Pros: "The plane is too small and the overhead bins are too small for a 3.5-4.0 hour flight. They had no hot water so no tea or coffee."
Pros: "I paid an extra $49 to get a seat in "premium" and I got to sit there. That's about all the good I can say for this flight."
Cons: "I didn't get to board with my "premium' seat right behind the bulkhead until half the plane was already full. I had to put my carry-on halfway to the back of the plane because other people couldn't deal with having one of their two bags under the seat in front of them. Then I had to wait till three quarters of the passengers had disembarked to get my bag. Crappy treatment for a "premium" seat."

We all know it by heart now, but it was unprofessional and the one gal Mimi you could barely understand. Seemed like they had all been having a night out before coming to work. Not Alaskas usual standard."

Cons: "The onboard crew seed a little stiff. They were very selective - the two flight attendants in first class & coach - with whom they greeted good morning / hello. I watched this from my seat in disappointment. I needed to ask for a seat extender as I'm currently recovering from surgery and needed a little room around the bandages and I had to ask several times even though there was not a lot of pre-flight activity. They were standing around in the aisle. I make note of this type of behavior because I fly frequently for work on a variety of airlines and this is my first experience with Alaska Air."

Cons: "You failed to inform me that Alaska no longer offered the original flight from Eugene to Portland, so I had to buy another flight the next day and ended up being late for a family gathering for thanksgiving. The Eugene airport was extremely helpful but your service has been horrendous. I will no longer book through a 3rd party. I know this is the wrong flight I'm commenting on but your poor service equates to my poor feedback."
