Cons: Scheduled to fly Cortez, CO to Phoenix at 10am xmas morning. Delayed until 11:40. At 11 it was delayed another hour. At 12 it was delayed another hour. At 1 it was delayed another hour. At 2:30 it was cancelled. Ridiculous lack of communication. We assumed it was weather, but eventually they told us it was mechanical. We had to drive 7 hours to get to our vacation, mostly at night, partially in a snowstorm with icy roads, and of course the 8 hours home later in the week. If we had known they would cancel in the morning it would have been much less stressful for all. Or better yet - have some airplanes on hand in case of mechanical failure!!

Pros: The flight was smooth and comfortable. It was nice not having to deal with the major airports.

Pros: Had to take a Friday flight to Phoenix to drive back a car to Abq. Waited too long to get a ticket, by mid week the big guys were getting up there in price. I heard about BA before so when I noticed their price coming in the lowest in a KAYAK search I had no hesitation going for it! The whole experience was great. The big airlines are taking all the fun out of flying, long lines thru security, you get on the plane thru a tunnel so you don't even get to see the airplane. With BA checking in is 20 mins before flight, no long lines thru security. You just walk to their terminal, check in and walk out to your plane! The plane is comfortable, the pilots are very friendly. I'll definetely fly BA again!

Cons: Everything . Customer service was absolutely horrible, and rude. They tried to scam us . I absolutely never fly frontier and will advise family friends and accuaintainces to not do business with them as well .. advice to kayak, don't do business with frontier

Cons: Everything. I paid for seats 7 months ago and they didn’t honor them. We sat seperate in the middle when we paid for aisle and together. No food, poor service, overbooked and almost didn’t allow us tickets at all. We were a connection from another airline. They damaged brand new luggage.

Pros: Flight was on time. Crew was jovial and very pleasant. Smiles all around. Flight attendant at the very beginning said, "Welcome to flight --- to Bahamas. . . just kidding." It made people chuckle.

Cons: They forgot to change a tire apparently overnight? Boarded the whole plain and maintenance shows up with 10 mins until take off time and has the whole plane deplaned so they could change a tire at 530am. Ridiculous.

Cons: I have never been treated as poorly as I was by the old biddy that physically took the guitar out of my hands as I was trying to board the plane today. I travel as a professional musician at least once a week and I’ve never been threatened with arrest for having an instrument on my person.

Pros: I didn't like anything about this flight except the gate agent was trying to be friendly. Everything else was horrible. We were 7 hors late leaving, and I wasn't given enough of a food voucher to even buy a salad at a fast food restaurant.

Cons: A few more dollars for a meal voucher since we were 7 hours delayed.

Cons: No restaurants or food available at the terminal. Seats incredibly uncomfortable and cramped. Surly crew. No inflight amenities. Frontier nickles and dimes you to death- better to pay more to fly with a decent airline with good customer service (ultimately it will cost less).

Cons: First, it was a big ordeal to get seats together, traveling with 3 children. Seats did not recline. No movie screen, entertainment. Weren’t allowed a carryon, only under seat. Will not fly united again.

Cons: I was told that 30 minutes is plenty of time to make a connection at DCA. However in order to make a connection there you need to take a bus across the tarmac. The bus sat on the tarmac loading up with way too many people for 10+ min… Almost missed our connection

Pros: I loved the plane its self, small & comfy. The crew was helpful & polite. Smooth Takeoff & landing. Plane departed on time for our initial takeoff.

Cons: Bathroom could use more then a bucket to squat over, though it was a short flight i cant imagine a longer one with a full flight. Would have loved a drink on the flight preferably achoholic. beverage / snack options were sub par. Other then those minor details it was great!

Pros: It was an amazing flight. Everyone at Boutique Air was professional, welcoming and friendly. The plane was exceptionally comfortable and the view was incredible.

Pros: Going my flight was delayed almost 4 hours and my connecting flight was canceled. Had to stay over night in the airport. I was able to book another flight and make it to my destination. But had to wait for the next flight to bring my baggage.

Cons: Coming back my flight was good . I have no complaints.

Cons: AA provided me NO assistance when my flight was cancelled and I had to make arrangements on my own, which caused me to incur in extra expending.
