Cons: "Seats are too tight. Board from the outsides in, not front to back. Windows seats in the back go first (after first class, ADA, etc), and fill the cheap seats back to front. As it is, literally everyone with an aisle seat ends up on first and overheads fill before people have a chance to know, requiring a lot of against-the-flow foot traffic and delays pushing away from gate."

Cons: "The airline "randomly" selected me for extra security. Even though I have TSA pre-check I was jostled around, sent to multiple security lines without any reasoning and the local Chicago TSA and airport staff didn't seem to know what to do. Once it was figured out I was subjected to what was essentially a cavity search. Again I HAVE TSA-pre-check but apparently that means nothing if an airline flags you. It was an extremely upsetting experience but you were in a situation of either agree to the invasive search or get stranded over 1000 miles from home. I will NEVER fly Iberia again after a cancelled flight and being stranded in the wrong country on the way to my vacation and the horrible security experience on the way back. I seriously may never go to Chicago either after seeing the complete lack of organization and traumatizing personal invasion. I fly a lot for work and have never had such a horrible experience. I would really like to know how many terrorists are caught with these invasive searches and would love to know the justification for sticking your hands inside someone's pants and grabbing their privates after they have already gone through a metal detector AND the body scanner. Especially for someone who has already passed a federal background check to obtain pre-check status. Absolutely ridiculous."

Cons: "My connecting flight was delayed by 4 hours due tknsmong in India. I called United ahead of time to tell them I was not able to make my flight and if there was anyway I could get a new ticket. The representative was confident that 40 minutes between my flights at Delhi was enough time to make it despite me reminding her about the time it took to get off the plane, pick up my luggage, get through immigrations and travel to my terminal. She was very wrong. She insisted I call them when I land and that I go to the ticket booth. Little did she know that once I miss my flight my ticket is no longer valid and I was no longer able to enter the airport in India. Once I reached the entrance I was directed to a Untied booth all the way at the end of the terminal and was told to buy a new ticket. There was no United representative at this booth. I waited 3 hours and even called the number posted at the booth. No one picked up and no one came. I had wasted several hours. I ultimately decided to buy a ticket online spending another thousand dollars to get back home when I was told that I would be given a new ticket at the booth by United. But I had to wait another 24 hours outside the airport because I was not allowed in so early prior to my flight. Very unprofessional and unhelpful when I needed it the most."

Crew did not have the technical chops to even reset the system or try to. To add to the misery, we were seated in the last row where seats won't recline. If after flying 200k miles on United, I get this, I don't know what's worse! Very poor experience on United. Will just donate my miles."

Cons: "United and SAS are really separate and hard to manage reservation. Seats changed from what I purchased and it was uncomfortable. I don't think I will do a mixed airline flight again even though they quote them as a Star Aliance. Also, flying through Chicago ORD is not great. The international terminal is completely separate so you have to take a train, pour out water, enter security (and they don't have a TSA Pre). All around uggh."

Cons: "Due to my initial delayed flight I got to O'Hare during a drastically busy time. Due to the amount of people, noise, and dishevelment my PTSD became aggravated and I found myself having an attack. I chose the initial early flight to ensure this would not happen. I am aware of what causes my PTSD to become aggravated and I take that into consideration when I make all plans."
Cons: "When I boarded the plane, I noticed crumbs and grease marks on my seat and crackers all over the floor at my feet. Rather than clean my area, the stewardess handed me wet wipes."
Cons: "Left laptop on plane (was rushing to connecting flight because inbound plane was so late), and even though I realized it as soon as I exited the jetway, gate agents refused to let me back on plane or have staff help retrieve the laptop. It was found 4 days later in Albany, where they made me pay the FedEx charge to ship it to me. Still haven't received it 4 days after I paid for overnight shipping - 8 days In total so far with no results."
Pros: "Crew was smiling very polite even though it was a crowded flight to FLL and back to EWR."
Cons: "There were not one but two dogs on the flight which I had an allergic reaction to. Thank goodness I travel with extra allergy medication in my purse. The owner of the dog in front of me keep insisting the dog was hypoallergenic. What matters is my reaction or the person who is allergic reaction to the dog's dander even if they claim it's a hypoallergenic dog. Once I had a severe reaction on a United flight and the cat was no where near me, but the air is circulating so I has to take benadryl. There should be some consideration for people who have health concerns without making the customer feel like we are a problem."
