Both round trip flights! This is totally NOT acceptable. She could have been lost and with no ability to help herself and miss the flights. It was lucky that she found Chinese speaking customers to help her."

They did find it next day and delivered to the FLL airport, but we had to get a cab and go to the airport to pick-up as we could not take a chance of it not making it to us before the cruise departure. I am extremely disappointed"

Two very nice AA customer service phone staff attempted to help by booking me on a Lufthansa/United flight out of JFK that same evening. HOWEVER, I got to JFK only to discover I had NOT been ticketed. A lengthy call to AA resulted a a lame apology -“we don’t do that” they claimed, but the had previously! And had booked me, so what the heck was this??? I’m still fuming!"

But as I landed from my first flight the second flights delay was reversed and I had no notification of this change. I missed my connecting flight. And I wasn't able to get on a flight until the next day. To make matters worse I had to flight back to New York to catch the flight to Barcelona! Unbelievable. I was beyond disappointed. I chose American Airlines for a reason, a good one at that. Yet this happened."

Pros: "The flight attendants were amazing. I enjoyed the in flight entertainment and overall flight. The flight was only a couple of hours so there were no meals. I enjoyed a hot cup of tea during my flight. I was able to take a quick nap during the initial flight and catch a movie on the way back."
Cons: "The terminal at LGA is undergoing renovations, I had to take a shuttle bus to my gate. The shuffle down stairs, bus ride, and lines for boarding were annoying."

Cons: "No power outlets. A bag of chips in 1st class is pretty weak. Compared to Europe flights we can from, aircraft felt like 1960's Aeroflot."

Unfortunately I had to wait until 12:30pm to take another flight because American Airlines didn't have a flight crew for our aircraft. They did not refund money for the waiting, they didn't give any voucher for breakfast, they just gave us chips and drinks. People were very anxious and mad about the sInitiation."

Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"

While serving drinks, instead of saying things like "pardon me", they would say "move" (as was said directly to me) and get out of the way" (as I herd him say to another passinger). Very disrespectful way to treat a person, let alone a paying customer! Btw...I am a middle class 5' 11" tall college educated male."

It was another 20 minutes before she even began to board anyone. She was very abrupt and rude. I had to call AA while sitting on the tarmac to get rebooked which was a more positive experience."

Cons: "The crew was overall terrible. For someone who also works in customer service, I was actually appalled at the behavior of the AA crew/staff. The flight attendants were ok, but the boarding crew was terrible and unbelievably unhelpful. I asked a staff member at check in if i needed to check my bag and he seemed really annoyed by my question, and refused to be of any help. Wow! He was so unbelievably rude. I ended up paying $25 to check a bag I didn't need to check. I was so disappointed. In the future, I think I will try to avoid flying AA."

Cons: "The AA employee at the counter in Batoj Rouge informed me that I would miss my connection at Charlotte Airport due to a delayed in the incoming flight. Hebgave me the option to flight the next day or flight the same day, and after a 2 hour delay flight to Charlotte where I would be provided a hotel room and a meal for the night. I asked several times if that information was confirmed and he repeatedly said yes. At my arrival at Charlotte Airport (near midnight) every AA employee said that they did NOT have any more hotels. It was obvious that everything was a staged lie since over 100 people had to spend the night in one of the the terminals where we were provided a pillow and a blanket. I am terribly disappointed for the lack of transparency in AA. I was told my some friends that they also have had experiences like that at the same Charlotte Airport. You have damage once again your reputation and from no own in will expect THE WORST from AA."

Frontier need to upgrade their customer service at Providence TE Green Airport. It reads poorly and I will not fly frontier again"

Once you add in the higher baggage fee, the seat fees (no free seats), the flight is priced the same if not higher than other airlines but the real difference is in all of this is customer service. The lead flight attendant on the my flight was extremely rude and unresponsive. My mother had a wheelchair assist her to the gate for our departing flight in Orlando. This was arranged by the ticket counter. Apparently, Frontier screwed up and did not arrange for a wheelchair to meet us at the gate in Charlotte. When we mentioned this to the lead flight attendant, he said we would need to go and find one ourselves. I asked if he could call the gate and asked them to bring one so I wouldn't have to leave my elderly mother, he said, "no". I asked again and explained that I didn't want to leave my mother. This time he rolled his eyes at me and said, it wasn't his problem. Really? This is precisely the reason I will not take Frontier again. Please look into training your people better or your hiring process. Cheap flight do not address this issue."

