Cons: "I have never had so much trouble with a website/app as with JetBlue for this trip. Checking in was super stressful, since it was a short layover and I had to go through customs. There were few employees to help when I couldn't print my boarding pass, and when I handed my already checked bag off (it was checked through) without a boarding pass the JetBlue employee was extremely passive aggressive and acted like it was somehow my fault I hadn't been able to get it printed and there had been no one around to ask. The flight crew was highly professional and the flight was good, but I was pretty disappointed by customer service on the ground."

Cons: "The seats, even the upgraded ones, didn't recline sufficiently to let my head drop back. This meant that for a period of four plus hours, I was stuck in an incredibly uncomfortable sitting position -- tilted slightly forward, via the placement of my head. And it also meant that the only way to try to sleep was by pitching forward over the tray, hunched forward in a way that didn't allow me to breathe fully. I tried slouching down, and it didn't help. The way that the lumbar was positioned also pushed me forward. The pillows were too small to lift my head much off the tray. Perhaps it's my height and weight. If I was shorter or taller or thinner, my options might have increased. Regardless, if the airlines are going to squish us together, they might consider how to give us some flexibility with regards to placement of back rests, like we have in cars -- adjustment of lumbar curve."

The seat was ok, but I found the pillows to be very small and flat. I needed multiple pillows. The head rest was not adjustable, so I also found this to be uncomfortable. Usually when I fly AA, the headrest is adjustable. My final dislike was that the beverage selection was limited. I'm quite sure there was plenty of alcohol, but what about those customers who do not drink alcoholic beverages? I asked for hot chocolate, there was none. I asked for hot tea with honey, there wasn't any. So all in all my flight was okay, but that is solely because of the flight attendant and pilot. They did their jobs and they did an excellent job."

I flew United a few weeks ago and had to politely ask the person next to me both on return and departing flight to make sure the mask covered thier nose. A lot of people in the cabin weren't wearing masks properly and the crew didn't seem to care."

Cons: "Well off the start the air on the aisle seat is horrible, the controls are set underneath the window seat so if you had window or middle you had the perfect seat for air. my seat wasnt working, the seat was finicky and would recline, also the TV controls are in a bad spot but that i really didnt care about. The absolute worst was my tray was broken on the right side so it couldnt hold the weight of my drink or anything so i was forced to hold my drink food etc. I had to prop my leg under the tray so it could hold my laptop so i can finish my work which i didnt get to finish because it was to uncomfortable for my leg. Needless to say ive never had a bad experience flying and i used to say that all the time but i guess i just jinxed myself because that was bad. All it was missing was a crying baby."

The pocket in front of me was filled with trash like an empty water bottle, a bag of chips and dirty napkins (they were very big so it was obvious that no one cleans between flights)... Also it didn't matter how many times I tried connecting to the wifi, I couldn't and I was willing to pay for it to because it was important that I work during my flight."

They talked about passengers to each other in the aisle ways and made comments that "they've talk to this lady each several times and she's not listening". Seemed like private conversation they could try and have."

The crew, I guess tired, seemed bothered by the company of the passengers. The line to wait at the gate was very unorganized and confusing. No one knew which line was for which gate and people where cutting into lines everywhere. The airlines should provide better guidance for its passengers. I was connecting from Germany with Lufthansa and wow what a difference in customer service."

There needs to be a revamping of the seating size and space on these planes. The fact that you have to pay to watch T.V , 7.99, is a bit of a joke."
Cons: "Flight Attendants took forever to come and bring you water, headphones or something to eat. Seats were uncomfortable and my headrest was broke. I paid for Wifi and it didn't work. Food is over priced. Boarding was telling us our flight was full so please check your luggage but I was row 4 and the flight crew let everyone on with two bags and the last people in 4 and 5 were screwed and upset for checking our bags."

