I was also not told which Terminal the plane would go to in LAX and which terminal the connecting flight would be leaving from. They were not sure! Consequently I floundered around at LAX wasting time and bothering people for information that should have been known to me. The security checks are over the top and inconsistent in the US."

It seemed like the gate agent didn't care where she assigned guests who were travelling together as several people were not able to sit with their travel companion. Once I was on the plane I however switched with someone to allow them to sit next to their companion and put me closers to mine. Everything else went smoothly."

Cons: "American Airlines cancelled a flight because of ‘weather’ from Msy to dfw, all other flights from Msy to Dallas operated on time but were sold out. We were re booked flying through San Francisco, missing out on flying on qantas, which is what I had paid for since they are a premium airline. We were booked on virgin America and then United for the international flight. United charged us each for 2 bags totalling $150 each, despite we booked a ticket with qantas which allows 2 bags each. Virgin America honoured our 2 bags, but united refused to. United also has service and aircraft which do not match the levels of qantas which I has specifically sought out. I could not eat some of the food because of the poor quality, and this is something I’ve never done before on an international flight. Additionally their were a lack of amenities on both flights, and no food vouchers despite our travel delay of over 5 hours. This whole ordeal has cost me money, worktime, and created a lot of stress to where I have had to cancel meeting on my arrival in Sydney."

Cons: "Flight was delayed 2 hours, then moved to the next morning at 6am. Before we got to the hotel, the flight was pushed back to 8am. All for mechanical reasons. We've flown this route before, and have had an abnormally high number of mechanical issues. They seem to use older planes for these shorter flights, and it really shows. Technology could really help ease these situations. American's app does not allow you to look at rebooking options, so we had to stand in line for a solid 30 minutes to speak to an agent. Since it was the last flight of the night, there were only 3 agents there to help an entire plane's worth of people. Calling American didn't help. They couldn't help with hotel/food vouchers. These types of vouchers seem like something else that could be distributed through the app or electronically, eliminating the need to stand in line and grow increasingly frustrated. To add to the fun, the vouchers were not event enough to get a hot dog and drink for dinner, then a coffee and pastry for breakfast. Once we got the vouchers, trying to get to the hotel was a disaster. They had 1 van, so they could get about 10 people every 30 minutes. We just took and Uber, and were eating in the restaurant by the time others were still arriving from the shuttle. There was no one from American there to help coordinate with the hotel or shuttle. We were like blind sheep wandering around looking for the van. Finally, arrive for the flight the next day, and they start boarding about 10 minutes before the 8am takeoff time. So, of course, we were late getting off the ground. Then, when we arrived in Dallas, our gate was occupied by another plane, so we got to sit on an old plane for an extra 30 minutes until another gate opened up for us. Really, other than crashing, not much else could have gone wrong. Made American look completely incompetent...which is happening more the more we use them. Next time, I'll pay a higher fare to fly with Southwest."

Cons: "Do you really save money flying on Frontier? I realize the whole industry is corrupt, but it's just not worth flying with a company who has done all it can to take the pleasure out of travel."

Pros: "That we got to our destination safely and they didn't lose our luggage"
Cons: "Nickel and diming is for EVERYTHING! It was ridiculous after we added up all of our "fees". It would have been so much cheaper to go on a different airline. I believe we were scammed to believe we were going to fly cheaper because we didn't have to pay extras what a scam!"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Showed up to the airport in New Orleans to find out my flight was canceled, but had to be told by people from another airline because the Frontier desk was vacant. Received no email, phone call, text or anything to tell me the flight was canceled. Not even one Frontier employee was at the airport to explain the situation. They just left a stack of papers to say the flight was canceled and they weren't offering anymore flights that day. Had to book one on another airline for the next day, so called Frontier to get reimbursed (they said very clearly on the paper that they would reimburse up to $400 in another airline) and spent over two hours on the phone getting passed around from person to person who said they couldn't help me. Still no idea if I'll be getting reimbursed. DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE."

Cons: "Didn't like having to get to the airport to get a free seat. Carry ones should be free."

Cons: "the website wouldn't let us finish the check-in process and neither way could we print boarding passes. Even your agent when we checked in at the NO airport said she'd heard often that the website didn't work properly. Wouldn't let us get past the do you have bags to check -- then would blank out and disappear. Very disappointing and very stressful."

Cons: "Frontier cancelled return flight without telling me and refusing to do anything other than refund 75$ or give me a flight 4 days later. Frontier refused to help with hotel or other accommodations and I had to rebook flight with delta for 350$ so I could get back home. Also, the employees from Frontier were extremely rude and refused to even look at me or even answer my questions. They said flight was cancelled due to weather reasons, but American Airlines was able to get planes running on only an hour delay. And, again, I never even had the common courtesy of a call or email, or text that my flight was cancelled! I had to find out when I got to the airport,"

Cons: "An air hostess on the flight to New Orleans would make jokes with the guys across the aisle rather than bring me a glass of water. Another air hostess booed me on my way out when being told that."

Pros: "Three out of four planes on the round trip were new and in excellent condition."
Cons: "Three out of the four planes round trip were delayed. It is ridiculous that the only plane that actually left on time was the very first flight out on a Sunday morning."

Cons: "Southwest is flying out constantly and we're just sitting here. The weather is great but we're still on the ground. Bummer."

Cons: "Being delayed 30 min at the gate and then another hour in the air !"

Pros: "All employees were patient helpful and smiling, boarded on time and arrived Denver 15 minutes early"

Cons: "No A/C on the plane while waiting to depart from the gate. When we landed, we sat on the plane for 25 minutes waiting for another plane to leave our gate. A passenger seated next to me asked if he could purchase a snack while we waited. The attendant told him that if it was not a medical emergency he was an adult and would survive."

Cons: "Horrendous. Don't fly Frontier if you are a fequent traveler."

Cons: "Two screaming babies. Great other than that."

Cons: "Didn't make the return flight because our first flight out of Denver didn't happen and we had to cancel the whole trip. Fees we were prepared for- but I will never trust frontier to get me to where I need to go."

Cons: "Everything was fine except the seating. It was the hardest most uncomfortable seating with no flexibility. I am a small person and for a 2 1/2 HR flight my wife and I both very uncomfortablez"