After 45min on the plane we had to get off and wait until 3:45AM to find out what the next step was (rescheduled for 11:30AM). Overall the communication and transparency around this ordeal was handled terribly. Staff had no plan to deal with situation, provided helpline numbers were useless, email/text communication of the rescheduling was nonexistent All of this is not even getting into the cheap service and setup of the flight itself. Will not be flying frontier again"

After factoring in all those things, it would have been a lot cheaper to use a different airline. Plus, it was by far the most uncomfortable airplane I have ever been on. No leg room, small seats that do not recline and have no cushion. Terrible experience!"

Cons: "When I checked in for my flight, the website said I would be three hours delayed. Later in the afternoon I just happened to check my flight status again and my flight time had been pushed forward causing me to rush out the door with less than one hour to make my flight. I barely made the flight but once I was seated we were delayed again. I did appreciate that we were given updates on why we were delayed however."

Cons: "-$40 fee for personal bag that was slightly over regulation -one hour delay PLUS 2 hours stuck on runway in the airplane without access to water nor could we stand up out of our chairs for bathroom -finally when they were serving food and beverage only paying passengers had first access to food and water even if the crew had to walk all the way to the back and then back to the front to serve and charge them, it took about 45 minutes until they started serving water (of which the second cup of water they needed to charge for supposedly although we got "lucky" and they gave us a free second little glass of water)"

Pros: "This was my first time flying Frontier... my overall experience was good. However, I was unaware that it was an a-la carte airline so minor difficulty maneuvering at first. Seating is a little tight but bearable. Crew was pleasant. Can do without food/beverage but need more comfortability/seating... Overall rating... 3.5"

Pros: "It went from leaving 9:40 To leaving 2:25pm I was very disappointed and missed work that afternoon behind it. I feel like i should have received more then a 10 dollar coupon on food in New York. I travel at 6 times a year and frontier had made a bad impression on me...I was told i was going to receive an email with a 50 dollar coupon but I never got it."

Pros: "They don't comply with thier own policies. Thier website says a carry on bag and a personal item (such as a laptop bag) is allowed free of charge. When i reach their with a very tiny suitcase and a laptop bag, the front end staff tells me I am fine and can go ahead with the sevurity line. But when I reach at the gate and just as I am about to enter the flight a frontier employee snatches my bording pass and says that I have to pay $60 for my one item, as only one item is allowed. And she was so rude that she wouldn't listen to anything. Says the gate closes in 3mins if you wanna get in this flight pay $60 or else she wont let me in. I had no choice other than to pay. This was through kayak. I would request kayak to not keep any kinda relation qith such ripoff fraud companies, if they don't want bunch of bad reviews them self. Frontier has already millions of bad reviews and one more added from my side just now. I would never ever travel frontier again. N by the way the flight sucked as well."

I guess the price is right to fly but after adding 40 dollars for a carry on item, what I paid doesn't look as good. silly to me that frontier can't afford to offer a free drink as well."

Pros: "The contact points I had at each step were very friendly. Out welcome to Charlotte from the flight attendant warmed me with joy on a joyous holiday. Yet, I was not informed of the fee for carryon luggage moments before boarding. It was a shared experience a passenger checking in next to me. It was a great flight."

Cons: "The seats are so small and close together that my 6'3" self acutally does not fit in them. There are no headrests. You can even lean forward on your tray table bc the seat in front is too close and the tray table in 6 inches long and 4 inches wide. A middle seat on a Frontier flight is the worst thing going in travel right now."

Cons: "The payment process is confusing. At boarding there were many passengers who didn't know there was a charge for a carryon so that slowed down the boarding for the rest of us. Then you get going only to find out you have to pay for a soda too. I detest the nickel and dining. Just charge me one flat rate and call it a day."

Cons: "The Frontier flight was a rip-off. I was charged for a seat and for carry-on luggage which should have been included in the advertised price. I will not fly Frontier again."

Pros: "My flight took off on time no luggage nor carry on but was surprise when found out frontier would charge carry on. Flight was cheap, crews were fine. We arrived half hour earlier then schedule which was great only to find out they couldn't open the plane's door so had to wait for 20 minutes before it opened. All and all I would rate 4 stars and will give another try."

Cons: "The plane was delayed for over an hour with no explanation. I received an email two days later informing me that my flight was going to be delayed. I was charged $50 for seats that were given for free to two other passengers next to me. The plane was narrow and uncomfortable. I am a small framed female and I barely fit comfortably in the only reclining seats of the plane. I attempted to call the airline upon reaching my destination in Miami, when I asked the customer service representative for a supervisor because I had a complaint, she hung up the phone on me. So I am glad that I received this email so that I can tell you what a poor airline you are, and to inform you that I will be going on multiple social media sites to further complain about you. I rather walk to another state than fly Frontier again!!!! Worst flight experience. Would not recommend this airline to anyone."

