Gate agent mumbled announcements regarding boarding. This task should be assigned to someone with clear diction. Really hard to understand. We flew first class, and there was not anything first-class about it except the seats. Cheap snacks offered, nothing resembling food, and one pass-through for drink requests on an almost 2 hour flight. Flight attendants seemed tired in this early afternoon. First-class service has really gone downhill with Delta. Hardly worth the extra expense anymore.

Yes we were in First Class and it was a (groan) 6:05 AM flight which meant that we were probably on time. But Delta’s 737-900 (to Atlanta) was very comfortable, the crew did everything well and the breakfast was quite good. (Make sure you try the quiche). We had the same crew on the next leg to Miam, who were surprised and gave us a warm welcome. There were only snacks in 1st for that short segment, but they were all we wanted."

Everyone was working diligently but this happens every time we fly United out of Newark. Traveling with 2 small children it is incredibly frustrating to have to go through the full security line, take off our shoes, and take all of our electronics out of our bags."

She then said these are it and I said so my bag has been lost? Without any empathy AT ALL she again, rudely and now most definitely annoyed said Do you have your bag tag? I said yes and she proceeded to walk away to a corner office. I assumed I was to follow. She took my tag, no communication at all from her, I said what are you doing and she replied I have to file a claim. She then proceeded to tell me that Newark Airport was horrible and never travel through there if I know what's good for me. This was extremely unprofessional. I was simply wanting some guidance from her on what to expect etc. I had to ask her what my next steps were. She handed me a flyer and said if I had any questions to call baggage information listed on the pamphlet. I left. The next day at about 1 p.m. I called the number and the update said my bag had left the airport and was out for delivery. Keep in mind that I had to work the next day after the airline losing my bag and had to purchase shower items etc due to them being in my lost bag. Portland jetport and my home address is less than 40 minutes apart, yet my bag did not arrive at my home until 8:30 p.m. and I'm also not confident it would have ever arrived because I called around 7 p.m. and spoke with someone who called the delivery service to ask their ETA. I paid $25 to check my bag and yet it was lost. What did I pay for?! If I can help it, I will NEVER fly United again and I'll be certain to tell everyone I know about my experience with this airline."

Pros: "I arrived at LAS at 6am and was at the gate around 7am. I was informed by an employee that the flight had been delayed to 10:15am instead of 7:15am. The plane left without me at 7:31 with no announcements. I was sitting across from the terminal charging my phone. The agents told me it was my fault and refused to put me on the next flight. This is the 2nd time I've been burned by frontier. The first time I said I'd give them another chance. That was this trip. I will never fly them again."

Cons: "Everything has a price tag. Pay more for specific seats, pay more to select a seat at booking, pay more for carry on bags. No beverages, no snacks, unless you pay more. Last time I rode Frontier they had warm cookies. Now it is the most low budget, no frills airline still flying. Inevitably there will be credit card slots on the lavatories. Credit card slots to allow the seat belts to extend, and the O2 masks only drop if you swipe your card, yet again."

Pros: "The flight was exactly like any Delta or AA flight minus the frills at a very reasonable price. I added a bag & seat choice package for $100, but even with that additional cost my flight was $200 less than it would have been."
Cons: "The seats were pretty much very fancy, padded lawn chairs, and the tray tables that fold out from the arm rests are pretty much useless, but these are minor complaints compared to the value of the flight."
Pros: "No frills on this flight. I did not partake in the food or beverage services nor did I check or carryon any luggage but the flight was relatively smooth and seats were of average comfort but all of it was worth the great price I paid for the quick trip"

Overall, a completely horrible experience. Never again."

You cannot complete you purchase without at least $70 in additional fees. This makes Frontier more expensive every time. It is a joke that Kayak lists this airline in fare comparisons, pretending they are apples-to-apples deals."

Cons: "There was no mention of a delay while boarding but it took an extra 40 minutes to get started. There were storms in dc and our plane had to be redirected to a different airport. We were not given accurate information or updated with any frequency. We would be told more information is coming in 15 minutes, then sit for an hour and hear nothing. i could not update my driver that was at the original destination airport. While stuck on the plane at the new airport we were told we could not get off the plane or we would not be allowed back on and if we decided to get off and drive we could not get our checked bags. Snacks were not offered for hours and more than one flight attendant said they were out of everything and running out of water. When they finally offered food, full price was still the only option and they had everyone line up in the back of the plane, blocking both lavatories. Half way through the line we were told we could close the doors and prepare to take off and everyone remaining was sent back to their seat. We waited another half hour to actually take off."
