Pros: Not to many positive feedback. I thought the inexpensive flight would have been worth the experience however it was not. The only positive the security check point was pretty efficient

Cons: Unhappy with this airline from booking to deplaning. It was not worth it. Would have paid extra to fly with another carrier. No live agent to answer questions not available on the website. They nickel and dime you from baggage to seating even snacks are not complimentary. The aircraft was cramped cheap and uncomfortable. Also not enough flight alerts

Pros: The pilot apologized for the delay and promised to get us there as quick as he can, if that was possible. But, it was thoughtful of him.

Cons: Although I was informed that the flight was delayed, it was too late, I was already at the airport. A two delay ended up being three hours delay. When it was time to board, we had to wait for a crew member, further delaying boarding. Finally on the flight, I was served cold coffee!!! There was no blanket!

Cons: people do not get out of the way when boarding so the process was very slow attedndants could help get people to oveb into the seating aear to allow others to pass and then worry about their overhead luggage more communication about this before borading would be helpfuol people were ignoring rhe one personal item rule so theier was a lot of extra bags which also slowed the process

Cons: We were stuck on the tarmac waiting for a gate for an hour and a half once we arrived in Atlanta. Other than that, everything was fine.

Cons: 8 hours waiting in airport for a flight that could have been canceled at 3pm and given us our day back. We are traveling as a couple and one of us has a medical procedure scheduled that can’t be canceled. The lack of preparedness for this weather situation is disheartening.

Spirit canceled my returning flight without notice hiding behind excuses and small printing made up disclosures . After taking money for baggage and assigned seats . This airline is a rip off and should not be in business