Cons: "I received a notification that my flight was delayed. I arrive at the airport and I cannot use the check in kiosk because I’m too late and no employees are there to help me causing me to miss my flight!!"

Pros: "I got a seat by the emergency exit "for free" otherwise i had to pay extra for my seat. We pay a lot of money to fly,and i feel airlines nowadays give you less,and demand more money from us.its ridiculous..if i pay for my plane ticket,i shouldn't pay extra for a freaking seat."

Cons: "There were no complimentary snacks, no free carry-ons and the seat was the worst thing, so uncomfortable."

Pros: "When I called spirit on the phone they told me that I could take up a small suit case and they gave me the diemention so I talk 2 small suitcases When u got to the airport they told me that each suitcase will cost me $50.00 So told the staff I could have brought 1 suitcase and payed only 1 time $50.00 they said that they can't help me By paying all thease xtra charges and paying for snacks and drinks it does not pay to fly with them rather take any airline for a couple off dollars more and fly like a normal person with out all these extras"

I was disappointed with the SA representative at LGA who was rude and inflexible when I realized that I had not printed out my boarding pass. He made me go to the back of the line after waiting through a long, pre-holiday check in line. Enforcing the rules is one thing, but he was rude and unkind. Flight was left/arrived on time."

Pros: "They spent more time trying to sell their credit card than they did asking about anything else. The woman behind me was choking and they wouldn't give her a glass of water, but they would sell her one. Her daughter in a different section of the plane had to pay for water since her mother didn't have a credit card."
Cons: "If anyone thinks Spirit is a good deal, hopfully you are flying without luggage and do not need water during your flight."

Pros: "I like that they treated us with respect and where very friendly staff"

Pros: "Everything was easily done online, so when I arrived at the airport I just have to hand my bag to the ticket agent which took 2 minutes. Flight boarding was explained and preformed in a orderly fashion. Plane was brand new! Easy process from start to finish..."

Disorganized gate, disorganized check in, we left 5 hours late and then we were told the staff needed to be changed for this domestic flight, they did not have a sticker on the plane registered so they had to fill out paperwork for an hour after we were delayed and sitting on the plane, there were only two hosts working the beverage service and they only came around one time until the end of the flight to collect trash. It was very crammed and I would never take a Spirit flight again!"

Cons: "the worker saw me with terrible face and even they didn't explain me why my flight was canceled and they didn't help me anything . what they told me are just two things. refund or get another flight with another time .! . absoutely i did refund ."

Cons: "I understand if the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, but we were able to get on another flight at the exact same time to the exact same destination, just through another airline. In addition, prior to my cancelled flight I barely received any emails letting me know of the status change and received NO phone text message. Spirit should text every person if a flight is cancelled. Lastly, it has now been 6 full days and no one has reached out about my refund. I requested it at the airport but have not received anything in the mail or via phone call. Disappointing customer service and horrible management."

Cons: "If you want amenities they will cost you as much as another airline and you will ride more comfortably, flight attendants need a little cheering up - very morose and brooding. the chart has a list of beers - I wanted a beer - but when I ordered a beer - all they had was bud an bud light - meh! so i said i would just drink water and he walked away. Yay great customer service! - glad the flight arrived early so I could buy a water when I landed!"

My tray table was broken, fabric and seat covering were ripped off, and my boyfriends arm rest was broken as well. No leg room. Very uncomfortable."

Cons: "My disappointment with Spirit started the moment they charged me $50 for my checked bag and $55 for my carry on. That's a whole lot of money in my opinion just for you to handle my bags!!!!! Not to mention the big airlines don't charge for a carry on and they only charge $25 for a checked bag. It's such a scam that they offer low flight prices only to jack up the price on luggage!!! Roundtrip, we spent $210 on luggage in addition to our ticket price!!!! I could have flown with one the big airlines and saved money after all that! Then...my return flight home was cancelled by Spirit due to weather, which I can totally appreciate happens. The issue was that the next available flight wasn't until 3 days LATER!!! Yes, you read that correctly. They offered no hotel accommodations, no sympathy, no other options and were completely unaccomodating outside of refunding me the price of a one-way ticket. Don't fly spirit unless you like being frustrated!! I will never ever fly them again."

There was one couple before me who had a problem with paying for checking in their luggage. Finally he asks me do U have anything to checkin Ivsaid no I was carting a small bag. Then he checks the screen and tells me I can't board the flight it is past 45 minutes which on their sticker say you must check in before. And their wasn't another flight I could get on till 10 pm. I had to be in Chicago that day so I had to buy a ticket from Southwest which cost me over $400 dollars. I want a refund from them for that flight. I think they were over booked."
