The new plane was amazing and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity. The experience was streamlined and the technology state-of-the-art, accessible, and extremely useful. The impressive crew looked flawless and performed their duties very well. It was all quite a spectacle!

It is always really nice to get free coffee as a passenger. Traveling is exhausting and I would have been so appreciative of free coffee on the flight, and felt even more comforted and likely to fly Norwegian in the future.

Disability access at Gatwick was excellent. Quick, polite and efficient service from arriving at the airport to boarding the flight Can’t comment on food as did not have any.

The flight was almost full with only a few empty seats at the back of the plane. I was on crutches with a broken ankle and had asked politely if I could be sat next to an empty seat so I could elevate my foot (doctors orders) and because my boot would not fit under the chair in front. The crew made no effort to seat or switch me to a seat at the back next to one of the few empty seats. It was a very uncomfortable flight and I had to keep my foot in the aisle and stay awake to avoid being run into by the food or drinks cart. Poor selection of movies. Mainly older movies. While I actually appreciate the cheaper flight and being able to avoid paying for the food I think that they should offer water. There is only so much you can carry into the flight and having to buy water is ridiculous.

Most Improved Player - Finnair has done the best experience in overall long haul flights out of the 40plus airlines I have flown in the last 3 years; brand new planes, nice and diverse cabin crew, beautiful lightings videos details chocolates etc, best entertainment system in the industry, and things always go smooth in Helsinki airport. Awesome imrpovement over recent years.

Big struggle for airlines still remains varying quality customer service. Finnair still seems to struggle with this occasionally. Finnair can work harder to keep customer service quality high. Hate to say it, but perhaps letting the bitter, last generation flight attendants who seem to have a grudge about the decline of the glamour and benefits of the job as flying has become commonplace with more competition (seen this on Finnair & N America’s older airlines line United)

I like Finnair, the crew, the service.

I was not able to check in online within the 24 hrs prior to the flight as the Iberia system kept flashing and "error"message. Therefore, I was not able to pick a seat, which I would have paid to upgrade if necessary, but instead I was assigned a middle seat as a last option, at the counter, and paid for an exit row which, except for the leg room, was just as uncomfortable!

Good evening, I’m not sure under which category our complaints should fall on your website so I will include them here. To summarize our complaint, we booked our tickets on Icelandair through Kayak (and Webjet) and upon arriving at the check-in counter on December 2, we were informed that the baggage fee for our flight would be $95 each! Understandably, we were shocked and very displeased. Nowhere in our confirmation emails or flight details was there anything about having to pay such a high rate for our luggage. The first employee we spoke to said that your airline has recently started charging such fees to compete with WOW Air and as I said to him, I would like to point out again that this is the very reason why I never choose to fly with WOW Air: they clearly state that there is a high baggage fee from the beginning of the registration process and I know of too many other airlines who don’t have such inflated fees. This ticketing agent and the manager said that the level of our ticket (apparently called Economy Light) indicated that we would be charged this baggage rate. It is now my understanding that on the Icelandair’s website, these levels are described but no such options were listed or explained on the Kayak website or any of our confirmation materials/emails. It is the responsibility of your site to post these important details in a conspicuous place so that travelers can make informed decisions. We could’ve flown with Air Portugal for a mere $50 more and saved not only over $200 each but also the inconvenience and frustration. Upon the check-in manager’s suggestion, I looked up our flight by the booking reservation number (LCWNEG) and again, the only “flight type” shown was called Economy, nothing more. The same is true for when we checked in online and reserved our seats - there was never an indication of the fees that were awaiting us. All this to say, we were incredibly upset to be surprised with an additional cost of $200/person (round trip ticket) but then, to add insult to injury, not only did we nearly miss our flight due to the length of time spent at the check-in desk, once we got on the plane and we realized we would not be served anything other than water or soda - since all food/meals must also be paid for in most Economy levels. This was our first experience with your airline/website and I highly doubt we will ever choose you in the future. I know now for a fact that other passengers who have booked through 3rd party sites have found themselves in similar bad situations. If you choose to work with airlines and offer lower rates, it is only honest and fair to make your policies clearly known to your potential customers. We felt mislead and deceived as these rates seemed hidden until it as too late. This seems like an old plane. Poor quality of screen to watch movies and very small selection of movies. No charging spot to plug and charge our phones. This was a long trip and these two elements are important to make the trip enjoyable.

BA doesn't allow guitars as carry ins, unlike most every other overseas carrier. That's a major negative for me, and I've spread the word to other musicians who will avoid the company. Terrible policy.

No terminal was used. Upon arrival in Seattle they brought a bus to take passengers from the tarmac into the building. It took them almost 30 min to deliver bags upon arrival in Seattle.

The plane is new, clean, and has a good entertainment system.

The airline failed to inform that upon check in they would weigh carry on's and if they were over 10kg you would have to check a bag for $65. 3 stations and over an hour later, people were furious. Also, if you didn't book a premium ticket the flight staff didn't want to deal with you. Asking for water incurred a nasty look. I was surprised by the lack of customer service and therefore I don't plan to fly this airline again.

There is no organization when boarding due mainly to the staff's poor training/handling of groups. I also believe that when selecting seats, they should indicate where lavatories are. This knowledge is fairly reasonable to have when choosing where one is to (uncomfortable) sit for a minimum of five hours.

The flight was smooth and faster

I believe food on flight must be for all passengers as a result food cost should be added to ticket.l didn't like the sight of people eating and others hungry.

The new plane was amazing and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity. The experience was streamlined and the technology state-of-the-art, accessible, and extremely useful. The impressive crew looked flawless and performed their duties very well. It was all quite a spectacle!

It is always really nice to get free coffee as a passenger. Traveling is exhausting and I would have been so appreciative of free coffee on the flight, and felt even more comforted and likely to fly Norwegian in the future.

Great aircraft. Little tight however. Great service from crew. Timely departure.

No terminal was used. Upon arrival in Seattle they brought a bus to take passengers from the tarmac into the building. It took them almost 30 min to deliver bags upon arrival in Seattle.

I never got informed, neither by the airline company or booking company that I had to order my meal 3 days prior to the flight if I wanted to be served a meal. Paying for tea or coffee is just outrageous. Crew does a minimum requirement and isn't even nice when you are just asking for a glass of water once throughout the entire flight.

i would recommend notifying the gate and sending map of the airport before traveling. Airport is quite big and not much time to catch the next flight

Crew, entertainment and food service was excellent

Seats too crowded for 8 hour flight. As soon as the person in front leans back you have no room it is unbelievably uncomfortable to have a seat back in your face for that long!

I like Finnair, the crew, the service.

I was not able to check in online within the 24 hrs prior to the flight as the Iberia system kept flashing and "error"message. Therefore, I was not able to pick a seat, which I would have paid to upgrade if necessary, but instead I was assigned a middle seat as a last option, at the counter, and paid for an exit row which, except for the leg room, was just as uncomfortable!
