The Democratic Republic of the Congo has resumed commercial flights.
All travelers need to present a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 7 days prior to travel to board flights to the DRC, and will be required to adhere to further requirements on entry including use of masks, temperature checks, social distancing, use of disinfectant, and the completion of health forms. Children under age of 11 are exempt from presenting a COVID-19 test result.
Travelers aged 11 and above are required to complete a registration form and pay for a test at Institut National de la Recherche Biomédicale (INRB) before arrival. This will generate a QR code which must be presented upon arrival.
Travelers are subject to COVID-19 test upon arrival at their own expense. The cost of the required test is USD 45.

From our several interactions, we received no apologies, but felt that the theme was that everything was my fault.. not the best feeling as a customer. Only my one chat with the supervisor was very nice. She was very patient, sat down with me and helped direct my concerns. Especially with a 13 hour delay. Nairobi seemed great, but our interactions with the staff really took away from our experience. And we missed our vacation in the end.."

Cons: "More amusing than unpleasurable when after making his "final prepare" for landing in Kusumu announcement, the pilot came back on and stated he "forgot to tell" us that there was construction work on the runway and we will braking harder then usual to make an abrupt stop."

When their offices opened trying to get them to book me on the next flight, i was told to pay full price. Their customer service is a complete joke. They should stay out of business."

Cons: "Notorious for flight delays! How can you cancel an entire flight the day before?! Horrible! The delays are very annoying! Kenya Airways you're fired! Kayak, you guys should remove their crappy service from your options!! I only found out about the delay from their online service. The actual people suck! And do not even try to get through on their customer service line!"

When I received the suitcase, over $1000 in equipment was stolen , suitcase was all scrambled...I WAS ROBBED ! ...then on the return flight to HOUSTON, they lost my suitcase again ! W.T.F ?! No one has called me to apologize for anything ! I expect to be reimbursed for my loses, or I will sue the airline."
