Delta is my preferred airline. I've traveled with them for years. On time in most cases, good communication, easy to use app. Most planes are pretty nice. I was on a CRJ 700/900 however, which was pretty badly aged inside and needed a refresh. No infotainment, unreliable wifi, best to download before boarding or bring a book. Food choices are really just snacks on this flight, nice variety but about what you'd expect. Great staff and prompt in departure and early arrival too. Overall quite satisfied.
A little bumpy ride . No food was being provided due the the turbulence. That was ok it was a short flight to my standards.
Boarding in Amsterdam is always chaotic. KLM/ Delta has not streamlined or made it efficient as it was boarding in Detroit . The food was mediocre The crew was unfriendly and more focused on getting things done quickly rather than service with a smile .
Lower number on this flight so spaced out passengers. Able to enjoy more room to relax during flight. It was lovely.
Broken jer bridge. Poor communication about it. Lost 2 of 4 luggage pieces
The plane was very warm upon entering. This was a bigger problem as the weather was cold so people were dressed accordingly.
Coach seating is debilitating, neither my husband or I can walk the following day
Extremely dosappoontined and frustrated. Refused entry to lounge in Detroit despite having Delta AMEX Reserve linked in MyDelta phone app as revommended and also having proof of account. No pillows were available for overnight flight to AMS and breakfast was not served in Delta Comfort.
I liked the screens in the seat headrest with movies to watch. I didn’t like being forced to check my carryon bag and being told there wasn’t room for my bag - when there were 5 bins sitting empty on takeoff. I didn’t like the “I don’t give a fig” attitude of the flight attendants and the delta gate attendants when I asked why they decided to put me out. They gave me a 1800 number to call but I can’t get a live person on the phone. Customer service is non existent. My business must not be that important to them.
Overall, the flight from Atlanta to Orlando was acceptable, albeit delayed and the typical temperature issue on the plane (hot) which has become somewhat expected. However, the staff at gate B22 for connecting flight DL1562 was disappointing. And to clarify, there were two gentlemen behind the counter — one pleasant and the other, Larry. Without question, Larry should not be in hospitality. My wife and I were first in line and when Larry walked in behind the desk, my wife greeted him with “Hiii Larrry”. And while she can be bubbly at times, and I get that it was late, the conversation morphed as Larry asked if she was drunk. At first I assumed he was joking (still not appropriate) but he was not. Clearly he was having a bad day or maybe just hates his job. In all cases, his behavior was unacceptable and offensive. The only saving grace is that he was equally rude and dismissive to all of the surrounding guests as well—although, I’m not sure if that is a good thing or not.
Several delays. Next flight was worse. Did not arrive home until 2am PT
Very helpful ground crew after an earlier flight delay and being rebooked on a different flight.
Everything about the flight was lovely…We left early, arrived early, cabin crew were efficient and helpful. Flight was easy and most pleasant.
First world problems, but still… We were seated in first class and asked for a cocktail on a very short, 50 minute flight. After our drink order was taken, a half hour went by, and we noticed that every other person in the small plane had been served except for us. We got up to ask about it, the drinks finally came, then were taken away three minutes later since the flight was so short. Really strange situation, on the other hand, we were in Utah.
We missed our flight. The boarding pass had the wrong gate and by the time we received the text from Kayak, our flight was already gone. I’ll never use Kayak again and will go direct to the airlines in the future.
Boarding took forever, the plane was cramped and cold, and the seatbelt song came on constantly throughout the red eye flight with a loud pre-recorded message playing each time

There were five broken seats on the plane. The crew was very rude in telling people they had to get off the plane and get a flight the next day. No call for volunteers, but telling people they had to get off. One woman was flying with her elderly mother and daughter and was told she had to leave or all three had to leave. Fortunately, a volunteer offered to stay. The situation was handled poorly.
The flight to Tokyo AA61 took off about two hours late, but then had to turn back. By that time the crew had to be replaced. Then they kept promising to take off in an hour, then in 3, then switch to the next day.
Flight was 2hours late they had no crew or the pilot.
I paid for streaming wifi and the connection was poor.
The flight was rescheduled several times without a reason for the schedule changes. I had to be in New Orleans at a certain time and it was just easier to drive at a certain point. I don’t know if the flight ever left. This is my first experience with Spirit Airlines and is also the last.
In a word, it was horrible. The flight crew timed out and this, apparently was not accounted for by management. This meant that our 10:15 departure turned into a 1:30am departure the next DAY!!! And some brainchild decided to email us 12$ food vouchers set to expire the 9th, but they sent them after EVERY VENDOR WAS CLOSED in the Miami airport and obviously none would be open in New Orleans. I found this to be another sterling example of, at best, shitty management…at worst an absolute lack of empathy for your customers. Bad experience. Unhappy with the changing of flight times and one particular flight attendant (Bartholomew) on our flight from Orlando to Detroit. Traveling with a large family of 7, including our 18 month old, can be arduous but when the airline changes your flight time from landing at 9:30 pm to landing after midnight, this becomes much more difficult. When our 18 month old was predictably over tired and fussy, my wife and I tried to move to an open row so we can console her more effectively. The flight attendent rebuked us and said we could not sit in an exit row. We were not planning on sitting there for more than a few minutes but just to have space to console our screaming 18 month old. Spirit did not allow for a family friendly trip. Likely will be choosing a different airline next time.
My only complaint is that the standing recline. I wasn’t aware of that when I booked the ticket.
Pl meed tp make proper accom for all pets and owners by placing them on a section to accommodate human animal allergies and give up a few seats YWS ACCOMMODATIONS SHOULD BE MADEBY THE AIRLINES and not pushed off to another paying customer that has to sit in fear or by being touched by someone elses animal.
A passenger got into a verbal altercation with the flight attendant, who neither de-escalated nor acted professionally. Because of this, we had to go back to the gate for the person to be kicked off the flight. It delayed us 75 minutes.
Nothing I liked. Seats uncomfortable child behind kicking my seat entire flight. Delayed. Couldn't get free glass of water
It was smooth. It’ll always be annoying that nothing is included in the booking (seats and bags particularly).
