the flight was ok and we were served with food,which was average,.ONLY vegetarian,. the luggage was booked all the way to Chicago which was very useful and was appreciated.,since we had a connecting flight via Istanbul to Chicago we were allowed 2 suite cases each.
it was 2-2 and a half hours late.it was very tiring and inconvenient especially for senior citizens and small children.they kept changing the gate and no one was there to assist the passengers.

An efficient supervisor facilitated boarding & bag stowage overhead. She also facilitated transit of passengers to the rest rooms during meals service. Loose meal tray holders from seat backs.
Mumbai Airport needs longer and more people movers. Jetways are too steep for egress. One walks for 10 mins before reaching a rest room. At boarding the gate staff makes no advance announcements for passengers to board by Zones 1,2,3,4. The back of the line extends so far in to the hall that passengers are in a crowd at the gate too late to understand and remain standing in a crowd at the entrance.
Mostly Professional. Meals good. Smooth takeoffs and landings. Staff very considerate of passengers going to the 'Head' during meals service.
Seats reclining mechanisms vary. Very inconvenient as it has a domino effect on those that do not work. Window shades sticky, Announcements unclear - our rolling accents Service of meals very slow. Can improve efficiency. Steep Jetways make egress very slow but understand that's an airport problem yet buses are faster from rear exit

Jet Aurways’ seat pitch is a bit smaller than its competition’s (Air India Express and IndiGo).

Was not a big fan of this airline. The way to amsterdam and india the flights were an hr ahead of schedule but the rides were very turbulent.
Baggage system failures caused an hr and a half delay. Which made me miss my connecting flight in london. The customer service for jet airways is awful. Dealing with them over the phone was near impossible. The flight itself was awful. All drinks are served warm and the food is garbage. Crew was super slow and i would have to walk to the crew/kitchen area to get a drink. The plane and entertainment systems are dated. Terrible sound and video. My luggage was also damaged in transit.
