No apologies, no explanations. Flight crew stood at front of plane chatting and laughing, nobody checked on how we were doing, feeling, stressing...more than an hour stuck on plane, late. A simple apology would have gone a long way. Seems to be part of jet blue philosophy to not do so. Ironically, return flight delayed 50 minutes, after boarding, for a cosmetic issue if a seat that was empty"

They apparently have an odd policing if you haven't checked in at the airport 2 hours ahead of your flight, you don't get to fly. No one alerted us to this policy and spirit even double down on the claim the my didn't have our contact information to alert us while I was actively receiving texts from them. Did nothing to try and help us. Pay more elsewhere. It will save you in he long run."

Tie that all together with an angry, impatient, and unprofessional staff, and you result in a customer who will never be flying spirit airlines again."

When it didn't arrive in Oakland, they couldn't tell me if they had left it in Boston or in Las Vegas, and it was only through how long it took the bag to arrive that I figured it out. They were responsive at the ticket counter, and gave me the number of the baggage office to call to figure out where my bag was. The baggage office, however, never answered their phone nor did they return my first 2 messages. When I called the main customer service line, they could tell me nothing beyond the phone number for the Oakland baggage office, which I already had, and was not returning my phone calls. Eventually, my bag was delivered to my house, but it took about 48 hours from when I landed for me to get my bag back."

It is the worst experience I ever have had on an Air Line In my life time I have traveled over a million miles"

Cons: "All the extra costs for every little thing. Uncomfortable seats"

Cons: "this could not have been more terrible in any way, awful food crew service. flight delayed 4 hours and then we say on the plane at the gate for an additional 2 hours before take off. no explanation was given for the delay at any time. baggage fees we not advertised anywhere at any point prior to arriving at the airport. had i know about the bag fees flying literally any other airline would have been cheaper than this bogus "discount" airline."

Pros: "I enjoyed landing in Las Vegas that's about it."
Cons: "There was a lack of comfort, lack of space, and lack of entertainment. The only thing that I didn't charged for was breathing and I appreciate that."

Pros: "I like how quickly the plane emptied out from the incoming flight so we could board faster."
Cons: "Didn't like the hidden fees, didn't like the cramped seats that fail to recline at all. Didn't like the surprise cancellation three hrs before my flight and having to scramble to make arrangements, tho I will give Spirit credit for putting me in a decent hotel. I will still use this airline for trips to Costa Rica but will fly blue for all domestic flights."

Cons: "Surprise bag fees higher than advertised online. The whole process is obviously designed to price gouge. The flight ran out of all whiskey and scotch less than two hours in."

Pros: "Literally the only good thing about my experience was that the flight attendants were excellent."
Cons: "They trick you into thinking the fare is cheap, but they nickle and dime you. One 50lb bag and one carry on and a purse cost me $137 to check. Yes, that's right, they charge your for a CARRY ON and their bag weight limit is 40lbs! If your flight gets delayed and you miss a connection it will likely be days later (4 days in my experience ) before they can fly you home and they will fight you on any sort of refund or compensation."

Cons: "THEY SUCK"

Pros: "Nothing!"
Cons: "They charged $50.00 for one small bag to check in and they lost it. All my belonging is in that bag for this trip. What am I going to do now?"

Cons: "Left 1 hour late Very noisy"
