Cons: "The wifi didn't work, and this wasn't the first time thier wifi was out. I've been flying on jetblue frequently lately and that's my only issue. Everything else was good."

Pros: "The inflight crew was absolutely incredible. They were funny and helpful especially as our situation was incredibly bad."
Cons: "After waiting almost an extra hour plus for a delay, the boarding process was complete chaos. Not to the fault of the crew at LaGuardia, but just based on the annoyance and impatience of the passengers waiting to board. Once on the plane, our row was the only one with broken TVs. Unfortunately for my husband and myself, we were flying with two toddlers with whom we had solely expected to entertain with the TV."

Cons: "Our flight said on time until five minutes before we were suppose to take off, when they made an announcement we would be two hours delayed and the screen hadn’t updated When we finally got in the seats were broken - some did not recline and the tv controls were busted and TVs did not turn off. Very uncomfortable seats, hot air little ac, very poor experience with Jet Blue."

Pros: "Boarding and Arrival went smooth and quick. We were early to our destination. Short 3 hour flights are always easy."
Pros: "There were many delays and cancellations due to bad thunderstorms at LGA. Despite a few hours delayed (because the airport was closed due to the storm), the flight was still schedule to leave! I was very happy about that. They did issue waivers for those who could not make the later time. Once delta got the ok to fly.. The flight left the gate very fast and we arrived and exited the plane super fast too. The process was so efficient and quick, I did not feel the waiting period. The flight attendance were so happy and positive, they made he flight very enjoyable. Great job delta!"
Cons: "Friday when I supposed to depart at 7:21 am my flight was delayed to 6:00 pm and yesterday when I supposed to depart from New York at 7:21 pm my flight was delayed until 11:20 pm was horrible! I never again i would took Delta because I call a day before my departure to see if they would help me changing my flight by morning and they couldn’t they told me that i have to pay $300 dollars."

Cons: "Five minutes before the scheduled boarding time, it was announced the flight was delayed by 1 hour 25 minutes. I am almost certain this was not weather-related, according to flight trackers. I understand that weather delays are essentially out of airlines' hands. However, if the delay is caused for other reasons like "mechanical issues", or any other errors or miscommunications within the airline itself, then they should be held liable. My time is worth money, so any delays not weather-related should result in a reasonable refund based on the duration of the delay. An apology doesn't placate customers' frustration and inconvenience due to delays."

Cons: "Not gotten cancelled on August 18 and delayed for 24 hours with no compensation for hotel we had to get. Then would be nice to not get delayed 4 times on today’s flight arriving home at 2 in the morning on a day we HAVE to go to work because we already are in trouble for missing previous day."

Pros: "Never again. I had a connecting flight with a one hour layover and almost missed it. The plane to charlotte was very late boarding. Once i land I rush to my gate because I only have 20 minutes before they start boarding ; I get to the gate and have to wait almost an hour. At this point I still havent eaten because I am waiting around by the gate and the attendants are not communicating any information. Then they finally tell us that the reason the fligt hasnt boarded was because the flight attendant misplaced her luggage in the previous flight and was waiting to arrive to the terminal. Now how is that my issue? American Airlines needs to do better!"

Cons: "My flight was scheduled for 5.37pm, but came to the airport thinking that I could get an earlier flight to Chicago and I was there at 1pm, requested for standby status, did not get it because am not platinum of diamond member, asked for $75.00, of course I didn't want to pay and stayed in the airport thinking that my flight would be on time, but it was delayed and delayed and took off at last, saw O'Hare airport but it looks like the pilot could not land it because he did not get the clearance, but as a passenger, I saw the flight going around and around the Ohare area, at least 6 times, then after landing taxing took for ever. I WILL TRY NOT TO FLY IN AA AGAIN."

Cons: "Flight attendants were very inattentive. After their initial go through with beverages and snacks, they were in the back chatting with each other for the rest of the time. One attendant was extremely rude to me when I was taking my daughter to the bathroom."

Cons: "The flight attendant was late delaying boarding 20 minutes. Once they started, people were lining up to board. This is a normal behavior however, there employee decided to stop boarding because she said people were crowding. she stop boarding for another 20 minutes. Now, this was a large flight and there wasn't enough room for everyone to stand off to the side. She was rude and there was no reason for this especially when the flight attendant was already late. The plane was delayed 45 minutes due to this"

Cons: "The seats were not very comfortable, hard and crowded. We sat in line for an hour before leaving New York. Luggage fee was high."

Cons: "The guy at the kiosk wearing a spirit vest checked me in on it, and without asking questions, filled in that I had no carry on bags, and printed my friends boarding pass at the same time, when she wasn’t with me and also had a carry on. When we got the gate, they first said it would be 65 but helped us by making it 55 since it was his fault. However we didn’t know about it being 35 online, and when we showed them something on the spirit website saying they’d help us with that if we showed that site to them, they said they didn’t know what that was and it didn’t mean they’d help us with the cost."
Cons: "the seats were very uncomfortable and the flight terminal and gates kept changing and they do not offer complimentary drinks nor snacks on the plane"
