it was on time
it was a poor food choice again.
The flight was not crowded and that was a nice surprise for a transatlantic flight. Each passenger was offered a personal bottle of water upon boarding, cabin crew was very nice and professional. The flight was on time and we arrived at the airport of destination even ahead of time!
There was no soap in the toilet...
Unwashed pillow and blankets, stains on the pillow
Simple morning flight. Not at all full. Left on time, arrived early. Plane was new. Crew was happy. What more does one need? They were beta testing a new WiFi service. Free, but not yet ready for prime time.
When we booked through Kayak we were not told that there was a very large additional fee for baggage- even more since we stopped in Iceland.
Flight was delayed 1.5 hours due to an unexplained "maintenance issue." A friend of mine who had paid extra to get an exit row with extra leg room was inexplicably moved to a normal seat, and was only upgraded when she complained. I was moved from a window seat to an exit row without explanation, unfortunately, this was an exit row where a life raft was attached to the door, leaving me even less leg room than a normal seat would have.
No food goingacross
Very nice flight attendants. Drink service was good. Direct flight left a bit late from Reykjavik, but still arrived earlier than scheduled. Good in-flight entertainment, but didn't remember to bring headphones with me.
Would like some included food service, but I paid a lower price for Economy with that knowledge. I bought a sandwich at the airport which worked out fine.
Crew, comfort, entertainment were great
Gate area was a chaotic mess running behind schedule. Seat assignment was lost and had to have agent reassign. Could never get online system to explain baggage policies clearly. Could not prepay baggage after I discerned the policy.
