Pros: "The crew & plane were solid!"
Cons: "The gogo inflight entertainment was super buggy (kept losing the movie and making me restart from the beginning) & they ran out of popular food options early."

Cons: "Our flight was late getting off. One of the flight attendants was very rude and dismissive. But one of the flight attendants was extremely good. It was only an hour and 50 minute flight so the food really wasn’t important but it would be Nice to have something different than the standard pretzels"

Cons: "I really wonder about the boarding procedure... isn't "back to front" more efficient? What is this Comfort +, Main Cabin 1, Main Cabin 2, Basic thing? Is that supposed to make you feel better because you paid for a seat selection?!"

Cons: "I used 7900 points to upgrade to “comfort” and nothing about it was comfortable. I was squashed between a window and a large man and my tv screen kept flickering on and off. I actually felt like I had less space overall than I would have in a regular seat."

Cons: "Boarding. Riding on a bus before having access to the airplane is not comfortable. Can Aeromexico not afford what other airlines do? Food is just ok. A cold croissant is a poor example."

My first flight from Santa Fe was 1.5 hours delayed, I missed the connecting flight. I got tickets to the next flight to San Francisco. The flight is over two hours delayed and we had to change the plane. I will never fly American Airlines again. Absolutely horrible experience!
My flight change many times and after it was canceled and I have to stay 1 more day
Cons: "Flight was delayed due to weather, understandable. We deplaned. This was the first short 1.5 hour leg of an international flight. It seemed clear that we would not make our connecting flights, which messes everything up with covid tests, quarantine, and all the many restrictions that airlines have insisted without thinking about the consequences. I tried to share my concern with the agent at American Airlines, knowing that it would probably be better to rebook and start all over for the following week or something. But his limited perspective, condescending attitude, and egotistical control behavior would not listen to me and was only concerned with getting me to the first stop 1.5 hours away. 7hrs later, stuck on that same plane which rerouted and refueled, I am now stuck in a city for 2 days since I had to rebook and start all over for missing my international connecting flight. Still have 20+ more hours of flying to go and nowhere closer to my destination. Hotel, rental, and new covid tests are all at my expense. Just wish American Airlines staff would listen and help, but if you don't shut up and comply to their every demand, they will ban you and ruin your life forever."
Cons: "There was no gate agent in Santa Fe. I had to leave two very expensive bottles of alcohol I’m the trash because they don’t have adequate staff to check my bag."
Cons: "Flight attendants need to enforce all policies. It makes no sense to enforce a seat being leaned back a 1/2 inch but allow a Face Mask be worn as a Chin Guard through the entire flight instead wearing it properly!"

This way the wall jack won’t be needed. Also they were only two in each roll but they are three seats in each roll."
