Sadly I couldn't get the food I requested as it was out. Also, if you don't want to be woken up make sure the crew knows it. My wife was woken on every service.
Three meals on a single flight is disgusting. Even if I reject them all, sleeping is impossible and all that food (especially wasted food) is just antithetical to a pleasant flight experience. People were chucking multiple abandoned trays on the floor in front of my seat.
Similar to Hyd->Dubai this too was worst airlines. Bad seats, bad seating arrangement which created lot of confusion since family member were not given seat together. However most of them changed the seat and got with the family. Cheap tactics by Emirates.

Every single flight that we got on was delayed by several hours or more. I honestly didn’t think we would get out of Atlanta because our flight was supposed to leave at 7:59 and it kept getting kicked back further and further. Delta stands for Don’t Ever Leave The Airport!

Original flight was cancelled and when i was rebooked by the airline, they couldn't seat me in the same type of seat as I had originally booked (went from window/aisle to middle/middle and one was a bulkhead seat, and other wasn't in the same class)

I fly Delta all the time, have Platinum Medallion status. But this route seems to have major problems with delays and seems to never leave on time! Have only taken it twice in the last two weeks, and each time it had delays of more than 1 hour... very disappointed!!!!

Seat space was tight and uncomfortable. There was hardly any cushioning giving me a terrible tail bone ache. Getting and out was extremely cramped. We paid for seat choices and felt totally ripped off. Food was mediocre. By the time the servers served 2 or 3 rows they ran out of this or that option as we saw on the inbound trip also. This is infuriating. Entertainment choices were extremely limited for such a long haul. The screen froze on occasion and did not switch off when the on off button was pressed. When it did it came back on its own in 5 seconds. The airlines has gone downhill since last year.

We booked a business class ticket via Underpricer. Somehow they screwed up our ticket from Abu Dhabi to Ahmedabad. We will be hesitant to book again with them.
Etihad charged me for 2 check in bags. On Kayak search results price was showing 2 check in bags were included. Kayak need to reimburse me for these additional charges and metal agony and distress. Thanks.

Besides having a LONG layover in Philadelphia to begin with, our flight was delayed and left late. We spent 7 hours in the Philadelphia airport after being in the air 7 hours from Portugal to Philly. It turned into a 24 hour day of travel which was exhausting. I know you can't help weather but our layover was difficult as my husband is handicapped. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful with his wheelchair tho!!

We were in business class and I had seat # 1. This was a night flight and after dinner was served, lights were dimmed and I went to sleep. The crew were loud and noisy so I didn’t get much sleep. I expect the crew to enjoy themselves but would Appreciate some decency in staying quiet while the passengers sleep
Have travelled business class with other airlines who profess to be the best in the world. They can however not beat the service and comfort that BA provide.

Flight crew was lovely. Bathrooms should have been cleaner. The handsets in business class for watching the entertainment are horrible. Very difficult to figure out which buttons are for what. I managed to get the flight maps on my screen but it wasn't easy. Never got anything else up.
Inflight Services are poor compared to other airlines. They do not offer even water during 15 hr flight. Food is little in portion and I had food poisoning after last meal ( rajma chawal)

Our seat monitor did not Not work either way going to Vietnam. I had a bulkhead seat with plenty of room, but with No monitor, it was a long flight with no movies. Fun was good, staff was Excellent.
I will never ever book air india in the future. I was with my family and at delhi airport I had to go through too with horrible experience. My 12 years daughter saud that she will never come bqck to india the way people treated us. There was no line for bags drop off since we checked online and print tag at their Kiosk as per email instruction. People working at the counter were so careless and rude. They were keep talking to each other than taking care the customers. I will not recommend anyone to fly via air india. I had horrible experience. Especially, the staff at checking counters was very very rude and careless. I have feeling if air india won't change the way they doing their operations they will out of business in a few years. Air hostes were not happy . I did not see a smile on anyone in the plane. I called twice for the assistance and no one showed up. I hope you will sene this to the Hire authority. Food quality deteriorated after Tata aquired the airline. No alcoholic drinks till last meal on a long haul 15 hour flight. Entertaiment systems needs a complete overhaul.
