ticket for a much later flight (leaving 6:30). I knew I was done with my business the previous day and tried to change my flight online and by phone the previous day. Changing flights by either of these channels would have cost me a minimum of an extra $238. Not worth it to me since the round trip was only $180, so I stayed. But going to the airport early and getting past TSA and going to the actual gate allowed an Alaska rep to change my flight there at the airport for $25 (This was actually a tip from my wife). In the year 2017, with the internet and cell phones, this situation is ridiculous! Why should I have not been able to do this from my hotel the day before and leave even earlier? As a company, you recognize the good will that having your crew and stews smile at people and say goodbye builds with your customers. Why would you allow this situation to continue? When traveling by air, convenience is everything. Get the information systems in place that allow you to accommodate this kind of change from either the website or the phone. If you need help with it, call me. I teach IT at the UW in Tacoma and I can put some of my seniors on the problem (whatever it is) and come up with a solution. Pros: 6 peanuts & a small glass of juice! Seat won't recline! Overall experience ok! Small plane got us there & back!

Pros: Boarded on time.

Cons: After boarding the door was closed and the jet way was moved back. 5 minutes later they said they were going to bring the jet way back and open door to let more people on board. They broke 2 FAA regulations by doing this and we were delayed an hour because Deltas computer would not allow this.

Cons: 2 hour delay because pilot missed connecting flight...also Stewart literally bumped me 6 times going back and forth without apologizing out trying to stop hitting me. Took a lot for me not to say anything as I know this is tight corridors, but I was unable to sleep on my flight due to the Stewart

Cons: The fact that United forces basic economy customers to check carry-on luggage is nothing but a cash grab. Some of the overhead compartments were completely empty yet they force you to pay ?30/ bag. They also gouge you an extra $25 per bag if you bring your carry on to the gate.

Cons: The plane was disgusting hot. The gentlemen sitting behind me asked a flight attendant if the temperature could be turned down and nothing was ever done about it. I've flown about 100 times in my life and I can honestly say that was the hottest / most uncomfortable flight I have ever been on.

Cons: Flight was delayed, missed the connecting flight. Horrible communication to all staff between cities. When we got to the layover city, there was no staff on site to tell or update us on any available flight. It was past midnight, so I guess all staff went home.

Cons: Was refused to use the 1st clas restrooms but 10 minutes layer the flight attendant allowed an older gentleman and a lady to use them. I was in 10A with my service dog

Cons: Didn't stick to zones when boarding customers. Gate agent basically let anyone board during pre boarding and priority boarding, why even offer it if you aren't going to make people adhere to the rules.

Cons: There was a very strong smell of urine in the back of the plane. Unfortunately, I was in the last row (38F). They (IAH) should offer TSA precheck after customs in the "connecting flights" area.

Cons: Plane delayed to gate from hangar for mechanical. Flight never took off b/c the mechanical issues couldn’t be resolved; no other planes available. My trip postponed a full day, causing me to lose $500. Really poor to arrive at an airport before 6am and not fly for another 24hrs.
