Absolutely the worst seat ever that I have had flying. While it was a short flight we were supposed to get serviced during the flight, but there was no cabin service unless you were in 1st class. So much for the perks of Comfort Plus as there were none. Not even a glass of water. Wow! When we landed late obviously because we left late we were late and there was no ground crew to get our plane to the gate so we sat for over 1/2 hour on the taxi way waiting for ground crew to be available for us to get to the gate. To add insult of injury when we did get to go to the gate there was no gate available for use so we had to deplane in the rain down the emergency stairs. They said that if you had a problem with the steep stairs that they would make other accommodations. Probably would have been another delay so we all carefully went down the steep slippery stairs. I doubt that the stairs met any OHSA or safety requirements except for emergency issues. They were wet and slippery. This was the absolute worst trip that I have taken with Delta. It will seriously influence my future trip decisions."

Cons: "First, our flight was cancelled and they texted us with an alternative flight leaving a day later, with a 9 hour layover! Um, excuse me? Since this was a weekend trip we would have had to turn around and get back on a flight back to SF a few hours later. I called and they didn't even offer the option to refund the ticket! I finally got us on an alternative flight leaving earlier after waiting for 30 minutes to speak with a supervisor because the person I initially spoke with had no power to do anything to help. We ended up flying Alaska Airlines on the way there and I wish we had originally booked through them because the way back was AWFUL. They wouldn't seat my partner and I together because we were flying Economy class, which they reminded us of repeatedly when I complained. The agents claimed they had no power to do anything because of the computer system which randomly selects your seats. I asked what about people traveling with small children and they didn't seem to have an answer. Oh yeah, that's another thing. As if we got a better deal than with any other airline out there after all the bag fees. The Economy class/the majority of the people flying have no carry on allowance. By the way, when we got on the flight we were able to sit next to each other because the seats next to us weren't even occupied. Ridiculous. Never flying United again. I've been bumped off of flights and had bad experiences before but this was the last straw for me."

Horrible!"

Cons: "-Was a United flight despite being billed as Lufthansa, I always try and avoid United as I have had bad experiences in the past. -Was unable to choose seats online. -Upon check in was told that only middle seats were available for my partner and I away from each other even though we showed up 6 hours early in order to get good seats as we couldn't check in online. -We then paid extra to get seats next to each other (250 bucks) and the entertainment systems in those seats were broken. -When we told the flight attendant staff they said there was nothing they could do and were rude. -When trying to explain the situation to United Customer service they were also rude."

Despite the fact that no one seemed to be aware of what was going on and making everyone with electronic passes wait an extra 30 minutes, my checked bag (which cost more than the flight) arrived with minimal damage and I’m still in one piece."

Therefore, my additional charges were $178.00. Therefore, I didn't receive the "great fare" I was expecting. Also, Frontier charges an extravagant amount for their food and drink while flying. Everything else was fine. I will definitely do more comparison shopping next time and try to avoid flying Frontier."

Cons: "When u pay for a ticket I would automatically think you get a seat and shouldn't have to pay for one to sit next to your family. This method favors a passenger traveling by themselves even though I pay the same amount and could be the first one to book the flight."

Cons: "changed itinerary with 9 hr layover in Denver or somewhere, making it impossible to get to the wedding in time. So i cancelled flight. At least they refunded me...."
Pros: "Takeoff, flight, and landing were smooth. Price was great. Plane appeared new. I arrived at my destination safely, and so did my luggage."
Cons: "Grumpy passengers complaining about the one hour delay and being rude to employees and flight crew. Mass confusion at the airport. TSA closed at one end of the terminal, so wandered a bit before figuring that out, with the help of a security guy who said, "Let me guess, you're flying Frontier." Had a total of 4 different gates before we finally boarded a plane, and every time we arrived at a different gate it still said some other city. Very little communication from the airline regarding delay and gate changes. Also told us the wrong baggage claim upon arrival. Baggage fees are a little excessive, but the price of my flight was SO cheap that I can hardly complain about that, since I travel light."

Cons: "Sat for 2 hours at the gate, then they let us off briefly, and boarded again. Maintenance and paperwork issues seemed to be the problem. Didn't think it was handled very well. Not good when maintenance comes on to duct tape a window either. Also there was a carry on fee of $40 each way, won't fly Frontier again. Wasn't such a cheap flight after all and too many issues. I'll pay more for the flight and not have a carry on fee the day of flying next time."
Cons: "Two hour delay to Colorado Springs. We should have been offered a free drink or snack for our inconvenience."
Cons: "It may be customary now, but we arrived with all our luggage as carry-on bags. We learned that they now charge more for carry on luggage than they do for checked bags. So we ended up checking two carry-on bags that we could have easily consolidated into one larger bag if we had known ahead of time. 2nd and worst of all - when we were checking in they told us our seats were not yet assigned (even though I picked seats out when I purchased the tickets). They showed a seating chart, but the only seats together required a premium payment of an extra $30 per seat! We complained and they told us to let the computer assign seats for us. That worked and the computer ended up assigning us two premium seats together. By the way - I did see what was "premium" about these seats. They reminded me of spirit airlines. Overall it seems like frontier is now trying to find ways to charge customers for things that were previously included and it is somewhat intentionally deceptive. I appreciated the low cost of the ticket, but I was left with a bad feeling overall. Spirit airlines is an inexpensive no frills airline as well but at least they are upfront and direct. I will fly with them next time if I have to, or go back to United."

I felt relieved that they were removed from the plane. I was nervous about the RNC happening that day and so appreciated the safety precaution. I'm glad it was a safe flight as well."
Cons: "On the other hand, I was scared by what was happening and hearing that someone left luggage up front made me think there might be a bomb or something in it, and I didn't feel safe being on the plane. Besides that, the delay made the flight feel really long and was of course a bummer to get back later than planned."