He just took the ticket and gave me the last sit available on the plain even though I arrived almost 3 hours before the original departing hour .. I don't know .. It might be the only available sit or it was just a racist thing .. Who knows .. Really disappointed with United. I'll go back with Ameican Airlines."

It was clear that there was no room for three people and no one checked in or tried to accommodate. Trying to go to the bathroom was a huge ordeal bc the person next to me was barely mobile. If there was an emergency , it would have been a hazard. When I was able to go to the bathroom (after ten minutes of maneuvering ) flight attendants seemed annoyed when people were in the lane. While this is understandable, it was not possible for me to quickly scoot back into my seat. Overall , this was a terrible experience. Entertainment was lacking. It took about 30 minutes to get any beverages after being requested."

Cons: "Plane was scheduled to depart at 8:20 pm it was then delayed until 8:58 pm due to weather. We all boarded the plane and were ready for take off when a maintenance issue was discovered. We all deplaned and we’re told we would be put on a new plane arriving from Seattle set to depart at 11:30 pm. This departure time was delayed until 1:35 am and then 2:35 am because the captain had timed out and we would need to wait for a new pilot. Also due to the first delay everything was coded as “weather” and customer service was unable to give hotel rooms. This miscommunication between corporate and passengers and the late night created lots of frustration. Instead of being helpful or honest customer service called security on the disgruntled passengers. I heard no threats of violence just elevated voices. At midnight Frontier began handing out meal vouchers (15 dollars to McDonald’s) as a way to increase morale. I finally gave up and requested a refund, got a hotel, and a new flight on a different airline (all Frontier flights the next day were sold out). When I asked what would happen to my checked luggage they said it would be sent to Dallas (my destination) or I could pay for it to be sent back to Denver. The flight and my luggage arrived in Dallas at 5:30 am. Paid $400 for Southwest flight the next day (flying into different Dallas airport away from my parked car and luggage) just for the guaranteed service."

SOME EVEN MISSED IMPORTANT EVENTS LIKE FUNERALS, CRUISES APPOINTMENTS, ETC. I WAS A DAY LATE FOR MY EVENT. I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD IMMEDIATELY SO WE COULD HAVE MADE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS EARLIER. I WAS NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AND WILL NOT CONSIDER FLYING FRONTIER IN THE FUTURE!!!!!!!! THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME TO PURCHASE TRANSPORTATION FROM FRONTIER AIRLINES."

Cons: "Check-in was atrocious as we watched the clerks migrate from one crisis to the next, and no TSA pre-check. WAITING at every stage of the flight. You would think a one-way would be simple, but no. An hour at the departure terminal, delayed in-air, then sitting on the taxiway for an hour and a half at the destination, followed by more waiting at the gate. The pilot's excuses didn't help any, clearly trying to avoid an onboard riot for a flight in which we waited longer on the ground than we flew in the air. We checked the board afterward to see if any other airlines' flights were delayed--nope, only Frontier, every one. It's clear what happens. They pay the least possible expense for airport services, and are then the lowest priority at every stage of operations, resulting in delays at every phase of flight. The most frustrating flight I've ever had that didn't include actual incompetence or bad weather."

After all this I was sent to TWO different WRONG gates nearly missing that flight. At least I got an apology for that. The wrong gate fiasco was because Frontier shares gates with Jet Blue and Spirit. I could not hear the gate change announcements because I am hearing impaired. A lovely way to spend a day in Denver!"

During the delay passengers were welcome to get off the flight but were reminded several times how much it would cost to rebook if they missed the reloading process ($99.00). After delay the staff was offering complimentary beverages due to the delay...(how much does it really cost to offer water & sodas?) So I would have been charged for a cup of water??? The staff seemed rude and several times I was nudged, slammed, bumped into (I was in an aisle seat) and ever was acknowledged by the crew members who did it. It just seems overall that it was all about the money that the employees are unhappy and that it is not about the satisfaction of the client. First and last time I'll travel with you...."
