Flight was delayed a bit, but that was expected (and updated), so really not bad at all for the price. Could’ve used one less email asking me to upgrade my seat; otherwise no significant complaints
Easy boarding. Met expectations for a 2-3 hour flight. Early arrival at DFW caused a 39 minute delay on the tarmac in getting to our gate. 😏 overall, good flight.
My experience with Spirit went pretty much as expected. It's a no frills airline, and you get what you pay for. I don't require much, so I was grateful to have an inexpensive way to travel. It is sad to me that the gate agents and flight crew don't smile much or seem very friendly or helpful. They are competent and efficient, and that's really all I need.
It was fast but uncomfortable seats. Had to pay a bit extra not sure why? Maybe in selection of all my 4 tix together ? Just knew I had a balance before getting boarding pass online when departing from satx ? And flight was delayed..
Last minute 2-3 hr delay in flight schedule; no explanation Unexpected extra $52 charge What's the benefit of choosing a cheap airline if you trick people last minute and force them to pay extra last minute? Did not appreciate being cornered.
Most uncomfortable seating I have ever experienced. And they do not provide any beverage unless purchased. Water was 4.59 a bottle. Same for a soda. A cup of water should be free. I will never fly Spirit again.
Seats are uncomfortable and too close together. Also, you missed my connection in Vegas on the way back and I ended up sleeping in the airport, flying back to Burbank instead of LAX and I got home 12 hours late.
They are very particular about size of the bag. Mine is small bag and has wheels. Bag wheel edges are bit outside of the measurements bucket. They charged $99 as carryon bagage
Non-professional acting crew, Very uncomfortable seats…!! Very bad pricing with all the add-ons for seat choice, luggage fees, etc….soon you’ll charge extra for oxygen. The ticket price means Nothing because in the end, the actual amount i paid, i could have and will in the future continue to fly on a real airline…
Your employees need to learn how to talk to people as creations of Yah. We are not their children nor are we lower than them.
