There was no food included in my flight.
It boarded with ease, it left on time, and we got in early. Perfect!
On the overnight we got eye masks and ear plugs and pleasant lighting. It was very nice. Every one of the staff members were nice and accommodating.

If you are on a seat at the back, it takes too long to get off because the people in front especially first class, take their sweet time getting their luggage while the rest have to wait. Then my contacting flight only had 22 minutes to transboard.

Food was by far the worst of any airline I’ve flown. It was unreal....the smell...wow.
I couldn't watch movies so I asked flight attendant she said " watch next screen ". But there was someone sitting! How can I do that!!! They didn't say sorry

Lost my immigration form and missed my flight. Airline told me to talk to my booking agent. I spent time talking to justfly and it took them a long time to tell me they couldn’t do anything and I’m stuck in Mexico for a day.
