Cons: "Crew was rude, not just to me, but to other patrons. Flight was packed going and the man scanning boarding passes spoke to those of us asking simple questions as if we were stupid and defiant. Was he a prison guard in his previous job? On the way to Newark, I had an aisle seat. One of the stewardesses blazed by me with a cart ramming it into my shoulder without so much as a, "sorry." I'm not a big woman but maybe as I dozed off I leaned over a bit...There is no way she didn't feel her cart hit me. Rudeness, it seems is a part of the culture at United because the flight attendants coming back squeezed past the long line for the bathroom without saying, "excuse me." They did however, say, "I need to get by," and one of them brushed by the gentlemen sitting next to me and bumped his laptop and coffee. Overall it seems that the crew working these particular United flights have forgotten that we pay hard earned money to fly. Some of us are going on vacation, to see loved ones, and some are flying to deal with unpleasant circumstances. The staff may fly several times a day, but most passengers do not. There's a lot of prep and anxiety, that goes into taking a flight and a surly flight crew multiplies that anxiety. No one wants to fly with a crew that hates their job."

At gate warned flight overbookedso we were all stressed we may not even get seat though mine was booked months in advance. I was in zone 4 and they only allowed zones 1-3 to stow carry on items that we had to already lug around the airport for hours. I was forced to check my regulation sized bag in the passageway to the plane as well as everyone else in my zone. Economy seat especially tiny and cramped. Unpleasant flight attendents."

Another thing that bothered me was the fact that I had to pay $25 for my suitcase! Really United! Am I not allowed one piece of luggage? I don't like carry my bags around with me so now I have to pay to check it! Shouldn't that be the other way around! Charge for carry on luggage, it's such a hassle and also slows down boarding time, cases congestion in the hallway with everyone reaching for their luggage in the overhead bins! I can keep going, but what good is it gonna do. United airlines suck!"

I then proceeded to get in my car and drive three hours to catch a connecting flight to Phoenix through traffic etc etc....only to arrive in Phoenix 6 hours later than expected. All of my evening business meetings, lost. Thanks United, you always seem to find a new way to screw it up."

Cons: "The flight had been delayed 4 1/2 hours. This was because they were waiting for another plane to arrive due to mechanical problems. The plane seating is cramped and no leg room. Nothing special about your flight attendant.."

Cons: "The bag charges were over the top. BUT that wasn't the worst. I landed in Phx a little before midnight and walked to retrieve my checked bags. It took almost 2 hours before the bags came out of the carousel. There were no Frontier employees to help. Sky Harbor employees recommended we call the Frontier line and several passengers did. It wasn't just our flight either, the Frontier flight that landed an hour before us was still waiting and didn't get their bags until 90 minutes post landing. This was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The high bag fees only added insult to injury."

Pros: "Crew was pleasant. Boarding was quick."
Cons: "Plane was delayed half hour. Could have been cleaned better. Forward bathroom smelled like urine. Don't like the request for tip when purchasing food or beverage. We are already charged for EVERYTHING!"

Cons: "The whole experience and on top of it they lost my bag. I didn't get my bag in Phoenix they said it stayed in Denver. 6 other passengers experienced the same baggage problem. It was a horrible flight."

Cons: "I forgot that you get charged for every little thing. Flight ended up costing more than a standard ticket on a real airline."

Cons: "Biggest regret buying this "discounted" ticket. Not a real discount. Found out there were a bunch of hidden fees when I was checking in. They charge $60 for the checked bag EACH WAY and was super shocked they charge for a CARRYON!! Unbelievable. None of the regular seats recline whatsoever unless you pay more hidden fees just to have your seat not be straight up the entire time, and there is no front table to put a computer. To save another dime, they installed some super cheap 6 inch x 3 inch mini ledges that they call tables. I'll NEVER fly with Frontier again. They also refused to let me check in early so I had to sit and wait for hours since they refused to give me a boarding pass until I came all the way back to ticketing exactly and only exactly at 2 hours before boarding. Worst flight. A total shame since the crew was incredibly nice."

Cons: "The bag fees are ridiculously high, seats are super small and I'm only 5'2". Crew was pulling people on and off the flight when leaving Phoenix. Early check in online is not mobile friendly. With bag fees and seat upgrade I spent an additional $87....never again."

Cons: "Flight leaving Milwaukee was delayed due to technical problems. Got on the plane an hour late, sat on the plane for over an hour, had to get off the plane and wait in the terminal for 2 hours therefore missed my connecting flight and have not arrived at my final destination. There was nothing offered for the trouble or inconenience (snacks, drinks, etc.). I had to miss an important meeting and never want to fly Frontier again."

Cons: "Almost everything. Was charged for everything which made the price of a seemingly inexpensive ticket, about the same as most other airlines. Terribly uncomfortable seats."

Cons: "With the average height of me and my partner traveling being 6'4", we didn't enjoy being in coach for this long flight in uncomfortable seats and very little legroom. But you get what you pay for, so now we know! Paying for a carry-on is pretty ridiculous as well."

Cons: "They charged to pick seating, for carry-ons, and for beverages on the flight. The money I "saved" compared to other airlines, I ended up probably spending more due to the additional charges."

Pros: "This is a good option if the price differential va other airlines is significant enough. However you must consider all the add on costs in that value calculation. Charges to reserve seat and check in on line, charge for carry on, charge for all drinks etc"

Cons: "6 hour 15 minute delay due to a mechanical problem. I learned that the problem was a broken seatbelt. I later learned that this plane was in the hanger in Chicago since the previous night. I received a $100 voucher for the inconvenience. I have to use the voucher in 90 days. Since I am not a frequent flyer this is no use to me,it should be extended to one year."

Cons: "A four hour delay with no explanation. Giving up my seat so a family could sit together, only to be told I might have to get off the flight because they were over sold. Complete lack of professionalism."
